< John 6 >

1 After these things, Yeshua went away to the other side of the lake of Galila, which is also called Lake Tiberias.
Kalpasan dagitoy a banbanag, napan ni Jesus iti bangir iti Baybay iti Galilea, maawagan met iti Baybay iti Tiberias.
2 A large crowd followed him, because they saw the signs which he did on those who were sick.
Adu a tattao ti sumursurot kenkuana gapu ta makitkitada dagiti pagilasinan nga ar-aramidenna kadagidiay nga agsaksakit.
3 Yeshua went up into the mountain, and he sat there with his disciples.
Simmang-at ni Jesus iti igid iti bantay ken nagtugaw sadiay a kaduana dagiti adalanna.
4 Now the Passover, the Jewish festival, was near.
( Asideg itan ti Ilalabas, ti fiesta dagiti Judio).
5 Yeshua therefore lifting up his eyes, and seeing that a large crowd was coming to him, said to Philipus, "Where are we to buy bread, that these may eat?"
Idi timmangad ni Jesus ket nakitana nga adu a tattao ti um-umay kenkuana, kinunana kenni Felipe, “Sadino ti paggatangantayo iti tinapay tapno mapakantayo dagitoy?”
6 This he said to test him, for he himself knew what he would do.
(Ngem imbaga ni Jesus daytoy tapno padasenna ni Felipe, ta ammo ni Jesus no ania ti rumbeng nga aramidenna).
7 Philipus answered him, "Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that everyone of them may receive a little."
Simmungbat ni Felipe kenkuana, “Saan pay a maka-anay ti dua gasut a dinarii a balor iti tinapay tapno makapanganda iti saggabassit.”
8 One of his disciples, Andreus, Shimon Kipha's brother, said to him,
Kinuna ti maysa kadagiti adalan, ni Andres, a kabsat ni Simon Pedro ken Jesus,
9 "There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are these among so many?"
“Adda maysa nga ubing ditoy nga addaan iti lima a sebada a tinapay ken dua a lames, ngem ania dagitoy iti kasta a kaadu?”
10 Yeshua said, "Have the people sit down." Now there was much grass in that place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
Kinuna ni Jesus, “Pagtugawem dagiti tattao.” (Adda adu a ruruot iti dayta a lugar). Isu a nagtugaw dagiti lallaki, agarup lima ribu ti bilangda.
11 Yeshua took the loaves; and having given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were sitting down; likewise also of the fish as much as they desired.
Innala ngarud ni Jesus dagiti tinapay ket kalpasan a nagyaman, inwarasna dagitoy kadagiti agtugtugaw. Inwarasna met dagiti lames iti isu met laeng a wagas aginggana a kayatda.
12 When they were filled, he said to his disciples, "Gather up the broken pieces which are left over, that nothing be lost."
Idi nabsugen dagiti tattao, imbagana kadagiti adalanna, “urnungenyo dagiti napirpirsay a tinapay a nabati tapno awan ti madadael.”
13 So they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with broken pieces from the five barley loaves, which were left over by those who had eaten.
Isu nga inurnongda amin dagiti napirpirsay a tinapay ket nakapunnoda iti sangapulo ket dua a basket manipud kadagiti lima a sebada a tinapay, dagitoy ti nabati dagiti nalpasen a nangan.
14 When therefore the people saw the sign which he did, they said, "This is truly the Prophet who comes into the world."
Idi nakita dagiti tattao ti pagilasinan nga inaramidna, kinunada, “Daytoy ti pudno a profeta nga immay ditoy lubong.”
15 Yeshua therefore, perceiving that they were about to come and take him by force, to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain by himself.
Idi naamiris ni Jesus nga umaydan tapno tengngelenda isuna tapno pilitenda a pagbalinenda nga ari, pimmanaw manen isuna nga agmaymaysa a napan iti ngato iti bantay.
16 When evening came, his disciples went down to the lake,
Idi rumabiin, simmalog dagiti adalan iti dan-aw.
17 and they entered into the boat, and were going over the lake to Kepharnakhum. It was now dark, and Yeshua had not yet come to them.
Nagluganda iti bangka ket mapmapandan iti baybay nga agturong iti Capernaum. ( Nasipnget idin, awan pay ni Jesus kadakuada).
18 The lake was tossed by a great wind blowing.
Iti dayta a kanito, agpulpul-oyen ti angin iti napigsa ken nariribuken ti baybay.
19 When therefore they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Yeshua walking on the lake, and drawing near to the boat; and they were afraid.
Idi nakagauden dagiti adalan iti agarup duapulo ket lima wenno tallopulo a “stadia”, nakitada ni Jesus a magmagna iti baybay ken umas-asideg iti bangka ket nagbutengda.
20 But he said to them, "It is I. Do not be afraid."
Nupay kasta, kinunana kadakuada, “Saankayo nga agbuteng, Siak daytoy.”
21 They were willing therefore to receive him into the boat. Immediately the boat was at the land where they were going.
Immannugotda ngarud nga awaten isuna iti bangka. Dagus a nakadanon ti bangka iti lugar a papananda.
22 On the next day, the crowd that stood on the other side of the lake saw that there was no other boat there, except one, and that Yeshua had not entered with his disciples into the boat, but his disciples had gone away alone.
Iti simmaruno nga aldaw, agtaktakder dagiti tattao iti bangir ti baybay, nakitada nga awan ti sabali a bangka malaksid iti simrekan ni Jesus ken dagiti adalan, ngem pimmanawen dagiti adalan a saanda a kadua ni Jesus.
23 Other boats from Tiberias came near to the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks.
( Nupay kasta adda sumagmamano a bangka a naggapu idiay Tiberias asideg iti lugar a nangananda iti tinapay kalpasan a nagyaman iti Apo.
24 When the crowd therefore saw that Yeshua was not there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the boats, and came to Kepharnakhum, seeking Yeshua.
Idi naammuan dagiti tattao nga awan ni Jesus ken uray dagiti adalan sadiay, limmuganda kadagiti bangka ken napanda biniruk ni Jesus idiay Capernaum.
25 When they found him on the other side of the lake, they asked him, "Rabbi, when did you come here?"
Kalpasan a nasarakanda isuna iti bangir iti dan-aw, kinunada kenkuana, “Rabbi, kaanu nga immayka ditoy?”
26 Yeshua answered them, "Truly, truly, I tell you, you seek me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves, and were filled.
Simmungbat ni Jesus kadakuada a kunkunana, “Pudno, pudno, birukendak saan a gapu ta nakakitakayo iti pagilasinan, ngem gapu ta nangankayo iti tinapay ket napnekkayo.
27 Do not work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him." (aiōnios g166)
Isardengyo ti agtrabaho maipaay kadagiti taraon a mapukaw, ngem agtrabahokayo kadagiti taraon a makaibtur iti agnanayon a biag nga ited iti Anak iti Tao kadakayo, ta inkabil iti Dios Ama ti markana kenkuana. (aiōnios g166)
28 They said therefore to him, "What must we do, that we may work the works of God?"
Ket kinunada kenkuana, “Ania ti rumbeng nga aramidenmi tapno maaramidmi dagiti trabaho iti Dios?”
29 Yeshua answered them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent."
Simmungbat ni Jesus, “Daytoy ti trabaho iti Dios: a mamatikayo iti maymaysa nga imbaonna.”
30 They said therefore to him, "What then do you do for a sign, that we may see, and believe you? What work do you do?
Isu nga imbagada kenkuana, “Ania ti pagilasinan nga aramidem, tapno makitami ken mamatikami kenka? Ania ti aramidem?
31 Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness. As it is written, 'He gave them bread out of heaven to eat.'"
Nangan dagiti ammami iti mana idiay let-ang, kas naisurat, nangted isuna iti tinapay manipud langit tapno manganda.”
32 Yeshua therefore said to them, "Truly, truly, I tell you, it was not Mushe who gave you the bread out of heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread out of heaven.
Simmungbat ni Jesus kadakuada, “Pudno, pudno, saan a ni Moises ti nangted kadakayo iti tinapay a naggapu iti langit, ngem ti Amak ti mangmangted kadakayo iti pudno a tinapay a naggapu iti langit.
33 For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world."
Ta ti tinapay iti Dios ket diay aggapu iti langit ken isu ti mangted iti biag iti lubong.”
34 They said therefore to him, "Lord, always give us this bread."
Isu nga imbagada kenkuana, “Apo itedmo kadakami daytoy a tinapay iti amin nga oras.”
35 Yeshua said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will not be hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.
Kinuna ni Jesus kadakuada, “Siak ti tinapay ti biag, siasinoman nga umay kaniak ket saan a mabisinan ken siasinoman a mamati kaniak ket saan a mawaw.”
36 But I told you that you have seen me, and yet you do not believe.
Nupay kasta, ibagak kadakayo a nakitadak ngem saankayo latta a namati.
37 All those whom the Father gives me will come to me. Him who comes to me I will in no way throw out.
Amin nga ited ti Ama kaniak ket umayto kaniak, ken awan duadua a saanko a papanawen ti siasinoman nga umay kaniak.”
38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me.
“Ta immayak a bimmaba manipud langit, saan a tapno aramidek ti pagayatak, no di ket ti pagayatan ti nangibaon kaniak.
39 This is the will of him who sent me, that of all he has given to me I should lose nothing, but should raise him up at the last day.
Daytoy ti pagayatan iti nangibaon kaniak, ken awan ti rumbeng a mapukaw kadagidiay nga intedna kaniak ngem masapul a mapagungardanto iti kamaudianan nga aldaw.
40 This is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day." (aiōnios g166)
Ta daytoy ti pagayatan iti Amak, a isuamin a makakita iti Anak ken mamati kenkuana ket maaddaan iti biag nga agnanayon; ken pagungarekto iti kamaudianan nga aldaw. (aiōnios g166)
41 The Jewish people therefore murmured concerning him, because he said, "I am the bread which came down out of heaven."
Nagtanabutob dagiti Judio maipapan kenkuana gapu ta imbagana, “Siak ti tinapay a bimmaba a naggapu iti langit.”
42 They said, "Is not this Yeshua, the son of Yauseph, whose father and mother we know? How then does he say, 'I have come down out of heaven?'"
Ket kinunada, “Saan kadi a daytoy ti Jesus nga anak ni Jose, nga am-ammotayo ti ina ken amana?” Kasano ngarud nga ibagana, 'Bimmabaak a naggapu iti langit?'”
43 Therefore Yeshua answered them, "Do not murmur among yourselves.
Simmungbat ni Jesus ket imbagana kadakuada, “Isardengyo ti agtantanabutob,
44 No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.
awan iti tao a makaumay kaniak, malaksid no iyasideg isuna iti Ama a nangibaon kaniak ken pagungarekto isuna iti kamaudianan nga aldaw.
45 It is written in the Prophets, 'And they will all be taught by God.' Therefore everyone who hears and learns from the Father comes to me.
Naisurat kadagiti profeta, Isuronto ida iti Dios, Isuamin a nakangngeg ken nakasursuro manipud iti Ama ket umay kaniak.”
46 Not that anyone has seen the Father, except he who is from God. He has seen the Father.
“Saan a ta adda nakakita iti Ama, malaksid isuna a naggapu iti Dios— nakitana ti Ama.
47 Truly, truly, I tell you, he who believes has everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
Pudno, pudno, siasinoman a mamati ket adda biagna nga agnanayon.” (aiōnios g166)
48 I am the bread of life.
Siak ti tinapay iti Biag.
49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died.
Kinnan dagiti ammayo ti mana idiay let-ang ket natayda.
50 This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, that anyone may eat of it and not die.
Daytoy ti tinapay a bimmaba a naggapu iti langit, tapno saan a matay ti tao a mangan iti daytoy.
51 I am the living bread which came down out of heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread which I will give for the life of the world is my flesh." (aiōn g165)
Siak ti sibibiag a tinapay a bimmaba a naggapu iti langit. Agbiag iti agnanayon ti siasinoman a mangan iti daytoy a tinapay. Ti itedko a tinapay ket ti lasagko a maipaay iti biag iti lubong. (aiōn g165)
52 The Jews therefore argued with one another, saying, "How can this one give us flesh to eat?"
Nakaunget dagiti Judio kadagiti bagbagida ket rinugianda ti nagsisinnupiat a kunkunada, “Kasano nga ited daytoy a tao ti lasagna tapno kanen?”
53 Yeshua therefore said to them, "Truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life in yourselves.
Kinuna ngarud ni Jesus kadakuada, “Pudno, pudno, malaksid no manganka iti lasag ti Anak iti Tao, ken uminomka iti darana, saanka a maaddaan iti biag.”
54 He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has everlasting life, and I will raise him up at the last day. (aiōnios g166)
Siasinoman a mangan iti lasagko ken uminom iti darak ket maaddaan iti agnanayon a biag, ken pagungarekto isuna iti kamaudianan nga aldaw. (aiōnios g166)
55 For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
Gapu ta ti lasagko ket pudpudno a taraon ken pudpudno a mainom ti darak.
56 He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I in him.
Siasinoman a mangan iti lasagko ken uminom iti darak ket agtalinaed kaniak ken siak kenkuana.
57 As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he who feeds on me, he will also live because of me.
Kas imbaonnak iti sibibiag nga Ama, ken bayat nga agbibiagak gapu iti Ama, kasta met ti siasinoman a mangan kaniak, agbiag met isuna gapu kaniak.
58 This is the bread which came down out of heaven--not as the fathers ate, and died. He who eats this bread will live forever." (aiōn g165)
Daytoy ti tinapay a bimmaba a naggapu iti langit, saan a kas iti kinnan dagiti amma ket natay. Isuna a mangan iti daytoy a tinapay ket agbiag nga agnanayon. (aiōn g165)
59 He said these things in the synagogue, as he taught in Kepharnakhum.
Imbaga ni Jesus dagitoy a banbanag iti sinagoga kabayatan nga mangisursuro isuna idiay Capernaum.
60 Therefore many of his disciples, when they heard this, said, "This is a hard saying. Who can listen to it?"
Idi nangngeg dagiti kaaduan kadagiti adalan daytoy, kinunada,”Narigat daytoy a panursuro, siasino ti makaawat iti daytoy?”
61 But Yeshua knowing in himself that his disciples murmured at this, said to them, "Does this cause you to stumble?
Gapu ta ammo ni Jesus nga agtantanabutob dagiti adalanna, kinunana kadakuada, “Napasaktannakayo kadi daytoy?”
62 Then what if you would see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?
Ket kasano ngarud no makitayo ti Anak iti Tao nga agpangato iti ayanna idi?
63 It is the Spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.
Ti espiritu ti mangmangted iti biag. Awan ti magungonam iti lasag. Dagiti imbagak kadakayo a sasao ket espiritu ken dagitoy ket biag.
64 But there are some of you who do not believe." For Yeshua knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.
Ngem adda ti sumagmamano kadakayo a saan a mamati, ta ammo ni Jesus manipud pay idi rugina no siasino dagiti saan a mamati ken no siasino ti mangliput kenkuana.
65 He said, "For this cause have I said to you that no one can come to me, unless it is given to him by the Father."
Kinunana, “daytoy ti makagapu nga ibagak kadakayo nga awan ti makaumay kaniak malaksid no ipaay iti Ama kenkuana.”
66 At this, many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
Kalpasan daytoy, adu kadagiti adalanna ti nagsubli ken saanen a nakipagna kenkuana.
67 Yeshua said therefore to the twelve, "You do not also want to go away, do you?"
Kinuna ngarud ni Jesus kadagiti sangapulo ket dua, “Saanyo met kadi a kayat ti pumanaw, kayatyo kadi?”
68 Shimon Kipha answered him, "Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
Simmungbat ni Simon Pedro kenkuana, “Apo, siasino koma ti sumurotanmi? Adda kenka ti sao iti agnanayon a biag, (aiōnios g166)
69 We have come to believe and know that you are the Holy One of God."
namatikami ken naammuanmi a sika ti Nasantoan a Maymaysa a Dios.
70 Yeshua answered them, "Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?"
Kinuna ni Jesus kadakuada, “Saan aya a pinilikayo a sangapulo ket dua, ken diablo ti maysa kadakayo?
71 Now he spoke of Yehudah, the son of Shimon Sekariuta, for it was he who would betray him, being one of the twelve.
Ita, ti ibagbagana ket ni Judas, anak ni Simon Iscariote, gapu ta isuna, maysa kadagiti sangapulo ket dua, ti mangliput ken Jesus.
