< Titus 3 >

1 Remind them to be in subjection to rulers and to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work,
ⲁ̅ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲣⲡⲙⲉⲉⲩⲉ ⲉϩⲩⲡⲟⲧⲁⲥⲥⲉ ⲛⲛⲓⲁⲣⲭⲏ ⲙⲛ ⲛⲓⲉⲝⲟⲩⲥⲓⲁ ⲉⲣⲥⲧⲙⲏⲧ ⲉⲩⲥⲃⲧⲱⲧ ⲉϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲛⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ
2 to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing courtesy to all people.
ⲃ̅ⲉⲧⲙϫⲓⲟⲩⲁ ⲉⲗⲁⲁⲩ ⲉⲙⲉⲩⲙⲓϣⲉ ⲛϩⲁⲕ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲙⲛⲧⲣⲙⲣⲁϣ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲛⲛⲁϩⲣⲛ ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲓⲙ
3 For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
ⲅ̅ⲛⲉⲛⲟ ⲅⲁⲣ ϩⲱⲱⲛ ⲙⲡⲓⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲛⲁⲑⲏⲧ ⲛⲁⲧⲥⲱⲧⲙ ⲉⲛⲡⲗⲁⲛⲁ ⲉⲛⲟ ⲛϩⲙϩⲁⲗ ⲛⲉⲡⲓⲑⲩⲙⲓⲁ ⲙⲛ ⲛϩⲩⲇⲟⲛⲏ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲃⲉ ⲉⲛⲙⲟⲟϣⲉ ϩⲛ ⲟⲩⲕⲁⲕⲓⲁ ⲙⲛ ⲟⲩⲫⲑⲟⲛⲟⲥ ⲉⲛⲟ ⲙⲙⲉⲥⲧⲉ ⲉⲛⲙⲟⲥⲧⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲛⲉⲣⲏⲩ
4 But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love toward humankind appeared,
ⲇ̅ⲛⲧⲉⲣⲉ ⲧⲙⲛⲧⲭⲣⲏⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲛ ⲧⲙⲛⲧⲙⲁⲓ ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ
5 not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us, through the washing of rebirth and renewing by the Rukha d'Qudsha,
ⲉ̅ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲛ ϩⲛ ϩⲉⲛϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲉ ⲛⲇⲓⲕⲁⲓⲟⲥⲩⲛⲏ ⲉⲁⲛⲁⲁⲩ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲡⲉϥⲛⲁ ⲁϥⲧⲟⲩϫⲟⲛ ϩⲓⲧⲙ ⲡϫⲱⲕⲙ ⲙⲡⲉϫⲡⲟ ⲛⲕⲉⲥⲟⲡ ⲙⲛ ⲧⲙⲛⲧⲃⲣⲣⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲡⲛⲁ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲁⲁⲃ
6 whom he poured out on us richly, through Yeshua Meshikha our Savior;
ⲋ̅ⲡⲁⲓ ⲉⲛⲧⲁϥⲡⲁϩⲧϥ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ ⲉϫⲱⲛ ϩⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲛⲧⲣⲙⲙⲁⲟ ϩⲓⲧⲛ ⲓⲏⲥ ⲡⲉⲭⲥ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ
7 that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
ⲍ̅ϫⲉⲕⲁⲥ ⲉⲁⲛⲧⲙⲁⲉⲓⲟ ϩⲙ ⲡⲉϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲧⲛϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲛⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲑⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲙⲡⲱⲛϩ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ (aiōnios g166)
8 This saying is faithful, and concerning these things I desire that you affirm confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable for people;
ⲏ̅ⲟⲩⲡⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡϣⲁϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ϯⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲕⲣⲙⲛⲧⲣⲉ ⲛⲛⲁⲓ ϫⲉⲕⲁⲥ ⲉⲩⲉϥⲓⲡⲣⲟⲟⲩϣ ⲙⲡⲣⲟϩⲓⲥⲧⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩⲃⲏⲩⲉ ⲉⲧⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩ ⲛϭⲓ ⲛⲉⲧⲡⲓⲥⲧⲉⲩⲉ ⲉⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲥⲉϯϩⲏⲩ ⲛⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ
9 but shun foolish questionings, genealogies, strife, and disputes about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
ⲑ̅ⲛⲓϣⲓⲛⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲥⲟϭ ⲙⲛ ⲛⲓϣϫⲱⲙ ⲙⲛ ⲛⲓϯⲧⲱⲛ ⲙⲛ ⲛⲓⲙⲓϣⲉ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ ⲥⲁϩⲱⲕ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲙⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲥⲉϯϩⲏⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲥⲉϣⲟⲩⲉⲓⲧ
10 Reject a divisive person after a first and second warning;
ⲓ̅ⲟⲩϩⲉⲣⲁⲓⲧⲓⲕⲟⲥ ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙⲛⲛⲥⲁ ϯ ⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲁϥ ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲟⲡ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲡⲁⲣⲁⲓⲧⲉⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ
11 knowing that such a one is perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲉⲕⲥⲟⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉ ⲁⲡⲁⲓ ⲛⲧⲉⲉⲓⲙⲓⲛⲉ ⲡⲱϣⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ϥⲣⲛⲟⲃⲉ ⲉϥⲧϭⲁⲉⲓⲏⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲟϥ ⲙⲁⲩⲁⲁϥ
12 When I send Artemas to you, or Tychicus, be diligent to come to me to Nicopolis, for I have determined to winter there.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲉⲓϣⲁⲛⲧⲛⲛⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲛⲁⲣⲧⲉⲙⲁ ⲏ ⲧⲩⲭⲓⲕⲟⲥ ⲁⲣⲓⲁ ⲡⲁ ⲧⲟⲟⲧⲕ ⲉⲉⲓ ϣⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲉⲛⲓⲕⲟⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲛⲧⲁⲓⲕⲣⲓⲛⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲣⲧⲉⲡⲣⲱ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ
13 Send Zenas, the Law scholar, and Apollos on their journey speedily, that nothing may be lacking for them.
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲍⲏⲛⲁ ⲡⲛⲟⲙⲓⲕⲟⲥ ⲙⲛ ⲁⲡⲟⲗⲗⲱ ⲧⲛⲛⲟⲟⲩⲥⲟⲩ ϩⲛ ⲟⲩϭⲉⲡⲏ ϫⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲩϣⲱⲱⲧ ⲛⲗⲁⲁⲩ
14 Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲙⲁⲣⲉ ⲛⲉⲥⲛⲏⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲥⲃⲟ ⲉⲡⲣⲟϩⲓⲥⲧⲁ ⲉϫⲛ ⲛⲉϩⲃⲏⲩⲉ ⲉⲧⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩ ⲉⲛⲉⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲛⲁⲛⲁⲅⲕⲁⲓⲟⲛ ϫⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲩϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲁϫⲛ ⲕⲁⲣⲡⲟⲥ
15 All who are with me greet you. Greet those who love us in faith. Grace be with you all.
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲥⲉϣⲓⲛⲉ ⲉⲣⲟⲕ ⲛϭⲓ ⲛⲉⲧⲛⲙⲙⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϣⲓⲛⲉ ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲙⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϩⲛ ⲧⲡⲓⲥⲧⲓⲥ ⲧⲉⲭⲁⲣⲓⲥ ⲛⲙⲙⲏⲧⲛ ⲧⲏⲣⲧⲛ
