Psalms 71

1 In you, LORD, I take refuge. Never let me be disappointed.

൧യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ അങ്ങയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ ഒരുനാളും ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകരുതേ.

2 Deliver me in your righteousness, and rescue me. Turn your ear to me, and save me.

൨അങ്ങയുടെ നീതിനിമിത്തം എന്നെ ഉദ്ധരിച്ച് വിടുവിക്കണമേ; അങ്ങയുടെ ചെവി എന്നിലേക്ക് ചായിച്ച് എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കണമേ.

3 Be to me a rock of refuge to which I may always go. Give the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.

൩ഞാൻ എപ്പോഴും വന്ന് പാർക്കേണ്ടതിന് അവിടുന്ന് എനിക്ക് ഉറപ്പുള്ള പാറയായിരിക്കണമേ; എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ അവിടുന്ന് കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അങ്ങ് എന്റെ പാറയും എന്റെ കോട്ടയും ആകുന്നുവല്ലോ.

4 Rescue me, my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

൪എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, ദുഷ്ടന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും നീതികേടും ക്രൂരതയും ഉള്ളവന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കണമേ.

5 For you are my hope, LORD; my confidence from my youth.

൫യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, അവിടുന്ന് എന്റെ പ്രത്യാശയാകുന്നു; ബാല്യംമുതൽ അവിടുന്ന് എന്റെ ആശ്രയം തന്നേ.

6 I have relied on you from the womb. From my mother's womb you are my strength. I will always praise you.

൬ഗർഭംമുതൽ അവിടുന്ന് എന്നെ താങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ ഉദരത്തിൽനിന്ന് എന്നെ എടുത്തവൻ അങ്ങ് തന്നെ; എന്റെ സ്തുതി എപ്പോഴും അങ്ങയെക്കുറിച്ചാകുന്നു;

7 I am a marvel to many, but you are my strong refuge.

൭ഞാൻ പലർക്കും ഒരത്ഭുതം ആയിരിക്കുന്നു; അങ്ങ് എന്റെ ബലമുള്ള സങ്കേതമാകുന്നു.

8 My mouth shall be filled with your praise, with your honor all the day.

൮എന്റെ വായ് അങ്ങയുടെ സ്തുതികൊണ്ടും ഇടവിടാതെ അങ്ങയുടെ പ്രശംസകൊണ്ടും നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

9 Do not reject me in my old age. Do not forsake me when my strength fails.

൯വാർദ്ധക്യകാലത്ത് അവിടുന്ന് എന്നെ തള്ളിക്കളയരുതേ; ബലം ക്ഷയിക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയുമരുതേ.

10 For my enemies talk about me. Those who watch for my soul conspire together,

൧൦എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ പ്രാണഹാനിക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവർ ഗൂഢാലോചന നടത്തുന്നു.

11 saying, "God has forsaken him. Pursue and take him, for no one will rescue him."

൧൧“ദൈവം അവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; പിന്തുടർന്ന് പിടിക്കുവിൻ; വിടുവിക്കുവാൻ ആരുമില്ല” എന്ന് അവർ പറയുന്നു.

12 God, do not be far from me. My God, hurry to help me.

൧൨ദൈവമേ, എന്നോട് അകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ; എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, എന്നെ സഹായിക്കുവാൻ വേഗം വരണമേ.

13 Let my accusers be put to shame and consumed. Let them be covered with disgrace and scorn who want to harm me.

൧൩എന്റെ പ്രാണന് വിരോധികളായവർ ലജ്ജിച്ച് നശിച്ചുപോകട്ടെ; എനിക്ക് അനർത്ഥം അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവർ നിന്ദകൊണ്ടും ലജ്ജകൊണ്ടും മൂടിപ്പോകട്ടെ.

14 But I will always hope, and will add to all of your praise.

൧൪ഞാൻ എപ്പോഴും പ്രത്യാശിക്കും; ഞാൻ മേല്ക്കുമേൽ അങ്ങയെ സ്തുതിക്കും.

15 My mouth will tell about your righteousness, and of your salvation all day, though I do not know its full measure.

൧൫എന്റെ വായ് ഇടവിടാതെ അവിടുത്തെ നീതിയെയും രക്ഷയെയും വർണ്ണിക്കും; അവയുടെ സംഖ്യ എനിക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞുകൂടാ.

16 I will come with the mighty acts of the Lord GOD. I will make mention of your righteousness, even of yours alone.

൧൬ഞാൻ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ വീര്യപ്രവൃത്തികളോടുകൂടി വരും; അങ്ങയുടെ നീതിയെ മാത്രം ഞാൻ കീർത്തിക്കും.

17 God, you have taught me from my youth. Until now, I have declared your wondrous works.

൧൭ദൈവമേ, എന്റെ ബാല്യംമുതൽ അങ്ങ് എന്നെ ഉപദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഇന്നുവരെ ഞാൻ അങ്ങയുടെ അത്ഭുതപ്രവൃത്തികളെ അറിയിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

18 Yes, even when I am old and gray-haired, God, do not forsake me, until I have declared your strength to the next generation, your might to everyone who is to come.

൧൮ദൈവമേ, അടുത്ത തലമുറയോട് ഞാൻ അങ്ങയുടെ ഭുജബലത്തെയും വരുവാനുള്ള എല്ലാവരോടും അങ്ങയുടെ വീര്യപ്രവൃത്തിയെയും അറിയിക്കുവോളം വാർദ്ധക്യവും നരയും ഉള്ള കാലത്തും എന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കരുതേ.

19 Your righteousness also, God, reaches to the heavens; you have done great things. God, who is like you?

൧൯ദൈവമേ, അവിടുത്തെ നീതിയും അത്യുന്നതമായിരിക്കുന്നു; മഹാകാര്യങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദൈവമേ, അങ്ങയോട് തുല്യൻ ആരാണുള്ളത്?

20 You, who have shown us many and bitter troubles, you will let me live. You will bring us up again from the depths of the earth.

൨൦അനവധി കഷ്ടങ്ങളും അനർത്ഥങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങളെ കാണുമാറാക്കിയവനേ, അവിടുന്ന് ഞങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടും ജീവിപ്പിക്കും; ഭൂമിയുടെ ആഴങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് ഞങ്ങളെ തിരികെ കയറ്റും.

21 Increase my honor, and comfort me again.

൨൧അങ്ങ് എന്റെ മഹത്വം വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച് എന്നെ വീണ്ടും ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കണമേ.

22 I will also praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, my God. I sing praises to you with the lyre, Holy One of Israel.

൨൨എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, ഞാൻ വീണകൊണ്ട് അങ്ങയെയും അവിടുത്തെ വിശ്വസ്തതയെയും സ്തുതിക്കും; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധനേ, ഞാൻ കിന്നരം കൊണ്ട് അങ്ങേക്ക് സ്തുതിപാടും.

23 My lips shall shout for joy. My soul, which you have redeemed, sings praises to you.

൨൩ഞാൻ അങ്ങേക്ക് സ്തുതി പാടുമ്പോൾ എന്റെ അധരങ്ങളും അങ്ങ് വീണ്ടെടുത്ത എന്റെ പ്രാണനും ഘോഷിച്ചാനന്ദിക്കും.

24 My tongue will also talk about your righteousness all day long, for they are disappointed, and they are confounded, who want to harm me.

൨൪എന്റെ നാവും ഇടവിടാതെ അങ്ങയുടെ നീതിയെക്കുറിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കും; എനിക്ക് ആപത്ത് അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവർ ലജ്ജിച്ച് ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു.
