Luke 19
1 He entered and was passing through Jericho [Fragrant, Moon].
১পাছত যীচু যিৰীহো নগৰত সোমাই সেই নগৰৰ মাজেদি যাবলৈ ধৰিলে।
2 There was a man named Zacchaeus. He was a chief tax collector, and he was rich.
২সেই নগৰত চক্কেয় নামৰ এজন মানুহ আছিল৷ তেওঁ কৰ সংগ্ৰহক সকলৰ প্ৰধান আৰু ধনী আছিল।
3 He was trying to see who Yeshua [Salvation] was, and couldn’t because of the crowd, because he was short.
৩তেওঁ যীচুক চাবলৈ অৰ্থাৎ যীচু নো কোন হয় জানিবৰ বাবে, তেওঁক চাবলৈ বহুত চেষ্টা কৰিলে, কিন্তু মানুহৰ ভিৰ বেছি হোৱা বাবে যীচুক দেখা নাপালে, কাৰণ তেওঁ চুটি-চাপৰ লোক আছিল।
4 He ran on ahead, and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him, for he was going to pass that way.
৪সেয়েহে তেওঁ সকলোৰে আগত বেগাই গ’ল আৰু যি পথেৰে যীচু আহি আছিল, সেই পথৰ কাষত থকা ডিমৰু গছ এজোপাত উঠি যীচুক চাবলৈ ধৰিলে।
5 When Yeshua [Salvation] came to the place, he looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house.”
৫পাছত যীচুৱে সেই ঠাই পাওঁতে, ওপৰলৈ চাই তেওঁক দেখি ক’লে, “হে চক্কেয়, বেগাই নামি আহা, কিয়নো মই আজি তোমাৰ ঘৰত থাকিব লাগে৷”
6 He hurried, came down, and received him joyfully.
৬তেতিয়া তেওঁ বেগাই নামি আহি, আনন্দেৰে তেওঁক আলহী কৰি ৰাখিবলৈ লৈ গ’ল।
7 When they saw it, they all murmured, saying, “He has gone in to lodge with a man who is a sinner.”
৭তাকে দেখি সকলোৱেই ভোৰভোৰাই কবলৈ ধৰিলে, “এওঁ এজন পাপী মানুহৰ ঘৰত আলহী হ’বলৈ গৈছে।”
8 Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much.”
৮তেতিয়া চক্কেয়ই প্ৰভুৰ আগত থিয় হৈ ক’লে, “হে প্ৰভু, চাওক মোৰ যি সম্পত্তি আছে, তাৰ আধাখিনি দৰিদ্ৰ লোকক দান কৰোঁ আৰু মিছা অপবাদ দি, কোনো মানুহৰ পৰা যদি কিবা লৈছোঁ, তেনেহলে তাৰ চাৰি গুণ ওভোতাই দিওঁ।”
9 Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “Today, yishu'ah ·salvation· has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham [Father of a multitude].
৯তেতিয়া যীচুৱে তেওঁক ক’লে, “আজি এই ঘৰলৈ পৰিত্রাণ আহিল; কিয়নো এৱোঁ অব্ৰাহামৰেই সন্তান।
10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.”
১০কাৰণ, যি হেৰাল, তাক বিচাৰি ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ মানুহৰ পুত্ৰ আহিল।”
11 As they heard these things, he went on and told a parable, because he was near Jerusalem [City of peace], and they supposed that God’s Kingdom would be revealed immediately.
১১যেতিয়া লোক সকলে এইবোৰ কথা শুনি আছিল, তেতিয়া তেওঁ যিৰূচালেমৰ ওচৰ পোৱাত আৰু ঈশ্বৰৰ ৰাজ্য এতিয়াই প্ৰকাশিত হ’ব বুলি তেওঁলোকে ভাবি থকাত, তেওঁ পুনৰ এটা কথা দৃষ্টান্ত দি ক’বলৈ ধৰিলে,
12 He said therefore, “A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to teshuvah ·completely return·.
১২“এজন ভদ্ৰবংশীয় লোকে তেওঁৰ নিজৰ বাবে ৰাজপদ লৈ উলটি আহিবৰ বাবে দূৰ ৰাজ্যলৈ যাত্ৰা কৰিলে।
13 He called ten servants of his, and gave them ten mina [500 sheckles; 12.5 lb; 5.67 kg] coins, and told them, ‘Conduct business until I come.’
১৩তেওঁ যোৱা সময়তে তেওঁৰ দহ জন দাসক মাতি আনি, তেওঁলোকক দহ মিনা ৰূপ দি ক’লে, ‘মই আহি নোপোৱালৈকে বেপাৰ কৰিবা’
14 But his citizens hated him, and sent an envoy after him, saying, ‘We don’t want this man to reign over us.’
১৪কিন্তু তেওঁৰ স্বদেশীয় সকলে তেওঁক ঘিণ কৰি, তেওঁৰ পাছত দূত পঠাই কোৱালে, বোলে, ‘আমাৰ ওপৰত ৰাজত্ব কৰিবলৈ, সেই জন মানুহ আমাক নালাগে’।
15 “When he had come back again, having received the kingdom, he commanded these servants, to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, that he might know what they had gained by conducting business.
১৫তাৰ পাছত তেওঁ দূৰ ৰাজ্যৰ পৰা ৰাজপদ লৈ উলতি আহিল আৰু যি সকল দাসক তেওঁ ধন দি গৈছিল, তেওঁলোকক মাতি পঠালে৷ তাৰ পাছত তেওঁলোকে কি ব্যৱসায় কৰিলে; সেই বিষয়ে জানিবৰ বাবে তেওঁলোকক শুধিব ধৰিলে৷
16 The first came before him, saying, ‘Lord, your mina [50 sheckles; 1.25 lb; 0.57 kg] has made ten more minas [500 sheckles; 12.5 lb; 5.67 kg].’
১৬তেতিয়া প্ৰথম জন দাসে আহি ক’লে, ‘হে প্ৰভু, আপোনাৰ মিনাৰ দ্বাৰাই দহ মিনা লাভ পোৱা হ’ল’।
17 “He said to him, ‘Well done, you good servant! Because you were found faithful with very little, you shall have authority over ten cities.’
১৭তাতে তেওঁ তাক ক’লে, ‘চাবাইচ, উত্তম দাস; তুমি অতি অলপ বিষয়তে বিশ্বাসী হ’লা; তুমি দহ খন নগৰৰ ওপৰত অধিকাৰী হোৱা’।
18 “The second came, saying, ‘Your mina [50 sheckles; 1.25 lb; 0.57 kg], Lord, has made five minas [250 sheckles; 6.25 lb; 2.835 kg].’
১৮পাছত দ্বিতীয় জন দাসে আহি ক’লে, ‘হে প্ৰভু, আপোনাৰ মিনাৰ দ্বাৰাই পাঁচ মিনা হ’ল’।
19 “So he said to him, ‘And you are to be over five cities.’
১৯তাতে ভদ্ৰবংশীয় লোক জনে তেওঁক ক’লে, ‘তুমিও পাঁচ খন নগৰৰ ওপৰত ক্ষমতাপ্ৰাপ্ত হোৱা’।
20 Another came, saying, ‘Lord, behold, your mina [50 sheckles; 1.25 lb; 0.57 kg], which I kept laid away in a handkerchief,
২০আৰু আন এজন দাসে আহি ক’লে, ‘হে প্ৰভু, মই আপোনাৰ মিনা গামোচাতে বান্ধি ৰাখিছোঁ, এয়া চাওক,
21 for I feared you, because you are an exacting man. You take up that which you didn’t lay down, and reap that which you didn’t sow.’
২১কিয়নো আপুনি কঠিন মানুহ, যিহক থৈ যোৱা নাই, তাকে তোলে আৰু যিহক বোৱা নাই, তাকে দায়; এই হেতুকে মই আপোনালৈ ভয় কৰিলোঁ’।
22 “He said to him, ‘Out of your own mouth will I judge you, you wicked servant! You knew that I am an exacting man, taking up that which I didn’t lay down, and reaping that which I didn’t sow.
২২ভদ্ৰবংশীয় লোক জনে তেওঁক ক’লে, ‘হেৰ দুষ্ট দাস, তোৰ নিজৰ মুখৰ কথাৰেই তোৰ সোধ-বিচাৰ কৰিম; মই কঠিন মানুহ, যিহকে থোৱা নাই, তাকে তোলোঁ, যিহকে বোৱা নাই, তাকে দাওঁ, ইয়াকে তই জানিছিলি;
23 Then why didn’t you deposit my money in the bank, and at my coming, I might have earned interest on it?’
২৩তেনেহলে কি কাৰণে মোৰ ধন মহাজনৰ হাতত নথলি? মহাজনৰ তাত থোৱা হ’লে, মই আহি সুতে সৈতে তাক উলিয়াই ললোহেঁতেন’?
24 He said to those who stood by, ‘Take the mina [50 sheckles; 1.25 lb; 0.57 kg] away from him, and give it to him who has the ten minas [500 sheckles; 12.5 lb; 5.67 kg].’
২৪পাছত ওচৰত থিয় হৈ থকা সকলক তেওঁ ক’লে, ‘ইয়াৰ পৰা সেই মিনা লৈ, যাৰ দহ মিনা আছে, তাক দিয়া’।
25 “They said to him, ‘Lord, he has ten minas!’
২৫তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে তেওঁক ক’লে, ‘হে প্ৰভু, তাৰ দহ মিনা আছেই’।
26 ‘For I tell you that to everyone who has, will more be given; but from him who does not have, even that which he has will be taken away from him.
২৬‘মই তোমালোকক কওঁ, যাৰ আছে, তেওঁকেই দিয়া হ’ব; কিন্তু যাৰ নাই, তেওঁৰ যি আছে, তাকো তেওঁৰ পৰা নিয়া হ’ব।
27 But bring those enemies of mine who didn’t want me to reign over them here, and kill them before me.’”
২৭কিন্তু মোৰ সেই যি শত্ৰুবোৰে, সিহঁতৰ ওপৰত মই ৰাজত্ব কৰাতো নিবিচাৰিলে, সিহঁতক ইয়ালৈ আনি মোৰ আগতে বধ কৰাহঁক’।”
28 Having said these things, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem [City of peace].
২৮এই সকলো কথা কোৱাৰ পাছত তেওঁ তেওঁলোকৰ আগে আগে যিৰূচালেম অভিমুখে যাত্ৰা কৰিলে।
29 When he came near to Bethsphage and Bethany [House of affliction], at the mountain that is called Olivet, he sent two of his disciples,
২৯পাছত তেওঁ জৈতুন পৰ্বতৰ কাষৰ বৈৎফগী আৰু বৈথনিয়া গাৱঁৰ ওচৰ পোৱাত, তেওঁ দুজন শিষ্যক এই আদেশ দি পঠিয়াই
30 saying, “Go your way into the village on the other side, in which, as you enter, you will find a colt tied, whereon no man ever yet sat. Untie it, and bring it.
৩০ক’লে, “সন্মুখৰ গাওঁখন লৈ তোমালোক যোৱা; তাত সোমাওঁতে, কোনো মানুহে কেতিয়াও নুঠা এটা গাধ পোৱালি বান্ধি থোৱা দেখিবা; সেই পোৱালিটো মুকলি কৰি মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আনাগৈ;
31 If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ say to him: ‘The Lord needs it.’”
৩১আৰু তাক কিয় মেলিছা বুলি যদি কোনোবাই তোমালোকক সুধে, তেনেহলে এইদৰে ক’বা, ‘প্ৰভুৰ ইয়াৰ প্ৰয়োজন আছে’।”
32 Those who were sent went away, and found things just as he had told them.
৩২তেতিয়া যি সকলক পঠোৱা হ’ল, তেওঁলোকে যীচুৱে কোৱাৰ দৰেই সকলোকে পালে।
33 As they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, “Why are you untying the colt?”
৩৩তেওঁলোকে গৈ গাধ পোৱালিটো মেলোতেই তাৰ গৰাকী সকলে সুধিলে, “গাধ পোৱালিটো কিয় মেলিছা?”
34 They said, “The Lord needs it.”
৩৪তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে ক’লে, “প্ৰভুক ইয়াৰ প্ৰয়োজন আছে।”
35 They brought it to Yeshua [Salvation]. They threw their cloaks on the colt, and set Yeshua [Salvation] on them.
৩৫পাছত যীচুৰ ওচৰলৈ সেই গাধ পোৱালিটো আনিলে আৰু তেওঁলোকে নিজ নিজ কাপোৰ তাৰ পিঠিত পাৰি দি, তাৰ ওপৰত যীচুক বহুৱালে;
36 As he went, they spread their cloaks on the road.
৩৬আৰু তেওঁ গৈ থাকোতে মানুহবোৰে তেওঁলোকৰ কাপোৰবোৰ বাটত পাৰি দিলে।
37 As he was now getting near, at the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works which they had seen,
৩৭পাছত তেওঁ যিৰূচালেমৰ ওচৰ আহি পাওঁতে জৈতুন পৰ্বতৰ পৰা নামি যোৱা ঠাইত, গোটেই শিষ্য সকলে, যি যি পৰাক্ৰম কাৰ্য দেখিছিল, তাৰ কাৰণে বৰ মাতেৰে ঈশ্বৰৰ স্তুতি কৰি আনন্দ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে,
38 saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of MarYah [Master Yahweh]! Shalom ·Complete peace· in heaven, and glory in the highest places!”
৩৮আৰু ক’লে, “প্ৰভুৰ নামেৰে যি জন ৰজা আহিছে, তেওঁ ধন্য! স্বৰ্গত শান্তি, আৰু উৰ্দ্ধলোকত মহিমা হওক!”
39 Some of the Pharisees [Separated] from the multitude said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”
৩৯তেতিয়া লোক সকলৰ মাজৰ পৰা ফৰীচী সকলৰ কোনো কোনোৱে আহি তেওঁক ক’লে, “হে গুৰু, আপোনাৰ শিষ্য সকলক ডবিয়াওক।”
40 He answered them, “I tell you that if these were silent, the stones would cry out.”
৪০তেতিয়া যীচুৱে উত্তৰ দি ক’লে, “মই তোমালোকক কওঁ, এওঁলোকে মনে মনে থাকিলে, শিলবোৰে আটাহ পাৰিব।”
41 When he came near, he saw the city and wept over it,
৪১পাছত যীচু ওচৰলৈ আহি যিৰূচালেম নগৰ দেখি শোকাতুৰ হৈ কান্দিলে
42 saying, “If you, even you, had known today the things which belong to your shalom ·complete peace·! But now, they are hidden from your eyes.
৪২আৰু ক’লে, “হায়! হায়! তোমাৰ এই দিনত শান্তিজনক কি, সেই বিষয়ে তুমি জনা হ’লে! কিন্তু এতিয়া তোমাৰ চকুৰ পৰা সেইবোৰ লুকুৱা হৈছে।
43 For the days will come on you, when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, surround you, hem you in on every side,
৪৩কিয়নো তোমাৰ কৃপাদৃষ্টিৰ কাল তুমি নজনা কাৰণে, যি কালত তোমাৰ শত্ৰুবোৰে তোমাৰ চাৰিওফালে গড় বান্ধি তোমাক বেৰি ধৰিব আৰু চাৰিওফালৰ পৰা তোমাক আগচি ধৰিব,
44 and will dash you and your children within you to the ground. They will not leave in you one stone on another, because you didn’t know the time of your visitation.”
৪৪সেই কালত তেওঁলোকে তোমাক আৰু তোমাৰ ভিতৰত থকা সন্তান সকলক একেলগে মাটিৰ সমান কৰিব। তোমাৰ এটা শিলৰ ওপৰত এটা শিল থাকিব নিদিব; কাৰণ তোমাৰ তত্ত্বাৱধানৰ বাবে ঈশ্বৰ যে তোমাৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিল, সেই কথা তুমি নুবুজিলা৷”
45 He entered into the temple, and began to drive out those who bought and sold in it,
৪৫পাছত তেওঁ যিৰূচালেম মন্দিৰত সোমাই, তাত থকা বিক্ৰেতা সকলক বাহিৰ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে, আৰু
46 saying to them, “It is written, ‘My house is a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a ‘den of robbers’!”
৪৬সিহঁতক ক’লে, “লিখা আছে, ‘মোৰ ঘৰ প্ৰাৰ্থনাৰ ঘৰ হ’ব’, কিন্তু তোমালোকে তাক ডকাইতৰ গুহা কৰিলাহঁক।”
47 He was teaching daily in the temple, but the chief priests and the Torah-Teachers and the leading men among the people sought to destroy him.
৪৭তেতিয়াৰে পৰা যীচুৱে নিতৌ সেই মন্দিৰত উপদেশ দি আছিল। তাতে প্ৰধান পুৰোহিত, বিধানৰ অধ্যাপক আৰু প্ৰধান লোক সকলে তেওঁক বধ কৰিবলৈ ছল বিচাৰিব ধৰিলে;
48 They couldn’t find what they might do, for all the people hung on to every word that he said.
৪৮কিন্তু সকলো মানুহে তেওঁৰ কথা একান্তমনে শুনি থকাত, তেওঁলোকে কি কৰিব পাৰিব, তাৰ একো নিশ্চয় কৰিব নোৱাৰিলে।
