< Romans 2 >

1 You are therefore inexcusable, O man, whoever you are, that sits in judgment; for in judging another you are condemning yourself. You, the judge, are habitually practising the very same things.

3 Very well; and do you suppose, you who judge those that practise such vices, and are doing the very same, that you will elude the judgment of God?
Cedawngawh, nang thlanghqing, namah ing cemyih ik-oeih ce na sai lawt dawngawh thlang awi na deng awh, Khawsa ak awidengnaak khui awhkawng loet tloe kawng nyng, tinawh nak poek nawh nu?
4 Or do you despise the riches of his kindness and forbearance and long patience? Do you not know that the kindness of God is leading you to repentance?
Am awhtaw Khawsam qeennaak ing zutnaak benna ni sawi hy tice a sim kaana, am qeennaak, qeenkhaw ang ngainaak ingkaw ang yh thainaakkhqi ce kawna a huh kaana na awm nawh nu?
5 In your hardness and impenitence of heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath on the Day of Wrath, when the righteous judgment of God is revealed.
Cehlai namik kawlung a hqamnaak ingkaw am nang zutnaakkhqi boeih ce, amah ak awidengnaak ak dyng khawnghi a pha awh, namah aham Khawsa ak kawsonaak ak cun nani na awm khqoeng hy.

11 For there is no partiality with God.
Ikawtih Khawsa ing u a haai awm am toek hy.
12 For all who have sinned without law will also perish without law; and all who have sinned under law will be judged by law.
Anaa awi kaana thawlhnaak ak saikhqi boeih taw anaa awi kaana plawci lawt kawm uh, anaa awi ak khuiawh thawlhnaak ak saikhqi boeih awm anaa awi ing awi deng lawt kaw.
13 For it is not the hearers of law who are righteous in the eyes of God; nay, it is the doers of law who will be accounted righteous.
Ikawtih anaa awi ak zakhqi taw Khawsa haiawh thlak dyng na am awm hy, cehlai anaa awi haiawh thlak dyng na am ta pai hlai uhy,
14 For when Gentiles, who have no law, obey by natural instinct the commands of the Law, they even though they have no law, are a law to themselves.
(Gentelkhqi ing Anaa awi ce am ta pai hlai uhy, a mimah poek awh anaa awi ing a ngoekhqi ce sai uhy, anaa awi am ta hlai uhy, cekkhqi aham anaa awi na awm hawh hy,

17 Now if you bear the name of a Jew, and rely upon law, and boast yourself in God,
Tuh nangmih ing, Juda thlang na awm unyng ti uhyk ti; anaa awi awh hang unawh Khawsa mi tuqunaak awh nang oek qu awhtaw;

20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of the young, because you have in the Law the form of knowledge and of the truth - well then, you who are teaching others, do you ever teach yourself?

21 You who are preaching that a man should not steal, do you practise theft?

23 You who are making your boast in the Law, do you habitually dishonor God through your transgressions of the Law?
Anaa awi ak oek qu pyikhqi ing, anaa awi eeknaak ing Khawsa ce nak thekhanaak nu?
24 For the name of God is continually blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you, even as the Scripture itself says.
Nangmih awh Gentelkhqi anglakawh Khawsa'ng ming kqawn seet na awm hawh hy,” tinawh a qee amyihna.
25 Circumcision does indeed profit, if you are obedient to the Law; but if you habitually break the Law, your circumcision is become uncircumcision.
Anaa awi nami hquut awhtaw chahhui qeet ve phu tahy, cehlai anaa awi ce nami eek awhtaw, chahhui amak qeet thlang amih nani nami awm hy.
26 So if the uncircumcised keeps the ordinance of the Law, shall not his uncircumcision be reckoned equivalent to circumcision.
Chahhui amak qeet thlangkhqi ing anaa awi ing a ngoe ce a mi hquut awhtaw, chahhui ak qeet thlang amyihna am nik poek kawm nu?
27 And shall not those who are physically uncircumcised, but who keep the Law, condemn you who are a breaker of the Law, although you have a written law and circumcision?
Pumsa awh chahhui am qeet hlai hy anaa awi ak hquut ing nangmih ce ni thawlh sak khqi kaw, ca ing a qee anaa awi ta unawh chahhui ak qeet thlang na awm hlai uhyk ti, anaa awi ak eekkung na awm uhyk ti.
28 For the real Jew is not the man who is one outwardly, and the real circumcision is not outward in the flesh;
Ak khanben doeng ak dang ingkaw ak khan benawh pumsa chahhui ak qeet doek ak thlang ce Juda thlang amni.
29 but the real Jew is one inwardly, and real circumcision is heart- circumcision, spiritual, not literal, praised not by men, but by God.
Ak khui benawh ak awm; Myihla ingkaw lingbyi kawlung chahui ak qeet ak thlang, ca doeng ing qee doek na amak awm ak thlang ce ni Juda thlang na a awm hy. Cemyih ak thlang ce thlanghqing ing am kyih pai hlai hy Khawsa ing kyih hy.
