Mark 4
1 And again he began to teach by the lake. And a large crowd was gathered to him, so that he entered into a boat on the lake, and sat down. And the whole crowd was on the land by the lake.
ଯୀଶୁ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୂଳରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, ଆଉ ଏତେ ଅଧିକ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଲୋକ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଏକତ୍ର ହେଲେ ଯେ, ସେ ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ଥିବା ଗୋଟିଏ ନୌକାରେ ଯାଇ ବସିଲେ ଓ ଲୋକସମୂହ ସମୁଦ୍ର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସ୍ଥଳରେ ରହିଲେ।
2 And then he taught them many things in parables, and told them in his teaching,
ସେତେବେଳେ ସେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନେକ ବିଷୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଆପଣା ଶିକ୍ଷା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଶୁଣ!
3 "Listen. Look, the sower who went out to sow.
“ଦେଖ, ଜଣେ ବୁଣାଳୀ ବୁଣିବାକୁ ବାହାରିଲା।
4 And it happened, as he sowed, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and devoured it.
ସେ ବୁଣୁ ବୁଣୁ କେତେକ ବିହନ ବାଟ ପାଖରେ ପଡ଼ିଲା, ପୁଣି, ଚଢ଼େଇମାନେ ଆସି ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଖାଇଗଲେ।
5 And others fell on the rocky ground, where it had little soil, and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of soil.
ଆଉ କେତେକ ଅଳ୍ପ ମାଟି ଥିବା ପଥୁରିଆ ଭୂମିରେ ପଡ଼ିଲା ଏବଂ ବେଶି ମାଟି ନ ଥିବାରୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଗଜା ହେଲା,
6 And when the sun came up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.
କିନ୍ତୁ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଉଠନ୍ତେ ଜଳିପୋଡ଼ିଗଲା ଓ ଚେର ନ ଥିବାରୁ ଶୁଖିଗଲା।
7 And others fell among the thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.
ଆଉ କେତେକ କଣ୍ଟାଗଛଗୁଡ଼ାକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପଡ଼ିଲା, ପୁଣି, କଣ୍ଟାଗଛଗୁଡ଼ାକ ଉଠି ବଡ଼ ହୋଇ ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଚାପି ପକାଇଲା ଏବଂ କୌଣସି ଫଳ ଫଳିଲା ନାହିଁ।
8 And others fell into the good ground, and yielded fruit, growing up and increasing; and brought forth thirty times, and sixty times, and one hundred times."
ପୁଣି, ଅନ୍ୟ କେତେକ ଭଲ ଭୂମିରେ ପଡ଼ିଲା, ଆଉ ଗଜା ହୋଇ ବଢ଼ି ଉଠି ତିରିଶ ଗୁଣ, ଷାଠିଏ ଗୁଣ ଓ ଶହେ ଗୁଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଫଳ ଫଳିଲା।”
9 And he said, "Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear."
ପୁଣି, ସେ କହିଲେ, “ଯାହାର ଶୁଣିବାକୁ କାନ ଅଛି, ସେ ଶୁଣୁ।”
10 And when he was alone, those who were around him with the twelve asked him about the parables.
ସେ ଏକାକୀ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗୀମାନେ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶଙ୍କ ସହିତ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ସେହି ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବିଷୟରେ ପଚାରିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ।
11 And he said to them, "To you has been given the mystery of the Kingdom of God, but to those who are outside, all things are done in parables,
ସେଥିରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟର ନିଗୂଢ଼ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱ ଜାଣିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଇଅଛି, କିନ୍ତୁ ସେହି ବାହାର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତରେ କୁହାଯାଉଅଛି,
12 that 'seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest perhaps they should turn and be forgiven.'"
ଯେପରି ‘ସେମାନେ ଦେଖୁ ଦେଖୁ ଜ୍ଞାତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ପୁଣି, ଶୁଣୁ ଶୁଣୁ ବୁଝନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, କାଳେ ସେମାନେ ଫେରିଆସନ୍ତି ଓ କ୍ଷମା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।’”
13 And he said to them, "Do you not understand this parable? And how will you understand all of the parables?
ଯୀଶୁ ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କି ଏହି ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ବୁଝୁ ନାହଁ? ତେବେ କିପରି ସମସ୍ତ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ବୁଝିବ?
14 The farmer sows the word.
ବୁଣାଳୀ ବାକ୍ୟ ବୁଣେ।
15 And these are the ones by the road where the word is sown; and when they have heard, immediately Satana comes, and takes away the word which has been sown in them.
ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଶୁଣନ୍ତି, ପୁଣି, ଶୁଣିବାକ୍ଷଣି ଶୟତାନ ଆସି ସେମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ବୁଣାଯାଇଥିବା ବାକ୍ୟ ହରଣ କରିନିଏ, ସେମାନେ ବାକ୍ୟ ବୁଣାଯାଇଥିବା ବାଟ ପାଖ ଭୂମି ସଦୃଶ।
16 And these in a similar way are those who are sown on the rocky places, who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with joy.
ସେହିପରି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣିବାକ୍ଷଣି ଆନନ୍ଦରେ ତାହା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି,
17 And they have no root in themselves, but are short-lived. Then, when oppression or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they stumble.
କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ଚେର ନ ମାଡ଼ିବାରୁ କ୍ଷଣକାଳମାତ୍ର ସ୍ଥିର ରୁହନ୍ତି, ପରେ ବାକ୍ୟ ସକାଶେ କ୍ଲେଶ ବା ତାଡ଼ନା ଘଟିଲେ ସେହିକ୍ଷଣି ବିଘ୍ନ ପାଆନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ବୁଣାଯାଇଥିବା ପଥୁରିଆ ଭୂମି ସଦୃଶ।
18 And others are those who are sown among the thorns; these are the ones who have heard the word,
ଆଉ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣନ୍ତି, ପୁଣି, ସାଂସାରିକ ଚିନ୍ତା, ଧନର ମାୟା ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟର ଲାଳସା ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ବାକ୍ୟକୁ ଚାପିପକାଏ ଓ ତାହା ଫଳହୀନ ହୁଏ,
19 and the cares of the age, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. (aiōn g165)
ସେହି ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାର ଲୋକେ ବୁଣାଯାଇଥିବା କଣ୍ଟକମୟ ଭୂମି ସଦୃଶ। (aiōn g165)
20 And those which were sown on the good ground are those who hear the word, and accept it, and bear fruit, some thirty times, some sixty times, and some one hundred times."
ଆଉ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣି ତାହା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ତିରିଶ ଗୁଣ, ଷାଠିଏ ଗୁଣ ଓ ଶହେ ଗୁଣ ଫଳ ଫଳନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ବୁଣାଯାଇଥିବା ଉତ୍ତମ ଭୂମି ସଦୃଶ।”
21 And he said to them, "Is the lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not put on a stand?
ପୁନଶ୍ଚ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଦୀପ କଅଣ ମାଣ ତଳେ ବା ଖଟ ତଳେ ରଖାଯିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଣାଯାଏ? ଦୀପରୁଖା ଉପରେ ରଖାଯିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ କି ତାହା ଅଣାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ?
22 For there is nothing hidden, except that it should be made known; neither was anything made secret, but that it should come to light.
କାରଣ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ନ ହେବା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ କିଛି ଗୁପ୍ତ ନାହିଁ; ଆଉ ଯାହା ଗୁପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି, ତାହା ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଗୁପ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି।
23 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear."
ଯଦି କାହାର ଶୁଣିବାକୁ କାନ ଅଛି, ସେ ଶୁଣୁ।”
24 And he said to them, "Consider carefully what you hear. With whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you, and more will be given to you.
ଯୀଶୁ ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “କଅଣ ଶୁଣୁଅଛ, ସେ ବିଷୟରେ ସାବଧାନ। ଯେଉଁ ମାପରେ ମାପ କର, ସେହି ମାପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମପାଯିବ ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକ ଦିଆଯିବ।
25 For whoever has, more will be given, and he who does not have, even that which he has will be taken away from him."
କାରଣ ଯାହାର ଅଛି, ତାହାକୁ ଦିଆଯିବ; ଆଉ ଯାହାର ନାହିଁ, ତାହା ପାଖରେ ଯାହା ଅଛି, ତାହା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ତାହାଠାରୁ ନିଆଯିବ।”
26 And he said, "The Kingdom of God is like someone who scatters seed on the earth,
ଆହୁରି ସେ କହିଲେ, “ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର, ଯେପରି ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ଭୂମିରେ ବିହନ ବୁଣେ;
27 and he sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed springs up and grows; he doesn't know how.
ପୁଣି, ରାତ୍ରିରେ ନିଦ୍ରା ଯାଏ ଓ ଦିବସରେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହୁଏ, ଆଉ ବିହନ କିପରି ଅଙ୍କୁରିତ ହୋଇ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଏ, ତାହା ସେ ଜାଣେ ନାହିଁ।
28 The earth bears fruit, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.
ଭୂମି ଆପେ ଫଳ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରେ, ପ୍ରଥମରେ ପତ୍ର, ପରେ ଶସ୍ୟର ଶିଁଷା, ତାହା ପରେ ଶିଁଷାରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଶସ୍ୟ।
29 But when the fruit is ripe, immediately he puts forth the sickle, because the harvest has come."
କିନ୍ତୁ ଶସ୍ୟ ପାଚିଲାକ୍ଷଣି ଫସଲ ସମୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବାରୁ ସେ ଦାଆ ଲଗାଏ।”
30 And he said, "To what will we liken the Kingdom of God? Or with what parable will we use for it?
ଯୀଶୁ ପୁଣି, କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ କାହା ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟର ତୁଳନା କରିବା? କିଅବା କେଉଁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତରେ ତାହା ବୁଝାଇବା?
31 It's like a mustard seed, which, when it is sown upon the soil, though it is less than all the seeds that are upon the soil,
ତାହା ଗୋଟିଏ ସୋରିଷ ଦାନା ପରି; ଭୂମିରେ ବୁଣାଯିବା ସମୟରେ ତାହା ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ବୀଜଠାରୁ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର,
32 And when it is sown, grows up, and becomes greater than all the garden plants, and puts out large branches, so that the birds of the sky can lodge under its shadow."
ମାତ୍ର ବୁଣାଗଲେ ତାହା ବଢ଼ି ଉଠି ସବୁ ଶାକଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ ହୁଏ, ପୁଣି, ତାହାର ଏପରି ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ଡାଳ ହୁଏ ଯେ, ଆକାଶର ଚଢ଼େଇମାନେ ତାହାର ଛାୟାରେ ବାସ କରିପାରନ୍ତି।”
33 And with many such parables he spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear it.
ସେ ଏହି ପ୍ରକାରେ ଅନେକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଶୁଣିବା ଶକ୍ତି ଅନୁସାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କରୁଥିଲେ,
34 And he did not speak to them without a parable; but privately to his own disciples he explained everything.
ଆଉ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ବିନା ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କୌଣସି କଥା କହୁ ନ ଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଗୋପନରେ ଆପଣା ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟ ବୁଝାଇ ଦେଉଥିଲେ।
35 And on that day, when evening had come, he said to them, "Let us go over to the other side."
ସେହି ଦିନ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ହୁଅନ୍ତେ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଆସ, ଆରପାରିକୁ ଯିବା।”
36 And leaving the crowd, they took him with them, even as he was, in the boat. And other boats were with him.
ସେଥିରେ ସେମାନେ ଲୋକସମୂହକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରି, ସେ ଯେପରି ଥିଲେ, ସେହିପରି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ନୌକାରେ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଘେନିଗଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ନୌକା ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଥିଲା।
37 And a big wind storm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so much that the boat was already filled.
ଆଉ ପ୍ରବଳ ତୋଫାନ ହେଲା, ପୁଣି, ତରଙ୍ଗର ଆଘାତରେ ନୌକା ଜଳରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲା।
38 And he himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion, and they woke him up, and told him, "Teacher, do you not care that we are dying?"
ସେତେବେଳେ ସେ ନୌକାର ପଛ ମଙ୍ଗରେ ମୁଚୁଳାରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଦେଇ ଶୋଇପଡ଼ିଥିଲେ; ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଉଠାଇ କହିଲେ, ହେ ଗୁରୁ, ଆମେ ମଲୁ, ଆପଣଙ୍କର କଅଣ ଚିନ୍ତା ନାହିଁ?
39 And he awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said to the lake, "Peace. Be still." And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
ଏଥିରେ ସେ ଉଠି ପବନକୁ ଧମକ ଦେଇ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁନି ହ, ଚୁପ୍ କର୍।” ସେଥିରେ ପବନ ବନ୍ଦ ହେଲା ଓ ସବୁ ଧିରସ୍ଥିର ହେଲା।
40 And he said to them, "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"
ପୁଣି, ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କାହିଁକି ଏଡ଼େ ଭୀରୁ? ଏ କଅଣ! ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ନାହିଁ?”
41 And they were greatly afraid, and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the lake obey him?"
ସେଥିରେ ସେମାନେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭୀତ ହୋଇ ପରସ୍ପରକୁ କହିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, ଏ ତେବେ କିଏ ଯେ, ପବନ ଓ ସମୁଦ୍ର ଉଭୟ ଏହାଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନନ୍ତି?
