Hosea 14

1 Israel, return to Jehovah your God; for you have fallen because of your sin.

ए इस्राएल, परमप्रभु आफ्‍ना परमेश्‍वरकहाँ फर्क, किनकि आफ्ना अपराधको कारणले तिमीहरू पतित भएका छौ ।

2 Take words with you, and return to Jehovah. Tell him, "Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good, and we will offer the fruit of our lips.

आफ्नो साथमा वचन लेओ र परमप्रभुकहाँ फर्क । उहाँलाई भन, “हाम्रा सबै अपराध क्षमा गर्नुहोस् र जे असल छ त्यो ग्रहण गर्नुहोस्, ताकि तपाईंलाई हामी आफ्‍ना ओठको फल चढाउन सकौं ।

3 Assyria can't save us. We won't ride on horses; neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, 'Our gods.' for in you the fatherless finds mercy."

अश्‍शूरले हामीलाई बचाउनेछैन । हामी युद्ध गर्नलाई घोडाहरूमा सवार हुनेछैनौं । न त आफ्‍ना हातले बनाएका कुरालाई हामी यसो भन्‍नेछौं, ‘तपाईं हाम्रा देवता हुनुहुन्‍छ,’ किनकि तपाईंमा नै टुहुरोले दया पाउँछ ।”

4 "I will heal their waywardness. I will love them freely; for my anger is turned away from him.

“तिनीहरू तर्केका भए पनि म निको पार्नेछु, म तिनीहरूलाई सित्तैंमा प्रेम गर्नेछु, किनकि त्यसप्रतिको मेरो रिस मरेको छ ।

5 I will be like the dew to Israel. He will blossom like the lily, and send down his roots like Lebanon.

इस्राएलको निम्ति म शीतझैं हुनेछु । लिली फूलझैं त्यो फुल्नेछ र लेबनानको देवदारुझैं त्यसले जरा गाड्नेछ ।

6 His branches will spread, and his beauty will be like the olive tree, and his fragrance like Lebanon.

त्यसका हाँगाहरू फैलिनेछन् । त्यसको सुन्दरता जैतूनको रूखझैं हुनेछ, र त्यसको सुगन्ध लेबनानको देवदारुझैं हुनेछ ।

7 They will return and dwell in his shade. They will live and be abundantly satisfied with grain, and blossom like the vine. Their fragrance will be like the wine of Lebanon.

त्यसको छहारीमा बस्‍ने मानिसहरू फर्कनेछन् । तिनीहरू अन्‍नझैं बढ्नेछन् र दाखको बोटझैं फुल्नेछन् । त्यसको ख्याति लेबनानको दाखमद्यझैं हुनेछ ।

8 Ephraim, what have I to do any more with idols? I answer, and will take care of him. I am like a green fir tree; from me your fruit is found."

ए एफ्राइम, मूर्तिहरूसँग मेरो अरू के काम छ? म त्यसलाई जवाफ दिनेछु र त्यसको वास्ता गर्नेछु । म सल्‍लोको रूखझैं हुँ, जसका पातहरू सधैं हरिया हुन्छन्, र मबाट नै तेरो फल आउँछ ।”

9 Who is wise, that he may understand these things? Who is prudent, that he may know them? For the ways of Jehovah are right, and the righteous walk in them; But the rebellious stumble in them.

को बुद्धिमान छ, जसले यी कुराहरू बुझ्‍न सक्‍छ? कसले कुराहरू बुझ्‍छ जसले गर्दा उसले ती जान्‍न सक्‍छ? किनकि परमप्रभुका मार्गहरू ठिक हुन्‍छन्, र धर्मीचाहिं तिनमा हिँड्छन्, तर विद्रोह गर्नेहरूचाहिं तिनमा ठेस खानेछन् ।
