Psalms 101

1 [A Psalm by David.] I will sing of loving kindness and justice. To you, LORD, I will sing praises.

Cantaré de tu misericordia y justicia. A Ti, oh Yavé, cantaré salmos.

2 I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart.

Observaré atentamente el camino de la integridad. ¿Cuándo vendrás a mí? Andaré en la integridad de mi corazón en medio de mi casa.

3 I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me.

No pondré ante mis ojos cosa indigna. Aborrezco la obra de los que se desvían. No me atrapará.

4 A perverse heart will be far from me. I will have nothing to do with evil.

El corazón perverso se apartará de mí. No reconoceré al perverso.

5 I will silence whoever secretly slanders his neighbor. I won't tolerate one who is haughty and conceited.

Destruiré al que secretamente calumnia a su prójimo. No soportaré al altivo de ojos y orgulloso de corazón.

6 My eyes will be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me. He who walks in a perfect way, he will serve me.

Sobre los fieles de la tierra fijaré mis ojos Para que estén conmigo. El que anda en camino de integridad me servirá.

7 He who practices deceit won't dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won't be established before my eyes.

No vivirá en mi casa el que practica fraude, El que habla mentira no permanecerá delante de mí.

8 Morning by morning, I will destroy all the wicked of the land; to cut off all evildoers from the LORD's city.

Por las mañanas destruiré a todos los perversos de la tierra, Para extirpar de la ciudad de Yavé a todos los malhechores.
