< Romans 1 >

1 Paul, a servant of Messiah Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the gospel of God,
PAULUJ ladun Iejuj Krijtuj men, me paeker, en wiala wanporon amen, me katoror on papa ronamau en Kot,
2 which he promised before through his prophets in the holy Scriptures,
Me a kotin kopekidor japwilim a jaukop akan nan kijin likau jaraui kan.
3 concerning his Son, who was born of the offspring of David according to the flesh,
Duen japwilim a Ol me kijan kadaudok en Dawid ni tiak en puli uduk,
4 who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus (the) Messiah our Lord,
O me kadede kidar, me a Japwilim en Kot a manaman, duen a kotin iajadar jan ren me melar akan ki Nen jaraui, Iejuj Krijtuj atail Kaun,
5 through whom we received grace and the office of apostle, for obedience of faith among all the nations, for his name's sake;
Me kit ale janer mak o koa en wanporon, pwen padaki on men liki kan karoj ni mar a, pwe irail en pojon o peik,
6 among whom you are also called to belong to Jesus (the) Messiah;
Pwe komail pil kijan irail, me paaeker don Iejuj Krijtuj.
7 to all who are in Rome, loved by God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (the) Messiah.
Komail karoj kompoke pan Kot, me paeker me jaraui kan, me mimi Rom mak o popol jan ren Kot Jam atail o Kaun Iejuj Krijtuj en mi re omail!
8 First, I thank my God through Jesus (the) Messiah for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world.
let kaieu, i kin kapina ai Kot ki Iejuj Krijtuj pweki komail karoj; pwe omail pojon me kalok jili lel penan jap karoj.
9 For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of his Son, how I constantly mention you
Pwe Kot, me i kin papa on ni nen i ni ai padapadaki wei ronamau en japwilim a Ol, me jaunkadede pai, me i kin tamataman kin komail anjau karoj, nidinid ni ai kapakap akan.
10 always in my prayers, requesting, if by any means now at last I may succeed by the will of God to come to you.
Nidinideki anjau karoj, ma I jota pan kak pwarala re omail, ma iduen kupur en Kot.
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you;
Pwe i inon ion udial komail, pwe i en katunole kin komail ekij pwaij nenin, pwe komail en tinainda.
12 that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.
Pwe i en kajarloleid re omail, pweki atail pojon ta ieu.
13 Now I do not desire to have you unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, and was hindered so far, that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the other non-Jewish people.
Ari, ri ai ol akan, i jota men, me komail en jaja duen ai kileledier pan pak toto, en pwar won komail, ap jaik pijoki on, pwen diar ekij wan ai dodok re omail, dueta ren wei tei kan.
14 I have an obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish.
Pwe nai me pwaipwand on men Krik o men liki kan, o on me lolekon o me jo lolekon kan.
15 So, for my part, I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome.
Pwe duen a pan kak pai, i men pil padaki on komail men Rom ronamau.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.
Pwe i jota kin namenok ki ronamau, pwe i manaman en Kot, me kin kamaurela me pojon akan karoj, Juj oko maj, ap pil men Krik.
17 For in it is revealed God's righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, "But the righteous will live by faith."
Pwe i me kin kajanjaleda pun en Kot, me kin pwili jan pojon, pwen pojon duen a intinidier: Me pun o pan memaureki pojon;
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people, who suppress the truth by unrighteousness,
Pwe onion en Kot pan janjaleda jan nanlan on me doo jan Kot akan o me japun en aramaj akan, me kin kawela melel ni arail japun.
19 because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.
Pwe duen me pwarada jan ren Kot me janjal on irail, pwe Kot me kotin kajanjale on irail,
20 For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made. So they are without excuse. (aïdios g126)
Pwe meakan me jo janjal duen i, iet akan, a manaman joutuk o pil duen a udan Kot jan ni anjaun jappa wiauier, kin janjal kida japwilim a dodok kan, pwe jolar pekid parail, (aïdios g126)
21 Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God or give him thanks, but their thinking became nonsense, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Pweki irail ajadar Kot, a re jota wauneki i duen me kon on Kot pil jota majak tol a, a re aklemai on i, monion japun arail ap rotorotalar.
22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
Irail akereki pein irail ap lamponlar.
23 and traded the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal humans, and of birds, and four-footed animals, and crawling creatures.
Irail kawukilar linan en Kot me jo kak mor pajan, on mom en aramaj me kin mor pajan o mom en manpir akai, o man aluki pa, o man korop akan.
24 Therefore God also abandoned them in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the degrading of their bodies among themselves,
I me Kot kotin mueide kila irail, en inon ion kajaminlar monion arail ni ar kajautela pein war arail nan pun arail,
25 who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Me kawukila melel en Kot on likam, ap poni o papa on dipijou mon Jaun wia meakaroj, me iajanai potepoteta amen. (aiōn g165)
26 For this reason, God abandoned them to their degrading passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature.
Nan i me Kot mueidela kin ir on inon jued akan, en lel on arail li akan, en wuki jan ira’rail, kaokaoe ira rail.
27 Likewise also the men, giving up natural relations with women, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men, committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error.
Pil dueta ol akan liki jan iran li, ap kalel nan pun arail; ol ajada ol, me jo kon, ap pein kapokala nan war arail manidi en ar wiawia kan.
28 Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God abandoned them to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not right;
Nan duen irail kan kataman on Kot, Kot ap mueidalan irail, en kapitakaila kamom on wia meakan me jued,
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil habits, secret slanderers,
Me dir en japun karoj, morjued, norok kapwa, jempok, dir en peirin, lolap, akamai, widin, weid, lidu monin,
30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Pil en pan moli, likinekine, kajenta Kot, kan kapunlol, aklapalap, ponmajo, me kin diar me jued akan, jo oke jam ar o in ar,
31 foolish, promise-breakers, heartless, unforgiving, unmerciful;
Lampon, inaujopoujok, jempok, jomak.
32 who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them.
Re aja duen kapun pun en Kot, me kin wia mepukat, pan mau on mela, a kaidin i eta, pwe re pil kin perenki irail, me kin wia mepukat.
