< 2 Corinthians 4 >

1 Therefore seeing we have this ministry, even as we obtained mercy, we do not faint.
ⲁ̅ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲉⲩⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲧⲉⲉⲓⲇⲓⲁⲕⲟⲛⲓⲁ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲑⲉ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲛⲁ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲛⲧⲛⲉⲅⲕⲁϭⲓ ⲁⲛ
2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
ⲃ̅ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲁⲛⲕⲱ ⲛⲥⲱⲛ ⲛⲛⲉⲑⲏⲡ ⲙⲡϣⲓⲡⲉ ⲛⲧⲛⲙⲟⲟϣⲉ ⲁⲛ ϩⲛ ⲟⲩⲡⲁⲛⲟⲩⲣⲅⲓⲁ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲛⲣⲕⲣⲟϥ ⲁⲛ ⲙⲡϣⲁϫⲉ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ϩⲙ ⲡⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛⲧⲙⲉ ⲉⲛⲥⲩⲛϩⲓⲥⲧⲁ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲛⲛⲁϩⲣⲛ ⲥⲩⲛⲓⲇⲏⲥⲓⲥ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙⲡⲉⲙⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ
3 Even if our Good News is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing;
ⲅ̅ⲉϣϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲕⲉⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ ϩⲟⲃⲥ ⲉϥϩⲟⲃⲥ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲛⲁⲧⲁⲕⲟ
4 in whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, so they would not see the light of the glorious Good News of Meshikha, who is the image of God. (aiōn g165)
ⲇ̅ϩⲛ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲁϥⲧⲱⲙ ⲛⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲛⲛⲁⲡⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ ⲙⲡⲉⲉⲓⲁⲓⲱⲛ ϫⲉ ⲛⲛⲉⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲡⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲟⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲉⲭⲥ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲑⲓⲕⲱⲛ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ (aiōn g165)
5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Meshikha Yeshua as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves because of Yeshua.
ⲉ̅ⲛⲛⲉⲛⲧⲁϣⲉⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲙⲡⲉⲭⲥ ⲓⲏⲥ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲉⲛⲉⲓⲣⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲛⲏⲧⲛ ⲛϩⲙϩⲁⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲛ ⲓⲥ
6 For it is God, who spoke for light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Meshikha.
ⲋ̅ϫⲉ ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲧⲁϥϫⲟⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓⲛ ⲛⲁϣⲁ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡⲕⲁⲕⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲉⲛⲧⲁϥⲣⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓⲛ ϩⲛ ⲛⲉⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲉⲡⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲥⲟⲟⲩⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲟⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ϩⲙ ⲡⲉϩⲟ ⲙⲡⲉⲭⲥ
7 But we have this treasure in clay vessels, that the exceeding greatness of the power may be of God, and not from ourselves.
ⲍ̅ⲟⲩⲛⲧⲁⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲙⲡⲉⲓⲁϩⲟ ϩⲛ ϩⲉⲛϩⲛⲁⲁⲩ ⲛⲃⲗϫⲉ ϫⲉⲕⲁⲥ ⲉⲣⲉⲡⲉϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲛⲧϭⲟⲙ ϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲉⲡⲁⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲡⲉ ⲉⲛⲟⲩⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛϩⲏⲧⲛ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ
8 We are pressed on every side, yet not crushed; perplexed, yet not to despair;
ⲏ̅ⲉⲩⲑⲗⲓⲃⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ϩⲛ ϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲧⲛϩⲉϫϩⲱϫ ⲁⲛ ⲉⲩⲁⲡⲟⲣⲓ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲧⲛⲁⲡⲟⲣⲓ ⲁⲛ
9 pursued, yet not forsaken; struck down, yet not destroyed;
ⲑ̅ⲉⲩⲇⲓⲱⲕⲉ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉⲛϥⲕⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲁⲛ ⲛⲥⲱϥ ⲉⲩⲧⲁⲩⲟ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲛⲧⲛⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲁⲛ
10 always carrying in the body the death of Yeshua, that the life of Yeshua may also be revealed in our body.
ⲓ̅ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲛϥⲓ ϩⲁ ⲡⲙⲟⲩ ⲛⲓⲏⲥ ϩⲙ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲙⲁ ϫⲉⲕⲁⲥ ⲟⲛ ⲡⲱⲛϩ ⲛⲓⲥ ⲉϥⲉⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲙⲁ
11 For we who live are always delivered to death for Yeshua's sake, that the life also of Yeshua may be revealed in our mortal flesh.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲟⲛϩ ⲥⲉⲡⲁⲣⲁⲇⲓⲇⲟⲩ ⲙⲙⲟⲛ ⲉⲡⲙⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲓⲏⲥ ϫⲉⲕⲁⲥ ⲟⲛ ⲡⲱⲛϩ ⲛⲓⲥ ⲉϥⲉⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ ⲧⲉⲛⲥⲁⲣⲝ ⲉⲧⲉϣⲁⲥⲙⲟⲩ
12 So then death works in us, but life in you.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ϩⲱⲥⲧⲉ ⲡⲙⲟⲩ ⲉⲛⲉⲣⲅⲉⲓ ⲛϩⲏⲧⲛ ⲡⲱⲛϩ ⲇⲉ ⲛϩⲏⲧ ⲧⲏⲩⲧⲛ
13 But having the same spirit of faith, according to that which is written, "I believed, and therefore I spoke." We also believe, and therefore also we speak;
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲉⲩⲛⲧⲁⲛ ϭⲉ ⲙⲙⲁⲩ ⲙⲡⲉⲡⲛⲁ ⲛⲧⲡⲓⲥⲧⲓⲥ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲡⲉⲧⲥⲏϩ ϫⲉ ⲁⲓⲡⲓⲥⲧⲉⲩⲉ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲁⲓϣⲁϫⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ϩⲱⲱⲛ ⲧⲛⲡⲓⲥⲧⲉⲩⲉ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲧⲛϣⲁϫⲉ
14 knowing that he who raised the Lord Yeshua will raise us also with Yeshua, and will present us with you.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲉⲛⲥⲟⲟⲩⲛ ϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲧⲁϥⲧⲟⲩⲛⲉⲥ ⲓⲏⲥ ϥⲛⲁⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥⲛ ϩⲱⲱⲛ ⲙⲛ ⲓⲏⲥ ⲛϥⲧⲁϩⲟⲛ ⲉⲣⲁⲧⲛ ⲛⲙⲙⲏⲧⲛ
15 For all things are for your sakes, that the grace, being multiplied through the many, may cause the thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ⲉⲣⲉ ⲡⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲅⲁⲣ ϣⲟⲟⲡ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲧⲏⲩⲧⲛ ϫⲉⲕⲁⲥ ⲧⲉⲭⲁⲣⲓⲥ ⲉⲁⲥⲁϣⲁⲓ ϩⲓⲧⲙ ⲡⲉϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲥⲉⲧⲁϣⲟ ⲙⲡⲉϣⲡϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲉⲡⲉⲟⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ
16 Therefore we do not become discouraged, but even though our outer nature is wearing away, yet our inner nature is being renewed day by day.
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ ⲛⲧⲛⲉⲅⲕⲁϭⲉⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉϣϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲕⲉⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲉⲧϩⲓⲃⲟⲗ ⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲡⲉⲧϩⲓϩⲟⲩⲛ ⲣⲃⲣⲣⲉ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲩϩⲟⲟⲩ
17 For this momentary light affliction is working for us a far more exceeding and everlasting weight of glory; (aiōnios g166)
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ⲡⲉⲥⲃⲟⲕ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲑⲗⲓⲯⲓⲥ ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲟⲩϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲩϩⲟⲩⲟ ϥⲣϩⲱⲃ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲉⲩⲛⲟϭ ⲛⲉⲟⲟⲩ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ (aiōnios g166)
18 while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are everlasting. (aiōnios g166)
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ⲉⲛⲧⲛϭⲱϣⲧ ⲁⲛ ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲛⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲛⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲛⲛⲁⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲣⲟⲟⲩ ϩⲉⲛⲡⲣⲟⲥⲟⲩⲟⲉⲓϣ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲧⲛⲛⲁⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲣⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ϩⲉⲛϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲛⲉ (aiōnios g166)
