Luke 5
1 Now while the multitude pressed on him and heard ha D'var Elohim · the Word of God·, he was standing by the lake of Gennesaret.
௧பின்பு அவர் கெனேசரேத்துக் கடலின் அருகே நின்றபோது, மக்கள்கூட்டம் தேவவசனத்தைக் கேட்பதற்காக அவரிடம் நெருங்கிவந்தார்கள்.
2 He saw two boats standing by the lake, but the fishermen had gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
௨அப்பொழுது கடற்கரையிலே நின்றுகொண்டிருந்த இரண்டு படகுகளைக் கண்டார். மீன்பிடிக்கிறவர்கள் படகுகளைவிட்டு இறங்கி வலைகளை அலசிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்கள்.
3 He entered into one of the boats, which was Simeon [Hearing]’s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat.
௩அப்பொழுது அவர் ஒரு படகில் ஏறினார், அது சீமோனுடைய படகாக இருந்தது; அதைக் கரையிலிருந்து கொஞ்சம் தள்ளும்படி அவனைக் கேட்டுக்கொண்டு, அந்தப் படகில் உட்கார்ந்து, மக்களுக்குப் போதகம்பண்ணினார்.
4 When he had finished speaking, he said to Simeon [Hearing], “Put out into the deep, and let down your nets for a catch.”
௪அவர் போதகம்பண்ணி முடித்தபின்பு சீமோனை நோக்கி: ஆழத்திற்குத் தள்ளிக்கொண்டுபோய், மீன்பிடிக்க உங்களுடைய வலைகளைப் போடுங்கள் என்றார்.
5 Simeon [Hearing] answered him, “Master, we worked all night, and took nothing; but at your word I will let down the net.”
௫அதற்குச் சீமோன்: ஐயா, இரவு முழுவதும் நாங்கள் முயற்சிசெய்தும் ஒன்றும் கிடைக்கவில்லை; இருப்பினும் உம்முடைய வார்த்தையின்படி நான் வலைகளைப் போடுகிறேன் என்றான்.
6 When they had done this, they caught a great multitude of fish, and their net was breaking.
௬அப்படியே அவர்கள் வலைகளைப் போட்டு, அவர்கள் வலைகள் கிழிந்துபோகும் அளவிற்கு அதிகமான மீன்களைப் பிடித்தார்கள்.
7 They beckoned to their partners in the other boat, that they should come and help them. They came, and filled both boats, so that they began to sink.
௭அப்பொழுது மற்றப் படகில் இருந்த கூட்டாளிகள் வந்து தங்களுக்கு உதவிசெய்யவேண்டும் என்று அவர்களுக்கு சைகை காட்டினார்கள்; அவர்கள் வந்து, இரண்டு படகுகளும் அமிழ்ந்துபோகும் அளவிற்கு நிரப்பினார்கள்.
8 But Simeon Peter [Hearing Rock], when he saw it, fell down at Yeshua [Salvation]'s knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Lord.”
௮சீமோன்பேதுரு அதைக் கண்டு, இயேசுவின் பாதத்தில் விழுந்து: ஆண்டவரே, நான் பாவியான மனிதன், நீர் என்னைவிட்டுப் போகவேண்டும் என்றான்.
9 For he was amazed, and all who were with him, at the catch of fish which they had caught;
௯அவர்கள் அதிகமான மீன்களைப் பிடித்ததினால், அவனுக்கும் அவனோடுகூட இருந்த எல்லோருக்கும் பிரமிப்பாக இருந்ததால் அப்படிச் சொன்னான்.
10 and so also were James [Surplanter] and John [Yah is gracious], sons of Zebedee [Bestowed by Yah], who were partners with Simeon [Hearing]. Yeshua [Salvation] said to Simeon [Hearing], “Don’t be afraid. From now on you will be catching people alive.”
௧0சீமோனுக்குக் கூட்டாளிகளான செபெதேயுவின் குமாரர்களாகிய யாக்கோபும் யோவானும் அப்படியே பிரமித்தார்கள். அப்பொழுது இயேசு சீமோனை நோக்கி: பயப்படாதே, இனி நீ மனிதர்களைப் பிடிக்கிறவனாக இருப்பாய் என்றார்.
11 When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything, and followed him.
௧௧அவர்கள் படகுகளைக் கரையிலே கொண்டுபோய் நிறுத்தி, எல்லாவற்றையும்விட்டு, அவருக்குப் பின்னே சென்றார்கள்.
12 While he was in one of the cities, behold, there was a man full of tzara'at ·leprosy·. When he saw Yeshua [Salvation], he fell on his face, and begged him, saying, “Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”
௧௨பின்பு அவர் ஒரு பட்டணத்தில் இருக்கும்போது, குஷ்டரோகம் நிறைந்த ஒரு மனிதன் இயேசுவைக் கண்டு, முகங்குப்புறவிழுந்து: ஆண்டவரே, உமக்கு விருப்பமானால், என்னைச் சுத்தப்படுத்த உம்மால் முடியும் என்று அவரை வேண்டிக்கொண்டான்.
13 He stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, “I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately the tzara'at ·leprosy· left him.
௧௩அவர் தமது கையை நீட்டி, அவனைத் தொட்டு: எனக்கு விருப்பமுண்டு, சுத்தமாகு என்றார்; உடனே குஷ்டரோகம் அவனைவிட்டு நீங்கியது.
14 He commanded him to tell no one. “Instead, as a testimony to the people, go straight to the priest and make an offer for your cleansing, as Moses [Drawn out] commanded.”
௧௪அவர் அவனை நோக்கி: நீ இதை யாருக்கும் உடனே சொல்லாமல், நீ எருசலேமுக்குப்போய், உன்னை ஆசாரியனுக்குக் காண்பித்து, நீ சுத்தமானதினால், மோசே கட்டளையிட்டபடி, அவர்களுக்குச் சாட்சியாகப் பலிசெலுத்து என்று கட்டளையிட்டார்.
15 But the report concerning him spread much more, and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
௧௫அப்படியிருந்தும் அவரைப்பற்றிய செய்தி அதிகமாகப் பரவியது. அநேக மக்கள் அவருடைய உபதேசத்தைக் கேட்பதற்கும் அவராலே தங்களுடைய நோய்கள் நீங்கி சுகமடைவதற்கும் கூடிவந்தார்கள்.
16 But he withdrew himself into the desert, and prayed.
௧௬அவரோ வனாந்திரத்தில் தனிமையாகச்சென்று, ஜெபம்பண்ணிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்.
17 On one of those days, he was teaching; and there were Pharisees [Separated] and Torah-Teachers sitting by, who had come out of every village of Galilee [District, Circuit], Judea [Praise], and Jerusalem [City of peace]. The power of MarYah [Master Yahweh] was with him to heal them.
௧௭பின்பு ஒருநாள் அவர் உபதேசித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறபோது, கலிலேயா யூதேயா நாடுகளிலுள்ள எல்லா கிராமங்களிலும், எருசலேம் நகரத்திலுமிருந்து வந்த பரிசேயர்களும் வேதபண்டிதர்களும் உட்கார்ந்திருந்தார்கள்; நோயாளிகளைக் குணமாக்கத்தக்க கர்த்தருடைய வல்லமை அவரிடம் இருந்தது.
18 Behold, men brought a paralyzed man on a cot, and they sought to bring him in to lay before Yeshua [Salvation].
௧௮அப்பொழுது சில மனிதர்கள் பக்கவாதக்காரன் ஒருவனைப் படுக்கையோடு எடுத்துக்கொண்டுவந்து, அவனை உள்ளே கொண்டுபோகவும் அவருக்கு முன்பாக வைக்கவும் முயற்சித்தார்கள்.
19 Not finding a way to bring him in because of the multitude, they went up to the housetop, and let him down through the tiles with his cot into the middle before Yeshua [Salvation].
௧௯மக்கள்கூட்டம் அதிகமாக இருந்தபடியால் அவனை உள்ளே கொண்டுபோக முடியாமல், வீட்டின்மேல் ஏறி, தட்டோடுகள்வழியாக மக்களின் மத்தியில் இயேசுவிற்கு முன்பாக அவனைப் படுக்கையோடு இறக்கினார்கள்.
20 Seeing their trusting faith, he said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”
௨0அவர்களுடைய விசுவாசத்தை அவர் கண்டு, பக்கவாதக்காரனை நோக்கி: மனிதனே, உன் பாவங்கள் உனக்கு மன்னிக்கப்பட்டது என்றார்.
21 The Torah-Teachers and the Pharisees [Separated] began to reason, saying, “Who is this that speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?”
௨௧அப்பொழுது வேதபண்டிதர்களும் பரிசேயர்களும் யோசனைபண்ணி, தேவநிந்தனை சொல்லுகிற இவன் யார்? தேவன் ஒருவரேயன்றி பாவங்களை மன்னிக்கத்தக்கவர் யார்? என்றார்கள்.
22 But Yeshua [Salvation], perceiving their thoughts, answered them, “Why are you reasoning so in your hearts?
௨௨இயேசு அவர்கள் சிந்தனைகளை அறிந்து, அவர்களை நோக்கி: உங்களுடைய இருதயங்களில் நீங்கள் சிந்திக்கிறது என்ன?
23 Which is easier to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you;’ or to say, ‘Arise and walk?’
௨௩உன் பாவங்கள் உனக்கு மன்னிக்கப்பட்டது என்று சொல்வதோ அல்லது எழுந்து நட என்று சொல்வதோ, எது எளிது?
24 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins” (he said to the paralyzed man), “I tell you, arise, and take up your cot, and go to your house.”
௨௪பூமியிலே பாவங்களை மன்னிக்க மனிதகுமாரனுக்கு அதிகாரம் உண்டு என்பதை நீங்கள் அறியவேண்டும் என்று சொல்லி, பக்கவாதக்காரனை நோக்கி: நீ எழுந்து, உன் படுக்கையை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, உன் வீட்டிற்குப் போ என்று உனக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் என்றார்.
25 Immediately he rose up before them, and took up that which he was laying on, and departed to his house, glorifying God.
௨௫உடனே அவன் அவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக எழுந்து, தன் படுக்கையை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தி, தன் வீட்டிற்குப்போனான்.
26 Amazement took hold on all, and they glorified God. They were filled with fear, saying, “We have seen strange things today.”
௨௬அதினாலே எல்லோரும் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டு, தேவனை மகிமைப்படுத்தினார்கள்; அல்லாமலும், அவர்கள் பயம் நிறைந்தவர்களாகி, அதிசயமான காரியங்களை இன்று கண்டோம் என்றார்கள்.
27 After these things he went out, and saw a tax collector named Levi [United with] sitting at the tax office, and said to him, “Follow me!”
௨௭இவைகளுக்குப் பின்பு அவர் புறப்பட்டு, வரி வசூலிக்கும் மையத்தில் உட்கார்ந்திருந்த லேவி என்னும் பெயருடைய வரிவசூலிக்கும் ஒருவனைக் கண்டு: என்னைப் பின்பற்றிவா என்றார்.
28 He left everything, and rose up and followed him.
௨௮அவன் எல்லாவற்றையும்விட்டு, எழுந்து, அவருக்குப் பின்னேசென்றான்.
29 Levi [United with] made a great feast for him in his house. There was a great crowd of tax collectors and others who were reclining with them.
௨௯அந்த லேவி என்பவன் தன் வீட்டிலே அவருக்குப் பெரிய விருந்துபண்ணினான். அநேக வரி வசூலிப்பவர்களும் மற்றவர்களும் அவர்களோடு பந்தியில் இருந்தார்கள்.
30 Their Torah-Teachers and the Pharisees [Separated] murmured against his disciples, saying, “Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?”
௩0வேதபண்டிதர்களும் பரிசேயர்களும் அவருடைய சீடர்களுக்கு எதிராக முறுமுறுத்து: நீங்கள் வரி வசூலிப்பவர்களோடும் பாவிகளோடும் உட்கார்ந்து சாப்பிடுகிறதும் குடிக்கிறதும் ஏன்? என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
31 Yeshua [Salvation] answered them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.
௩௧இயேசு அவர்களுக்கு மறுமொழியாக: நோயாளிகளுக்குத்தான் வைத்தியன் தேவையேதவிர சுகமாக உள்ளவர்களுக்குத் தேவையில்லை.
32 I have not come to call the upright, but sinners to teshuvah ·complete repentance·.”
௩௨நீதிமான்களையல்ல, பாவிகளையே மனந்திரும்புகிறதற்கு அழைக்கவந்தேன் என்றார்.
33 They said to him, “Why do John [Yah is gracious]’s disciples often fast and pray, likewise also the disciples of the Pharisees [Separated], but yours eat and drink?”
௩௩பின்பு அவர்கள் அவரை நோக்கி: யோவானுடைய சீடர்கள் அநேகந்தரம் உபவாசித்து ஜெபம் செய்துவருகிறார்கள், பரிசேயர்களுடைய சீடர்களும் அப்படியே செய்கிறார்கள், உம்முடைய சீடர்கள் சாப்பிடவும் குடிக்கவும் செய்கிறார்களே, அது எப்படி என்று கேட்டார்கள்.
34 He said to them, “Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
௩௪அதற்கு இயேசு: மணவாளன் தங்களோடு இருக்கும்போது மணவாளனுடைய தோழர்களை நீங்கள் உபவாசிக்கச் சொல்லமுடியுமா?
35 But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them. Then they will fast in those days.”
௩௫மணவாளன் அவர்களைவிட்டுப் போகும் நாட்கள் வரும், அந்த நாட்களிலே உபவாசிப்பார்கள் என்றார்.
36 He also told a parable to them. “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old garment, or else he will tear the new, and also the piece from the new will not match the old.
௩௬அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு உவமையையும் சொன்னார்: ஒருவனும் புதிய ஆடையின் துண்டைப் பழைய ஆடையோடு வைத்து இணைக்கமாட்டான், இணைத்தால் புதியது பழையதைக் கிழிக்கும்; புதிய ஆடை பழைய ஆடைக்குப் பொருத்தமாக இருக்காது.
37 No one puts new wine into old wine skins, or else the new wine will burst the skins, and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed.
௩௭ஒருவனும் புதிய திராட்சைரசத்தைப் பழைய தோல் பைகளில் ஊற்றி வைக்கமாட்டான்; ஊற்றிவைத்தால் புதிய திராட்சைரசம் தோல் பைகளைக் கிழித்துப்போடும், திராட்சைரசமும் சிந்திப்போகும், தோல் பைகளும் கெட்டுப்போகும்.
38 But new wine must be put into fresh wine skins, and both are preserved.
௩௮புதிய திராட்சைரசத்தைப் புதிய தோல் பைகளில் ஊற்றி வைக்கவேண்டும், அப்பொழுது இரண்டும் பத்திரமாக இருக்கும்.
39 No man having drunk old wine immediately desires new, for he says, ‘The old is better.’”
௩௯அன்றியும் ஒருவனும் பழைய திராட்சைரசத்தைக் குடித்தவுடனே புதிய திராட்சைரசத்தை விரும்பமாட்டான், பழைய திராட்சைரசமே நல்லதென்று சொல்லுவான் என்றார்.
