Psalms 111

1 Praise the LORD. I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the congregation.

¡Alabado sea Yah! Daré gracias a Yahvé con todo mi corazón, en el consejo de los rectos, y en la congregación.

2 The LORD's works are great, pondered by all those who delight in them.

Las obras de Yahvé son grandes, que se deleitan en ellas.

3 His work is honor and majesty. His righteousness endures forever.

Su obra es el honor y la majestad. Su justicia es eterna.

4 He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered. The LORD is gracious and merciful.

Ha hecho que se recuerden sus maravillosas obras. Yahvé es clemente y misericordioso.

5 He has given food to those who fear him. He always remembers his covenant.

Ha dado de comer a los que le temen. Siempre recuerda su pacto.

6 He has shown his people the power of his works, in giving them the heritage of the nations.

Ha mostrado a su pueblo el poder de sus obras, en darles la herencia de las naciones.

7 The works of his hands are truth and justice. All his precepts are sure.

Las obras de sus manos son la verdad y la justicia. Todos sus preceptos son seguros.

8 They are established forever and ever. They are done in truth and uprightness.

Están establecidos por siempre y para siempre. Se hacen con verdad y rectitud.

9 He has sent redemption to his people. He has ordained his covenant forever. His name is holy and awesome.

Ha enviado la redención a su pueblo. Él ha ordenado su pacto para siempre. Su nombre es santo y asombroso.

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever.

El temor de Yahvé es el principio de la sabiduría. Todos los que hacen su trabajo tienen una buena comprensión. Su alabanza es eterna.
