< Luke 5 >

1 Now it happened, while the crowd pressed on him and heard the word of God, that he was standing by the lake of Gennesaret.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ଯୀଶୁରେକଦା ଗିନେଷରଥ୍ଦସ୍ୟ ତୀର ଉତ୍ତିଷ୍ଠତି, ତଦା ଲୋକା ଈଶ୍ୱରୀଯକଥାଂ ଶ୍ରୋତୁଂ ତଦୁପରି ପ୍ରପତିତାଃ|
2 He saw two boats standing by the lake, but the fishermen had gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
ତଦାନୀଂ ସ ହ୍ଦସ୍ୟ ତୀରସମୀପେ ନୌଦ୍ୱଯଂ ଦଦର୍ଶ କିଞ୍ଚ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟୋପଜୀୱିନୋ ନାୱଂ ୱିହାଯ ଜାଲଂ ପ୍ରକ୍ଷାଲଯନ୍ତି|
3 He entered into one of the boats, which was Shim'on's, and asked him to put out a little from the land. He sat down and taught the crowds from the boat.
ତତସ୍ତଯୋର୍ଦ୍ୱଯୋ ର୍ମଧ୍ୟେ ଶିମୋନୋ ନାୱମାରୁହ୍ୟ ତୀରାତ୍ କିଞ୍ଚିଦ୍ଦୂରଂ ଯାତୁଂ ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ୱିନଯଂ କୃତ୍ୱା ନୌକାଯାମୁପୱିଶ୍ୟ ଲୋକାନ୍ ପ୍ରୋପଦିଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍|
4 When he had finished speaking, he said to Shim'on, "Put out into the deep, and let down your nets for a catch."
ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ତଂ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାୱଂ ସମାପ୍ୟ ସ ଶିମୋନଂ ୱ୍ୟାଜହାର, ଗଭୀରଂ ଜଲଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ମତ୍ସ୍ୟାନ୍ ଧର୍ତ୍ତୁଂ ଜାଲଂ ନିକ୍ଷିପ|
5 Shim'on answered him, "Master, we worked all night, and took nothing; but at your word I will let down the nets."
ତତଃ ଶିମୋନ ବଭାଷେ, ହେ ଗୁରୋ ଯଦ୍ୟପି ୱଯଂ କୃତ୍ସ୍ନାଂ ଯାମିନୀଂ ପରିଶ୍ରମ୍ୟ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟୈକମପି ନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତାସ୍ତଥାପି ଭୱତୋ ନିଦେଶତୋ ଜାଲଂ କ୍ଷିପାମଃ|
6 When they had done this, they caught a great multitude of fish, and their net was breaking.
ଅଥ ଜାଲେ କ୍ଷିପ୍ତେ ବହୁମତ୍ସ୍ୟପତନାଦ୍ ଆନାଯଃ ପ୍ରଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନଃ|
7 They beckoned to their partners in the other boat, that they should come and help them. They came, and filled both boats, so that they began to sink.
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଉପକର୍ତ୍ତୁମ୍ ଅନ୍ୟନୌସ୍ଥାନ୍ ସଙ୍ଗିନ ଆଯାତୁମ୍ ଇଙ୍ଗିତେନ ସମାହ୍ୱଯନ୍ ତତସ୍ତ ଆଗତ୍ୟ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟୈ ର୍ନୌଦ୍ୱଯଂ ପ୍ରପୂରଯାମାସୁ ର୍ୟୈ ର୍ନୌଦ୍ୱଯଂ ପ୍ରମଗ୍ନମ୍|
8 But Shim'on Peter, when he saw it, fell down at Yeshua's knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, Lord."
ତଦା ଶିମୋନ୍ପିତରସ୍ତଦ୍ ୱିଲୋକ୍ୟ ଯୀଶୋଶ୍ଚରଣଯୋଃ ପତିତ୍ୱା, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋହଂ ପାପୀ ନରୋ ମମ ନିକଟାଦ୍ ଭୱାନ୍ ଯାତୁ, ଇତି କଥିତୱାନ୍|
9 For he was amazed, and all who were with him, at the catch of fish which they had caught;
ଯତୋ ଜାଲେ ପତିତାନାଂ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟାନାଂ ଯୂଥାତ୍ ଶିମୋନ୍ ତତ୍ସଙ୍ଗିନଶ୍ଚ ଚମତ୍କୃତୱନ୍ତଃ; ଶିମୋନଃ ସହକାରିଣୌ ସିୱଦେଃ ପୁତ୍ରୌ ଯାକୂବ୍ ଯୋହନ୍ ଚେମୌ ତାଦୃଶୌ ବଭୂୱତୁଃ|
10 and so also were Jacob and John, sons of Zavdai, who were partners with Shim'on. Yeshua said to Shim'on, "Do not be afraid. From now on you will be catching people."
ତଦା ଯୀଶୁଃ ଶିମୋନଂ ଜଗାଦ ମା ଭୈଷୀରଦ୍ୟାରଭ୍ୟ ତ୍ୱଂ ମନୁଷ୍ୟଧରୋ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟସି|
11 When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything, and followed him.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାସୁ ନୌସୁ ତୀରମ୍ ଆନୀତାସୁ ତେ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାନ୍ ପରିତ୍ୟଜ୍ୟ ତସ୍ୟ ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍ଗାମିନୋ ବଭୂୱୁଃ|
12 It happened, while he was in one of the cities, look, there was a man full of leprosy. When he saw Yeshua, he fell on his face, and begged him, saying, "Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean."
ତତଃ ପରଂ ଯୀଶୌ କସ୍ମିଂଶ୍ଚିତ୍ ପୁରେ ତିଷ୍ଠତି ଜନ ଏକଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାଙ୍ଗକୁଷ୍ଠସ୍ତଂ ୱିଲୋକ୍ୟ ତସ୍ୟ ସମୀପେ ନ୍ୟୁବ୍ଜଃ ପତିତ୍ୱା ସୱିନଯଂ ୱକ୍ତୁମାରେଭେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ଯଦି ଭୱାନିଚ୍ଛତି ତର୍ହି ମାଂ ପରିଷ୍କର୍ତ୍ତୁଂ ଶକ୍ନୋତି|
13 And he stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying, "I am willing. Be cleansed." Immediately the leprosy left him.
ତଦାନୀଂ ସ ପାଣିଂ ପ୍ରସାର୍ୟ୍ୟ ତଦଙ୍ଗଂ ସ୍ପୃଶନ୍ ବଭାଷେ ତ୍ୱଂ ପରିଷ୍କ୍ରିଯସ୍ୱେତି ମମେଚ୍ଛାସ୍ତି ତତସ୍ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣଂ ସ କୁଷ୍ଠାତ୍ ମୁକ୍ତଃ|
14 And he commanded him, "Do not tell anyone, but go your way, and show yourself to the cohen, and offer for your cleansing according to what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them."
ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ସ ତମାଜ୍ଞାପଯାମାସ କଥାମିମାଂ କସ୍ମୈଚିଦ୍ ଅକଥଯିତ୍ୱା ଯାଜକସ୍ୟ ସମୀପଞ୍ଚ ଗତ୍ୱା ସ୍ୱଂ ଦର୍ଶଯ, ଲୋକେଭ୍ୟୋ ନିଜପରିଷ୍କୃତତ୍ୱସ୍ୟ ପ୍ରମାଣଦାନାଯ ମୂସାଜ୍ଞାନୁସାରେଣ ଦ୍ରୱ୍ୟମୁତ୍ମୃଜସ୍ୱ ଚ|
15 But the report concerning him spread much more, and large crowds came together to hear, and to be healed of their infirmities.
ତଥାପି ଯୀଶୋଃ ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ର୍ବହୁ ୱ୍ୟାପ୍ତୁମାରେଭେ କିଞ୍ଚ ତସ୍ୟ କଥାଂ ଶ୍ରୋତୁଂ ସ୍ୱୀଯରୋଗେଭ୍ୟୋ ମୋକ୍ତୁଞ୍ଚ ଲୋକା ଆଜଗ୍ମୁଃ|
16 But he withdrew himself into the desert, and prayed.
ଅଥ ସ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥଯାଞ୍ଚକ୍ରେ|
17 It happened on one of those days, that he was teaching; and there were Pharisees and teachers of the Law sitting by, who had come out of every village of Galil, Judea, and Jerusalem. The power of the Lord was with him to heal.
ଅପରଞ୍ଚ ଏକଦା ଯୀଶୁରୁପଦିଶତି, ଏତର୍ହି ଗାଲୀଲ୍ୟିହୂଦାପ୍ରଦେଶଯୋଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱନଗରେଭ୍ୟୋ ଯିରୂଶାଲମଶ୍ଚ କିଯନ୍ତଃ ଫିରୂଶିଲୋକା ୱ୍ୟୱସ୍ଥାପକାଶ୍ଚ ସମାଗତ୍ୟ ତଦନ୍ତିକେ ସମୁପୱିୱିଶୁଃ, ତସ୍ମିନ୍ କାଲେ ଲୋକାନାମାରୋଗ୍ୟକାରଣାତ୍ ପ୍ରଭୋଃ ପ୍ରଭାୱଃ ପ୍ରଚକାଶେ|
18 And look, men brought a paralyzed man on a cot, and they sought to bring him in to lay before him.
ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ କିଯନ୍ତୋ ଲୋକା ଏକଂ ପକ୍ଷାଘାତିନଂ ଖଟ୍ୱାଯାଂ ନିଧାଯ ଯୀଶୋଃ ସମୀପମାନେତୁଂ ସମ୍ମୁଖେ ସ୍ଥାପଯିତୁଞ୍ଚ ୱ୍ୟାପ୍ରିଯନ୍ତ|
19 Not finding a way to bring him in because of the crowd, they went up to the housetop, and let him down through the tiles with his cot into the midst before Yeshua.
କିନ୍ତୁ ବହୁଜନନିୱହସମ୍ୱାଧାତ୍ ନ ଶକ୍ନୁୱନ୍ତୋ ଗୃହୋପରି ଗତ୍ୱା ଗୃହପୃଷ୍ଠଂ ଖନିତ୍ୱା ତଂ ପକ୍ଷାଘାତିନଂ ସଖଟ୍ୱଂ ଗୃହମଧ୍ୟେ ଯୀଶୋଃ ସମ୍ମୁଖେ ଽୱରୋହଯାମାସୁଃ|
20 Seeing their faith, he said, "Man, your sins are forgiven you."
ତଦା ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତେଷାମ୍ ଈଦୃଶଂ ୱିଶ୍ୱାସଂ ୱିଲୋକ୍ୟ ତଂ ପକ୍ଷାଘାତିନଂ ୱ୍ୟାଜହାର, ହେ ମାନୱ ତୱ ପାପମକ୍ଷମ୍ୟତ|
21 The scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, "Who is this that speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?"
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଅଧ୍ୟାପକାଃ ଫିରୂଶିନଶ୍ଚ ଚିତ୍ତୈରିତ୍ଥଂ ପ୍ରଚିନ୍ତିତୱନ୍ତଃ, ଏଷ ଜନ ଈଶ୍ୱରଂ ନିନ୍ଦତି କୋଯଂ? କେୱଲମୀଶ୍ୱରଂ ୱିନା ପାପଂ କ୍ଷନ୍ତୁଂ କଃ ଶକ୍ନୋତି?
22 But Yeshua, perceiving their thoughts, answered them, "Why are you reasoning so in your hearts?
ତଦା ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତେଷାମ୍ ଇତ୍ଥଂ ଚିନ୍ତନଂ ୱିଦିତ୍ୱା ତେଭ୍ୟୋକଥଯଦ୍ ଯୂଯଂ ମନୋଭିଃ କୁତୋ ୱିତର୍କଯଥ?
23 Which is easier to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you;' or to say, 'Arise and walk?'
ତୱ ପାପକ୍ଷମା ଜାତା ଯଦ୍ୱା ତ୍ୱମୁତ୍ଥାଯ ୱ୍ରଜ ଏତଯୋ ର୍ମଧ୍ୟେ କା କଥା ସୁକଥ୍ୟା?
24 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins" (he said to the paralyzed man), "I tell you, arise, and take up your cot, and go to your house."
କିନ୍ତୁ ପୃଥିୱ୍ୟାଂ ପାପଂ କ୍ଷନ୍ତୁଂ ମାନୱସୁତସ୍ୟ ସାମର୍ଥ୍ୟମସ୍ତୀତି ଯଥା ଯୂଯଂ ଜ୍ଞାତୁଂ ଶକ୍ନୁଥ ତଦର୍ଥଂ (ସ ତଂ ପକ୍ଷାଘାତିନଂ ଜଗାଦ) ଉତ୍ତିଷ୍ଠ ସ୍ୱଶଯ୍ୟାଂ ଗୃହୀତ୍ୱା ଗୃହଂ ଯାହୀତି ତ୍ୱାମାଦିଶାମି|
25 Immediately he rose up before them, and took up that which he was laying on, and departed to his house, glorifying God.
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ସ ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣମ୍ ଉତ୍ଥାଯ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେଷାଂ ସାକ୍ଷାତ୍ ନିଜଶଯନୀଯଂ ଗୃହୀତ୍ୱା ଈଶ୍ୱରଂ ଧନ୍ୟଂ ୱଦନ୍ ନିଜନିୱେଶନଂ ଯଯୌ|
26 Amazement took hold on all, and they glorified God. They were filled with fear, saying, "We have seen remarkable things today."
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେ ୱିସ୍ମଯ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତା ମନଃସୁ ଭୀତାଶ୍ଚ ୱଯମଦ୍ୟାସମ୍ଭୱକାର୍ୟ୍ୟାଣ୍ୟଦର୍ଶାମ ଇତ୍ୟୁକ୍ତ୍ୱା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଂ ଧନ୍ୟଂ ପ୍ରୋଦିତାଃ|
27 After these things he went out, and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax office, and said to him, "Follow me."
ତତଃ ପରଂ ବହିର୍ଗଚ୍ଛନ୍ କରସଞ୍ଚଯସ୍ଥାନେ ଲେୱିନାମାନଂ କରସଞ୍ଚାଯକଂ ଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱା ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତମଭିଦଧେ ମମ ପଶ୍ଚାଦେହି|
28 He left everything, and rose up and followed him.
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ସ ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣାତ୍ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଂ ପରିତ୍ୟଜ୍ୟ ତସ୍ୟ ପଶ୍ଚାଦିଯାଯ|
29 Levi made a great feast for him in his house. There was a large crowd of tax collectors and others who were reclining with them.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ଲେୱି ର୍ନିଜଗୃହେ ତଦର୍ଥଂ ମହାଭୋଜ୍ୟଂ ଚକାର, ତଦା ତୈଃ ସହାନେକେ କରସଞ୍ଚାଯିନସ୍ତଦନ୍ୟଲୋକାଶ୍ଚ ଭୋକ୍ତୁମୁପୱିୱିଶୁଃ|
30 The Pharisees and their scribes grumbled at his talmidim, saying, "Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?"
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ କାରଣାତ୍ ଚଣ୍ଡାଲାନାଂ ପାପିଲୋକାନାଞ୍ଚ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଯୂଯଂ କୁତୋ ଭଂଗ୍ଧ୍ୱେ ପିୱଥ ଚେତି କଥାଂ କଥଯିତ୍ୱା ଫିରୂଶିନୋଽଧ୍ୟାପକାଶ୍ଚ ତସ୍ୟ ଶିଷ୍ୟୈଃ ସହ ୱାଗ୍ୟୁଦ୍ଧଂ କର୍ତ୍ତୁମାରେଭିରେ|
31 Yeshua answered them, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଯୀଶୁସ୍ତାନ୍ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୱୋଚଦ୍ ଅରୋଗଲୋକାନାଂ ଚିକିତ୍ସକେନ ପ୍ରଯୋଜନଂ ନାସ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ସରୋଗାଣାମେୱ|
32 I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."
ଅହଂ ଧାର୍ମ୍ମିକାନ୍ ଆହ୍ୱାତୁଂ ନାଗତୋସ୍ମି କିନ୍ତୁ ମନଃ ପରାୱର୍ତ୍ତଯିତୁଂ ପାପିନ ଏୱ|
33 They said to him, "The talmidim of John often fast and pray, likewise also the talmidim of the Pharisees, but yours eat and drink."
ତତସ୍ତେ ପ୍ରୋଚୁଃ, ଯୋହନଃ ଫିରୂଶିନାଞ୍ଚ ଶିଷ୍ୟା ୱାରଂୱାରମ୍ ଉପୱସନ୍ତି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥଯନ୍ତେ ଚ କିନ୍ତୁ ତୱ ଶିଷ୍ୟାଃ କୁତୋ ଭୁଞ୍ଜତେ ପିୱନ୍ତି ଚ?
34 He said to them, "Can you make the friends of the bridegroom fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
ତଦା ସ ତାନାଚଖ୍ୟୌ ୱରେ ସଙ୍ଗେ ତିଷ୍ଠତି ୱରସ୍ୟ ସଖିଗଣଂ କିମୁପୱାସଯିତୁଂ ଶକ୍ନୁଥ?
35 But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them. Then they will fast in those days."
କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦା ତେଷାଂ ନିକଟାଦ୍ ୱରୋ ନେଷ୍ୟତେ ତଦା ତେ ସମୁପୱତ୍ସ୍ୟନ୍ତି|
36 He also told a parable to them. "No one having torn a piece from a new garment puts it on an old garment, or else he will tear the new, and also the piece from the new will not match the old.
ସୋପରମପି ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତଂ କଥଯାମ୍ବଭୂୱ ପୁରାତନୱସ୍ତ୍ରେ କୋପି ନୁତନୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ନ ସୀୱ୍ୟତି ଯତସ୍ତେନ ସେୱନେନ ଜୀର୍ଣୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ଛିଦ୍ୟତେ, ନୂତନପୁରାତନୱସ୍ତ୍ରଯୋ ର୍ମେଲଞ୍ଚ ନ ଭୱତି|
37 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine will burst the skins, and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed.
ପୁରାତନ୍ୟାଂ କୁତ୍ୱାଂ କୋପି ନୁତନଂ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସଂ ନ ନିଦଧାତି, ଯତୋ ନୱୀନଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସସ୍ୟ ତେଜସା ପୁରାତନୀ କୁତୂ ର୍ୱିଦୀର୍ୟ୍ୟତେ ତତୋ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସଃ ପତତି କୁତୂଶ୍ଚ ନଶ୍ୟତି|
38 But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins.
ତତୋ ହେତୋ ର୍ନୂତନ୍ୟାଂ କୁତ୍ୱାଂ ନୱୀନଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସଃ ନିଧାତୱ୍ୟସ୍ତେନୋଭଯସ୍ୟ ରକ୍ଷା ଭୱତି|
39 No one having drunk old wine desires new, for he says, 'The old is good.'"
ଅପରଞ୍ଚ ପୁରାତନଂ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସଂ ପୀତ୍ୱା କୋପି ନୂତନଂ ନ ୱାଞ୍ଛତି, ଯତଃ ସ ୱକ୍ତି ନୂତନାତ୍ ପୁରାତନମ୍ ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତମ୍|
