Psalms 34
1 [By David; when he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he departed.] I will bless Jehovah at all times. His praise will always be in my mouth.
၁ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ်ထောမနာပြုမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်အားအခါခပ်သိမ်းထောမနာပြုမည်။
2 My soul shall boast in Jehovah. The humble shall hear of it, and be glad.
၂ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူသော အမှုအရာများအတွက်ကိုယ်တော်အား ထောမနာပြုမည်။ အနှိပ်အစက်ခံရသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ကြားနာ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါစေသော။
3 Oh magnify Jehovah with me. Let us exalt his name together.
၃ဘုရားသခင်၏ကြီးမြတ်တော်မူပုံကိုငါနှင့် အတူ ကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။ ငါတို့သည်အတူတကွကိုယ်တော်၏နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာပြုကြကုန်အံ့။
4 I sought Jehovah, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
၄ငါသည်ထာဝဘုရားအား ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုသည့်အခါကိုယ်တော်သည် နားညောင်းတော်မူ၏။ ကြောက်လန့်ဖွယ်ရာဟူသမျှမှငါ့ကို ကယ်နုတ်တော်မူ၏။
5 They looked to him and were radiant, and their faces are not ashamed.
၅အနှိပ်အစက်ခံရသူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို မျှော်ကြည့်၍ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှစိတ်ပျက်ကြ ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
6 This poor man cried, and Jehovah heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
၆ခိုကိုးရာမဲ့သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို ခေါ်ကြသောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်ထူးတော်မူ၍သူတို့အား ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခအပေါင်းမှကယ်တော်မူ၏။
7 The angel of Jehovah encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.
၇ထာဝရဘုရားကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေသူတို့ အား ကိုယ်တော်၏ကောင်းကင်တမန်သည်စောင့်ကြပ် ကြည့်ရှု၍ဘေးအန္တရာယ်မှကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူ၏။
8 Oh taste and see that Jehovah is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်အဘယ်မျှ ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူသည်ကိုသင်ကိုယ်တိုင် စူးစမ်း၍ကြည့်လော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ထံတော်၌လုံခြုံစွာနေခွင့် ရသောသူသည်မင်္ဂလာရှိပါ၏။
9 Oh fear Jehovah, you his holy ones, for there is no lack with those who fear him.
၉ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်ဝင်အပေါင်းတို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရားအားကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေကြ လော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏စကားကိုနားထောင်သူတို့သည် ချို့တဲ့မှုရှိကြလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Jehovah shall not lack any good thing.
၁၀ခြင်္သေ့များပင်လျှင်အစာချို့တဲ့၍ငတ်မွတ်ကြ လိမ့်မည်။ သို့ရာတွင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏စကားကို နားထောင်သူတို့မူကားကောင်းသည့်အရာ တစ်စုံတစ်ခုမျှချို့တဲ့ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
11 Come, you children, listen to me. I will teach you the fear of Jehovah.
၁၁ငယ်ရွယ်သူမိတ်ဆွေတို့၊ငါ့ထံသို့လာ၍ ငါ့စကားကိုနားထောင်ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေတတ်ရန် သင်တို့အားငါသင်ကြားပေးမည်။
12 Who is someone who desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good?
၁၂သင်တို့သည်ပျော်ပျော်ပါးပါးနေထိုင်လို ကြပါသလော။ အသက်ရှည်ခြင်းနှင့်တကွပျော်ရွှင်ခြင်းကို လိုလားကြပါသလော။
13 Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies.
၁၃လိုလားပါလျှင်ညစ်ညမ်းသည့်စကားနှင့် မုသားစကားကိုမပြောကြနှင့်။
14 Turn away from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.
၁၄ဒုစရိုက်ကိုရှောင်၍သုစရိုက်ကိုပြုကြလော့။ ငြိမ်းချမ်းသာယာမှုကိုရရှိနိုင်ရန်အစွမ်းကုန် ကြိုးစားကြလော့။
15 The eyes of Jehovah are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.
၁၅ဘုရားသခင်သည်သူတော်ကောင်းတို့အား ကြည့်ရှုစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၍ သူတို့၏အော်ဟစ်သံများကိုနားညောင်းတော် မူ၏။
16 Jehovah's face is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.
၁၆သို့ရာတွင်ဒုစရိုက်ပြုသူတို့မူကားသေသော အခါ မကြာမီပင်သူတို့ကိုလူတို့မေ့ပျောက်သွား စေရန် ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့ကိုဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ပြု တော်မူ၏။
17 The righteous cry out, and Jehovah hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
၁၇သူတော်ကောင်းတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်အား ခေါ်ကြသောအခါ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထူးတော်မူ၍ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခ အပေါင်းမှ ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူ၏။
18 Jehovah is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်သည်စိတ်ပျက်အားလျော့သူတို့၏ အနီးတွင်ရှိတော်မူ၏။ မျှော်လင့်စရာလုံးဝမရှိသူတို့အားကယ် တော်မူ၏။
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Jehovah delivers him out of them all.
၁၉သူတော်ကောင်းသည်ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခများစွာ ရောက်ရတတ်၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သူ့အား ယင်းဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခအပေါင်းမှကယ်တော်မူ၏။
20 He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken.
၂၀ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သူ၏အသက်ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ သူ၏အရိုးတစ်ချောင်းမျှပင်လျှင်မကျိုး မပဲ့ရ။
21 Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.
၂၁သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်မိမိတို့၏အပြစ်ဒုစရိုက် ကြောင့် အသက်ဆုံးကြရလိမ့်မည်။ သူတော်ကောင်းကိုမုန်းသောသူတို့သည် အပြစ်ဒဏ်သင့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
22 Jehovah redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned.
၂၂ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား ကယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်ထံတော်သို့ခိုလှုံရန်ချဉ်းကပ်သူတို့သည် အပြစ်ဒဏ်နှင့်ကင်းလွတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
