Ephesians 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the saints (in Ephesus) who are faithful in Christ Jesus:
ദൈവഹിതത്താൽ ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിന്റെ അപ്പൊസ്തലനായ പൗലോസ്, ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിൽ വിശ്വാസമർപ്പിച്ചവരായി എഫേസോസിൽ ഉള്ള വിശുദ്ധർക്ക്, എഴുതുന്നത്:
2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
നമ്മുടെ പിതാവായ ദൈവത്തിൽനിന്നും കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിൽനിന്നും നിങ്ങൾക്കു കൃപയും സമാധാനവും ഉണ്ടാകുമാറാകട്ടെ.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ;
നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ദൈവവും പിതാവുമായവൻ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെടട്ടെ. അവിടന്ന് സ്വർഗത്തിലെ സർവ ആത്മികാനുഗ്രഹങ്ങളാലും ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നമ്മെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love;
തിരുസന്നിധിയിൽ നാം വിശുദ്ധരും നിഷ്കളങ്കരും ആയിത്തീരാൻവേണ്ടി സ്നേഹത്താൽ ദൈവം നമ്മെ ലോകസ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുമ്പേ ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു.
5 having predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,
ദൈവം, തിരുഹിതത്തിന്റെ പ്രസാദപ്രകാരം യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിലൂടെ നമുക്കു പുത്രത്വം നൽകി നമ്മെ അവിടത്തേക്കുവേണ്ടി മുൻനിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved One,
ഇത് അവിടന്ന് സ്നേഹസ്വരൂപനിലൂടെ നമുക്കു നിർലോപമായി നൽകിയ മഹനീയകൃപയുടെ പുകഴ്ചയ്ക്കുവേണ്ടിയായിരുന്നു.
7 in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,
ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൃപാസമൃദ്ധിക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ നമുക്ക്, അവിടത്തെ രക്തത്താൽ പാപവിമോചനമെന്ന വീണ്ടെടുപ്പു ലഭിച്ചു.
8 which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,
ദൈവം ആ കൃപ നമ്മിൽ സമൃദ്ധമായാണ് വർഷിച്ചത്. സകലവിവേകത്തോടും ജ്ഞാനത്തോടുംകൂടെ
9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him
ദൈവം ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ സ്ഥാപിതമാക്കിയ തിരുഹിതത്തിന്റെ രഹസ്യം അവിടത്തെ സദുദ്ദേശ്യമനുസരിച്ച് നമുക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി.
10 to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, in him;
ആ രഹസ്യമോ, സ്വർഗത്തിലും ഭൂമിയിലുമുള്ള സകലതും, കാലസമ്പൂർണതയിൽ ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ ഒന്നായിച്ചേർക്കുക എന്നതാണ്.
11 in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will;
സ്വഹിതമനുസരിച്ച് എല്ലാറ്റിനെയും പ്രവർത്തനനിരതമാക്കുന്ന ദൈവം, അവിടന്ന് മുൻനിയമിച്ചിരുന്ന പദ്ധതിയനുസരിച്ച്, ആദ്യം ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ പ്രത്യാശവെച്ചവരായ ഞങ്ങൾ അവിടത്തെ
12 to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ:
മഹത്ത്വത്തിന്റെ പുകഴ്ചയായിത്തീരേണ്ടതിന് നമ്മെ അവകാശമായി തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു.
13 in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation, —in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
അങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങളും ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ—സത്യവചനം, അതായത്, നിങ്ങളെ രക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സുവിശേഷം, കേൾക്കുകയും ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുകയുംചെയ്ത നിങ്ങൾ—വാഗ്ദാനത്തിൻ പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിനാൽ മുദ്രയിടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
14 who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.
അവിടത്തെ മഹത്ത്വത്തിന്റെ പുകഴ്ചയ്കായിട്ട്, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വകയായ നാം അവകാശമാക്കുന്ന വീണ്ടെടുപ്പിന്റെ ആദ്യഗഡുവാണ് ഈ ആത്മാവ്.
15 For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which is among you, and the love which you have toward all the saints,
ഈ കാരണത്താൽ, കർത്താവായ യേശുവിൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള വിശ്വാസത്തെയും സകലവിശുദ്ധരോടുമുള്ള സ്നേഹത്തെയുംകുറിച്ചു കേട്ടതുമുതൽ
16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,
ഞാനും എന്റെ പ്രാർഥനയിൽ നിങ്ങളെ സ്മരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി എപ്പോഴും സ്തോത്രംചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.
17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him;
നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ദൈവം, തേജോമയനായ പിതാവ്, അവിടത്തെ സുവ്യക്തമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു ജ്ഞാനത്തിന്റെയും വെളിപ്പാടിന്റെയും ആത്മാവിനെ നൽകട്ടെ എന്നു ഞാൻ എപ്പോഴും പ്രാർഥിക്കുന്നു.
18 having the eyes of your heart enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
മാത്രവുമല്ല, നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം പ്രകാശപൂരിതമായിത്തീർന്നിട്ട് അവിടന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ വിളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യാശയും അവിടത്തെ വിശുദ്ധർക്കു ലഭിക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന തേജോമയമായ അവകാശത്തിന്റെ സമൃദ്ധിയും
19 and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might
വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവരായ നമുക്കുവേണ്ടിയുള്ള അവിടത്തെ അതുല്യമായ ശക്തിയും നിങ്ങൾ അറിയേണമെന്നും ഞാൻ പ്രാർഥിക്കുന്നു.
20 which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,
ഈ ശക്തിതന്നെയാണ്, ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ മരിച്ചവരിൽനിന്നുയിർപ്പിച്ച് എല്ലാ ഭരണത്തിനും അധികാരത്തിനും ശക്തിക്കും കർത്തൃത്വത്തിനും മീതേ സ്വർഗത്തിൽ തന്റെ വലതുഭാഗത്ത്,
21 far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. (aiōn g165)
ഈ യുഗത്തിൽമാത്രമല്ല, വരാനുള്ളതിലും വിളിക്കപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ നാമത്തിനും അത്യന്തം മീതേ, ഇരുത്താൻ ദൈവം പ്രയോഗിച്ച അതിമഹത്തായ ശക്തി. (aiōn g165)
22 He put all things under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the church,
അവിടന്നു സകലതും ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ കാൽക്കീഴിലാക്കി ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ എല്ലാറ്റിന്റെയും ശിരസ്സായിരിക്കാൻ സഭയ്ക്കുവേണ്ടി നിയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
സകലത്തെയും സർവവിധത്തിലും സമ്പൂർണമാക്കുന്ന അവിടത്തെ സമ്പൂർണതയാകുന്നു ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ശരീരമാകുന്ന സഭ.
