1 Chronicles 7
1 Of the sons of Issachar: Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four.
Et les fils d’Issacar: Thola, et Pua, Jashub, et Shimron, quatre.
2 The sons of Tola: Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Ibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their fathers' houses of Tola; mighty men of valor in their generations: their number in the days of David was twenty-two thousand six hundred.
Et les fils de Thola: Uzzi, et Rephaïa, et Jeriel, et Jakhmaï, et Jibsam, et Samuel, chefs de leurs maisons de pères, de Thola, hommes forts et vaillants, dans leurs générations; leur nombre, aux jours de David, fut de 22 600.
3 The sons of Uzzi: Izrahiah. The sons of Izrahiah: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, and Isshiah. All five of them leaders.
– Et les fils d’Uzzi: Jizrakhia; et les fils de Jizrakhia: Micaël, et Abdias, et Joël, [et] Jishija, cinq, tous des chefs.
4 With them, by their generations, after their fathers' houses, were bands of the army for war, thirty-six thousand; for they had many wives and sons.
Et avec eux, suivant leurs générations, selon leurs maisons de pères, il y eut des bandes de guerre pour combattre, 36 000 hommes; car ils avaient beaucoup de femmes et de fils.
5 Their brothers among all the families of Issachar, mighty men of valor, reckoned in all by genealogy, were eighty-seven thousand.
Et leurs frères de toutes les familles d’Issacar, hommes forts et vaillants, furent en tout 87 000, enregistrés dans les généalogies.
6 The sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Beker, and Jediael, three.
[Fils de] Benjamin: Béla, et Béker, et Jediaël, trois.
7 The sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of ancestral houses, mighty men of valor; and they were reckoned by genealogy twenty-two thousand thirty-four.
Et les fils de Béla: Etsbon, et Uzzi, et Uziel, et Jerimoth, et Iri, cinq, chefs de maisons de pères, hommes forts et vaillants, et, enregistrés dans les généalogies, 22 034.
8 The sons of Beker: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these were the sons of Beker.

9 They were reckoned by genealogy, after their generations, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valor, twenty thousand two hundred.
et, enregistrés dans les généalogies, selon leurs générations, des chefs de leurs maisons de pères, hommes forts et vaillants, 20 200.
10 The sons of Jediael: Bilhan. The sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Kenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.
– Et les fils de Jediaël: Bilhan; et les fils de Bilhan: Jehush, et Benjamin, et Éhud, et Kenaana, et Zéthan, et Tarsis, et Akhishakhar;
11 All these were sons of Jediael, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valor, seventeen thousand and two hundred, who were able to go forth in the army for war.
tous ceux-là étaient fils de Jediaël, selon les chefs des pères, hommes forts et vaillants, 17 200, formés au service pour la guerre.
12 And Shuppim and Huppim were the sons of Ir, Hushim the son of Aher.
– Et Shuppim et Huppim, fils d’Ir. – Hushim: les fils d’Akher.
13 The sons of Naphtali: Jahzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem, the sons of Bilhah.
Les fils de Nephthali: Jahtsiel, et Guni, et Jétser, et Shallum, les fils de Bilha.
14 The sons of Manasseh: Asriel, whom his Aramean secondary wife bore; she bore Makir the father of Gilead.
Les fils de Manassé: Asriel, … qu’elle enfanta. Sa concubine syrienne enfanta Makir, père de Galaad.
15 And Makir took a wife of Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister's name was Maacah; and the name of the second was Zelophehad: and Zelophehad had daughters.
Et Makir prit une femme, [la sœur] de Huppim et de Shuppim; et le nom de leur sœur était Maaca. Et le nom du second [fils] était Tselophkhad; et Tselophkhad n’eut que des filles.
16 Maacah the wife of Makir bore a son, and she named him Parash; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rekem.
Et Maaca, femme de Makir, enfanta un fils, et l’appela du nom de Péresh; et le nom de son frère, Shéresh; et ses fils: Ulam et Rékem.
17 The son of Ulam: Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead the son of Makir, the son of Manasseh.
Et les fils d’Ulam: Bedan. Ce sont là les fils de Galaad, fils de Makir, fils de Manassé.
18 His sister Hammoleketh bore Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.
– Et sa sœur Moléketh enfanta Ishhod, et Abiézer, et Makhla.
19 The sons of Shemida were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.
– Et les fils de Shemida furent Akhian, et Sichem, et Likkhi, et Aniam.
20 The sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eleadah his son, and Tahath his son,
Et les fils d’Éphraïm: Shuthélakh; et Béred, son fils; et Thakhath, son fils; et Elhada, son fils; et Thakhath, son fils;
21 and Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath who were born in the land killed, because they came down to take away their livestock.

22 Ephraim their father mourned many days, and his brothers came to comfort him.

23 He went in to his wife, and she conceived, and bore a son, and he named him Beriah, because tragedy had come to his house.
Et il vint vers sa femme; et elle conçut, et enfanta un fils; et elle l’appela du nom de Beriha, car [il était né] quand le malheur était dans sa maison.
24 His daughter was Sheerah, who built Lower and Upper Beth Horon, and Uzzen Sheerah.
Et sa fille fut Shééra; et elle bâtit Beth-Horon, la basse et la haute, et Uzzen-Shééra.
25 Rephah was his son, and Resheph his son, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son,

26 Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son,
Lahdan, son fils; Ammihud, son fils; Élishama, son fils;
27 Nun his son, Joshua his son.
Nun, son fils; Josué, son fils.
28 Their possessions and habitations were Bethel and its towns, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer, with its towns; Shechem also and its towns, to Aiah and its towns;
Et leur possession et leurs habitations furent Béthel et les villages de son ressort; et au levant, Naaran; et au couchant, Guézer et les villages de son ressort, et Sichem et les villages de son ressort, jusqu’à Gaza et les villages de son ressort.
29 and by the borders of the people of Manasseh, Beth Shean and its towns, Taanach and its towns, Ibleam and its towns, Megiddo and its towns, Dor and its towns. In these lived the people of Joseph the son of Israel.
Et aux mains des fils de Manassé étaient: Beth-Shean et les villages de son ressort, Thaanac et les villages de son ressort, Meguiddo et les villages de son ressort, Dor et les villages de son ressort. Les fils de Joseph, fils d’Israël, habitèrent dans ces [villes].
30 The sons of Asher: Jimnah, and Jishvah, and Jishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.

31 The sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malkiel, who was the father of Birzaith.

32 Heber became the father of Japhlet, and Shemer, and Helem, and Shua their sister.
Et Héber engendra Japhleth, et Shomer, et Hotham, et Shua, leur sœur.
33 The sons of Japhlet: Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath. These are the sons of Japhlet.
Et les fils de Japhleth: Pasac, et Bimhal, et Ashvath; ce sont là les fils de Japhleth.
34 The sons of Shemer his brother: Rohgah, and Hubbah, and Aram.
– Et les fils de Shémer: Akhi, et Rohga, et Hubba, et Aram.
35 The sons of Helem his brother: Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh, and Amal.
– Et les fils d’Hélem, son frère: Tsophakh, et Jimnah, et Shélesh, et Amal.
36 The sons of Zophah: Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual. And the sons of Imna:

37 Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Jether, and Beera.
Bétser, et Hod, et Shamma, et Shilsha, et Jithran, et Beéra.
38 The sons of Jether: Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.
– Et les fils de Jéther: Jephunné, et Pispa, et Ara.
39 The sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.
– Et les fils d’Ulla: Arakh, et Hanniel, et Ritsia.
40 All these were the people of Asher, heads of ancestral houses, choice and mighty men of valor, chief of the princes. The number of them reckoned by genealogy for service in war was twenty-six thousand men.
– Tous ceux-là étaient fils d’Aser, chefs de maisons de pères, hommes d’élite, forts et vaillants hommes, chefs des princes; et, selon leur enregistrement généalogique dans l’armée pour la guerre, leur nombre fut de 26 000 hommes.
