< Matthew 20 >

1 "For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.
2 When he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 He went out about nine in the morning, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace.
4 To them he said, 'You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.' So they went their way.
O den yedi ba: Yi mo n gedi mani n kuanu po, n baa pa yi lan dagidi.
5 Again he went out about noon and at three in the afternoon, and did likewise.
Bi den gedi. O go den ñani u yensiinu leni li yenlebidli kuli ki go tieni yeni.
6 About five that afternoon he went out, and found others standing. He said to them, 'Why do you stand here all day idle?'
7 "They said to him, 'Because no one has hired us.' "He said to them, 'You also go into the vineyard.'
8 When evening had come, the lord of the vineyard said to his manager, 'Call the laborers and pay them their wages, beginning from the last to the first.'
9 "When those who were hired at about five in the afternoon came, they each received a denarius.
Yaaba n den kua ke ki yenga bua ki kua yeni den cua ki ga kujapienyenli-yenli.
10 When the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise each received a denarius.
Yaaba n den kpa kua mo den cua ki tama ke bi baa ga ki cie yeni, ama bimoko den ga kujapienyenli-yenli.
11 When they received it, they murmured against the master of the household,
12 saying, 'These last have spent one hour, and you have made them equal to us, who have borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat.'
Ki tua: Yaaba n yuandi ki kua, soani u yogunu waamu bebe, ke a nan taani ki pani bani leni tinba kuli yenma, tinba yaaba n tundi ki tuuni ki yenbiadiga nni ki laadi fala.
13 "But he answered one of them, 'Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius?
14 Take that which is yours, and go your way. It is my desire to give to this last just as much as to you.
Ga han die yaala ki fuadi likani. N bua ki pa yua n yuandi na nani min pani a maama.
15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I want to with what I own? Or is your eye evil, because I am good?'
Mii pia u sanu ki tieni min die yaala min bua maama yoo? Li nunponli cuo ha kelima min hani yeni yoo?
16 So the last will be first, and the first last; for many are called, but few are chosen."
Jesu den juodi ki yedi: Yene ke puoli yaaba baa ti tua liiga yaaba, liiga yaaba mo baa ti tua puoli yaaba.
17 As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the Twelve aside, and on the way he said to them,

20 Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee came to him with her sons, kneeling and asking a certain thing of him.
21 He said to her, "What do you want?" She said to him, "Command that these, my two sons, may sit, one on your right hand, and one on your left hand, in your kingdom."
Jesu den buali o: A bua be? O den goa ki yedi o: N bua han bili ke a yaa ban kali ti gbandi po yaa yogunu, n bilieda na n yaa ka yendo a jienu, yendo mo a ganu.
22 But Jesus answered and said, "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink?" They said to him, "We are able."
23 He said to them, "You will indeed drink my cup, but to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it is for whom it has been prepared by my Father."
O den goa ki yedi ba: Moamoane ke yi baa ño min baa ño yaa tadiñokaaga, ama ki kaani o nilo n jienu yaaka n ganu, laa hoa mini, li tie n Baa n bili la yaaba yaa po yo.
24 When the ten heard it, they were indignant with the two brothers.

25 But Jesus summoned them, and said, "You know that the rulers of the nations lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them.
Jesu den yini ba ki yedi: Yi bani ke yaa nibuolu n kaa tie Jufinba batieba mabindi ba, bi paatieba mo die ba leni u paalu.
26 It will not be so among you, but whoever desires to become great among you must be your servant.
Lan da tie yeni yinba yaa siiga. Yi siiga yua n bua ki tua niciamo kuli, wan tua yi naacemo.
27 And whoever desires to be first among you must be your slave,
Yua mo n bua ki tua liiga yua kuli, wan tua yi yonbo.
28 even as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
29 As they went out from Jericho, a large crowd followed him.

31 The crowd rebuked them, telling them that they should be quiet, but they shouted even more, "Have mercy on us, Lord, son of David."
32 Jesus stood still, and called them, and asked, "What do you want me to do for you?"

33 They told him, "Lord, that our eyes may be opened."
Bi den goa ki yedi: Ti Daano, ti bua han pa ti ti nuni n ya nua.
34 Jesus, being moved with compassion, touched their eyes; and immediately their eyes received their sight, and they followed him.
Mi nihima den cuo Jesu ke o sii bi nuni. Lanyogunu ni nuni go den nua ke bi hoadi o.
