< Luke 21 >

1 He looked up, and saw the rich people who were putting their gifts into the treasury.
Nígbà tí ó sì gbé ojú sókè, ó rí àwọn ọlọ́rọ̀ ń fi ẹ̀bùn wọn sínú àpótí ìṣúra.
2 He saw a certain poor widow casting in two lepta.
Ó sì rí tálákà opó kan pẹ̀lú, ó ń sọ owó idẹ wẹ́wẹ́ méjì síbẹ̀.
3 He said, "Truly I tell you, this poor widow put in more than all of them,
Ó sì wí pé, “Lóòótọ́ ni mo wí fún yín, tálákà opó yìí fi sí i ju gbogbo wọn lọ,
4 for all these put in gifts from their abundance, but she, out of her poverty, put in all that she had to live on."
nítorí gbogbo àwọn wọ̀nyí fi sínú ẹ̀bùn Ọlọ́run láti ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ ìní wọn; ṣùgbọ́n òun nínú àìní rẹ̀ ó sọ gbogbo ohun ìní rẹ̀ tí ó ní sínú rẹ̀.”
5 As some were talking about the temple and how it was decorated with beautiful stones and gifts, he said,
Bí àwọn kan sì ti ń sọ̀rọ̀ nípa tẹmpili, bí a ti fi òkúta dáradára àti ẹ̀bùn ṣe é ní ọ̀ṣọ́, fun Ọlọ́run, Jesu wí pé
6 "As for these things which you see, the days will come, in which there will not be left here one stone on another that will not be thrown down."
“Ohun tí ẹ̀yin ń wò wọ̀nyí, ọjọ́ ń bọ̀, nígbà tí a kì yóò fi òkúta kan sílẹ̀ lórí èkejì tí a kì yóò wó lulẹ̀.”
7 They asked him, "Teacher, so when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are about to happen?"
Wọ́n sì béèrè lọ́wọ́ rẹ̀, pé, “Olùkọ́, nígbà wo ni nǹkan wọ̀nyí yóò rí bẹ́ẹ̀? Àti àmì kín ni yóò wà, nígbà tí nǹkan wọ̀nyí yóò fi ṣẹ?”
8 He said, "Watch out that you do not get led astray, for many will come in my name, saying, 'I am he,' and, 'The time is near.' Therefore do not follow them.
Ó sì wí pé, “Ẹ máa kíyèsára, kí a má bá à mú yín ṣìnà: nítorí ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ yóò wá ní orúkọ mi, tí yóò máa wí pé, ‘Èmi ní Kristi náà àkókò náà sì kù sí dẹ̀dẹ̀.’ Ẹ má ṣe tọ̀ wọ́n lẹ́yìn.
9 When you hear of wars and disturbances, do not be terrified, for these things must happen first, but the end won't come immediately."
Ṣùgbọ́n nígbà tí ẹ̀yin bá gbúròó ogun àti ìdágìrì, ẹ má ṣe fòyà; nítorí nǹkan wọ̀nyí ní láti kọ́kọ́ ṣẹlẹ̀, ṣùgbọ́n òpin náà kì í ṣe lójúkan náà.”
10 Then he said to them, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
Nígbà náà ni ó wí fún wọn pé, “Orílẹ̀-èdè yóò dìde sí orílẹ̀-èdè, àti ìjọba sí ìjọba.
11 There will be great earthquakes, famines, and plagues in various places. There will be terrors and great signs from heaven.
Ilẹ̀-rírì ńlá yóò sì wà káàkiri, àti ìyàn àti àjàkálẹ̀-ààrùn; ohun ẹ̀rù, àti àmì ńlá yóò sì ti ọ̀run wá.
12 But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you up to synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for my name's sake.
“Ṣùgbọ́n ṣáájú gbogbo nǹkan wọ̀nyí, wọn ó nawọ́ mú yín, wọn ó sì ṣe inúnibíni sí yín, wọn ó mú yín lọ sí Sinagọgu, àti sínú túbú, wọn ó mú yín lọ sọ́dọ̀ àwọn ọba àti àwọn ìjòyè nítorí orúkọ mi.
13 It will turn out as a testimony for you.
Ẹ o si jẹ́rìí nípa mi.
14 Settle it therefore in your hearts not to meditate beforehand how to answer,
Nítorí náà ẹ pinnu rẹ̀ ní ọkàn yín pé ẹ ko ronú ṣáájú, bí ẹ ó ti dáhùn.
15 for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to withstand or to contradict.
Nítorí tí èmi ó fún yín ní ẹnu àti ọgbọ́n, tí gbogbo àwọn ọ̀tá yín kì yóò lè sọ̀rọ̀-òdì sí, tí wọn kì yóò sì lè kò lójú.
16 You will be handed over even by parents, brothers, relatives, and friends. They will cause some of you to be put to death.
A ó sì fi yín hàn láti ọwọ́ àwọn òbí yín wá, àti àwọn arákùnrin, àti àwọn ìbátan, àti àwọn ọ̀rẹ́; òun ó sì mú kì a pa nínú yín.
17 And you will be hated by everyone because of my name.
A ó sì kórìíra yín lọ́dọ̀ gbogbo ènìyàn nítorí orúkọ mi.
18 But not a hair of your head will perish.
Ṣùgbọ́n irun orí yín kan kì yóò ṣègbé.
19 "By your endurance you will win your lives.
Nínú ìdúró ṣinṣin yín ni ẹ̀yin ó jèrè ọkàn yín.
20 "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near.
“Nígbà tí ẹ̀yin bá sì rí ti a fi ogun yí Jerusalẹmu ká, ẹ mọ̀ nígbà náà pé, ìsọdahoro rẹ̀ kù sí dẹ̀dẹ̀.
21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let those who are in the midst of her depart. Let those who are in the country not enter it.
Nígbà náà ni kí àwọn tí ń bẹ ní Judea sálọ sórí òkè; àti àwọn tí ń bẹ láàrín rẹ̀ kí wọn jáde kúrò; kí àwọn tí ó sì ń bọ̀ ní ìgbèríko má ṣe wọ inú rẹ̀ wá.
22 For these are days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
Nítorí ọjọ́ ẹ̀san ni ọjọ́ wọ̀nyí, kì a lè mú ohun gbogbo tí a ti kọ̀wé rẹ̀ ṣẹ.
23 Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who nurse infants in those days. For there will be great distress in the land, and wrath to this people.
Ṣùgbọ́n ègbé ni fún àwọn tí ó lóyún, àti àwọn tí ó fi ọyàn fún ọmọ mu ní ọjọ́ wọ̀nyí! Nítorí tí ìpọ́njú púpọ̀ yóò wà lórí ilẹ̀ àti ìbínú sí àwọn ènìyàn wọ̀nyí.
24 And they will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive into all the nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled down by non-Jewish people until the times are fulfilled. And there will be times of the non-Jewish people.
Wọn ó sì ti ojú idà ṣubú, a ó sì dìwọ́n ní ìgbèkùn lọ sí orílẹ̀-èdè gbogbo; Jerusalẹmu yóò sì di ìtẹ̀mọ́lẹ̀ lẹ́sẹ̀ àwọn aláìkọlà, títí àkókò àwọn aláìkọlà yóò fi kún.
25 And there will be signs in the sun, and moon, and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves;
“Àmì yóò sì wà ní oorun, àti ní òṣùpá, àti ní ìràwọ̀; àti lórí ilẹ̀ ayé ìdààmú fún àwọn orílẹ̀-èdè nínú ìpayà híhó Òkun àti ìgbì omi.
26 people will be fainting from fear, and from expectation of the things which are coming on the world, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Àyà àwọn ènìyàn yóò máa já fún ìbẹ̀rù, àti ìrètí nǹkan wọ̀nyí tí ń bọ̀ sórí ayé: nítorí àwọn agbára ọ̀run ni a ó mì tìtì.
27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
Nígbà náà ni wọn ó sì rí Ọmọ Ènìyàn tí yóò máa bọ̀ wá nínú àwọsánmọ̀ pẹ̀lú agbára àti ògo ńlá.
28 But when these things begin to happen, look up, and lift up your heads, because your redemption is near."
Ṣùgbọ́n nígbà tí nǹkan wọ̀nyí bá bẹ̀rẹ̀ sí í ṣẹ, ǹjẹ́ kí ẹ wo òkè, kí ẹ sì gbé orí yín sókè; nítorí ìdáǹdè yín kù sí dẹ̀dẹ̀.”
29 He told them a parable. "See the fig tree, and all the trees.
Ó sì pa òwe kan fún wọn pé, “Ẹ kíyèsi igi ọ̀pọ̀tọ́, àti sí gbogbo igi.
30 When they are already budding, you see it and know by your own selves that the summer is already near.
Nígbà tí wọ́n bá rúwé, ẹ̀yin rí i, ẹ sì mọ̀ fúnra ara yín pé, ìgbà ẹ̀ẹ̀rùn kù fẹ́ẹ́rẹ́.
31 Even so you also, when you see these things happening, know that the Kingdom of God is near.
Gẹ́gẹ́ bẹ́ẹ̀ náà ni ẹ̀yin, nígbà tí ẹ̀yin bá rí nǹkan wọ̀nyí tí o ṣẹ, kí ẹ̀yin mọ̀ pé, ìjọba Ọlọ́run kù sí dẹ̀dẹ̀.
32 Truly I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all things are accomplished.
“Lóòótọ́ ni mo wí fún yín, ìran yìí kì yóò rékọjá, títí gbogbo nǹkan wọ̀nyí yóò fi ṣẹ.
33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away.
Ọ̀run àti ayé yóò rékọjá, ṣùgbọ́n ọ̀rọ̀ mi kì yóò rékọjá.
34 "So be careful, or your hearts will be loaded down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day will come on you suddenly.
“Ṣùgbọ́n ẹ máa kíyèsára yín, kí ọkàn yín má ṣe kún fún wọ̀bìà, àti fún ọtí àmupara, àti fún àníyàn ayé yìí, tí ọjọ́ náà yóò sì fi dé bá yín lójijì bí ìkẹ́kùn.
35 For it will come like a snare on all those who dwell on the surface of all the earth.
Nítorí bẹ́ẹ̀ ni yóò dé bá gbogbo àwọn tí ń gbé orí gbogbo ilẹ̀ ayé.
36 Therefore be watchful all the time, praying that you may be able to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man."
Ǹjẹ́ kì ẹ máa ṣọ́nà, kí ẹ sì máa gbàdúrà nígbà gbogbo, kí ẹ ba à lè la gbogbo nǹkan wọ̀nyí tí yóò ṣẹlẹ̀, kí ẹ sì lè dúró níwájú Ọmọ Ènìyàn.”
37 Every day Yeshua was teaching in the temple, and every night he would go out and spend the night on the mountain that is called Olivet.
Lọ́sàn án, Jesu a sì máa kọ́ni ní tẹmpili, lóru, a sì máa jáde lọ í wọ̀ ní òkè tí à ń pè ní Òkè Olifi.
38 All the people came early in the morning to him in the temple to hear him.
Gbogbo ènìyàn sì ń tọ̀ ọ́ wá ní tẹmpili ní kùtùkùtù òwúrọ̀, láti gbọ́rọ̀ rẹ̀.
