< Micah 7 >

1 Woe, woe is me, for I have become like a field after harvest, like a vineyard after gathering; not a cluster of grapes to eat, not a fig that anyone desires.
Wanginla finsrak luk! Nga oana sie mwet masrinsral su tia ku in konauk fokinsak ulun sak uh, ac wangin pac grape ke oa in grape uh. Grape nukewa ac fig emwem nukewa kinkinla tari.
2 The honest have perished from the land, of the upright among people there is none. All of them lie in wait to shed blood. They hunt one another with the net.
Wanginna sie mwet suwohs lula fin acn uh, wangin sie su inse pwaye nu sin God. Mwet nukewa suk pacl fal in orek akmas. Elos suk na in oru koluk nu sin mwet Israel wialos.
3 Their hands know well how to do evil, the officer and judge demands a bribe, the high official decides as he pleases and they conspire to pervert justice.
Elos nukewa mwet na pisrla in oru ma koluk. Mwet fulat ac mwet nununku soano in oasr mol nu selos meet liki elos fah oru ma kunalos. Mwet pweyen uh elos fahk ma elos kena kac, na mwet kol ingan insese nu kac ac tukeni orek pwapa lukma.
4 The best of them are like a thorn thicket, their most upright like a prickly hedge. The day of their punishment has come, now will be their confusion!

5 Do not trust your neighbour, do not rely on a friend. From the wife who lies in your arms guard your tongue.
Nimet lulalfongi mwet tulan lom ku mwet kawuk lom. Liyaung ma kom fahk, finne nu sin mutan kiom.
6 For son insults father, daughter rises up against mother, daughter-in-law against mother-in-law, a man’s enemies are the people of his own household.
In pacl inge tulik mukul nutin papa uh oru papa uh oana mwet lalfon, ac tulik mutan uh supangkas nu sin nina kialos uh, ac mutan fusr akukuin nu sin nina talupalos. Mwet lokoalok lun sie mwet pa mwet na in sou lal sifacna.

Tusruktu nga fah tawi na LEUM GOD; nga fah tupan God, mweyen nga lulalfongi lah El ac moliyula. God luk El fah porongeyu.
8 Do not rejoice over me, my enemy. If I have fallen, I will rise. If I sit in darkness, the Lord is my light.

9 The anger of the Lord I will bear, for against him have I sinned – until he champions my cause and gives judgment for me. He will bring me into to the light, I will see his justice.
Kut tuh oru ma Koluk lain LEUM GOD, na pa inge kut enenu in muteng kasrkusrak lal ke kitin pacl. Tusruktu ke saflaiya El ac fah loangekut ac akwoyela ma koluk su tuh orek nu sesr. El ac fah uskutme nu ke kalem. Kut fah moul ac liye ke El ac molikutla.

Na mwet lokoalok lasr fah liye ma inge ac mwekinla — nuna mwet lokoalok pacna su tuh isrun kut ac fahk, “Pia sruk LEUM GOD se lowos an?” Kut ac fah liye ke kutangyukla elos, ac lolongyuki oana fohk furarrar inkanek uh.

Orek mwenmen nu sesr, LEUM GOD, in oana ke kom tuh oru in len ingo ke kom uskutme liki acn Egypt.
16 Nations will see and be ashamed of all their might; they will put their hands to their mouth, their ears will become deaf,
Mutanfahl puspis ac fah liye ma inge ac arulana mwekinla kac, finne yohk ku lalos. Elos fah kaliya oallos ac fonosya insraclos ke sripen elos toasrla.
17 they will lick the dust like snakes, like creatures that crawl on the earth; they will come trembling and in terror from their hiding places, in dread and fear.
Elos fah orak infohk uh oana wet uh. Ke sripen sangeng lalos elos ac rarrar ac tuku liki pot ku lalos, ac forla nu sin LEUM GOD lasr.
18 Who is a God like you, forgiving iniquity and passing by the rebellion of the remnant of your people? He does not retain his anger forever, but is one who delights in mercy.
Wangin sie pac god oana kom, O LEUM GOD. Kom nunak munas ke ma koluk lun mwet lom su painmoulla. Kom tia sruokya kasrkusrak lom nwe tok, ac kom insewowo in fahkak nu sesr lungse kawil lom.

20 You will show faithfulness to Jacob, and loving kindness to Abraham, as you have sworn to our ancestors from the days of old.
