Malachi 2
1 And now, this commandment is for you, O ye priests.
“To koro, yaye jodolo, siemni en maru.
2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the Lord of hosts: I will even send out against you a curse, and I will curse your blessings; yea, I will curse the same, because ye do not lay it to heart.
Ka ok uchiko itu malongʼo, kendo ka ok uketo chunyu mar miyo nyinga luor, to abiro oro kwongʼ kuomu kendo abiro kwongʼo gweth mau. Ee, asekwongʼo-gi nimar ok useketo chunyu mondo omiya duongʼ,” Jehova Nyasaye Maratego owacho.
3 Behold, I will destroy unto you the seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your festive offerings; and one shall take you away with it.
“Abiro tieko kothu, nikech un; abiro mieno wen mag chiayo mutimonago misengni e nyasi mau e pat wengeu kendo anariembu kubakoru gi wen kamano.
4 And ye shall thereby know that I have sent out unto you this commandment, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith the Lord of hosts.
Eka unungʼe ni An ema aseoronu siemni mondo singruokna kod jo-Lawi odhi nyime,” Jehova Nyasaye Maratego owacho.
5 My covenant was with him life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and because of my name he had dread.
“Namiye singruokna ma en singruok mar ngima kod kwe. Singruokni ne dwaro ni mondo omiya luor, kendo notimo kamano; nochungʼ e nyima koluoro nyinga.
6 The law of truth was in his mouth, and falsehood was not found on his lips: in peace and equity he walked with me, and many did he turn away from iniquity.

7 For the priest's lips are ever to keep knowledge, and the law are they to seek from his mouth; for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts.
“Lew jadolo nyaka puonj rieko kendo ji onego dhi puonjre Chike Nyasaye kuome nikech en jaote mar Jehova Nyasaye Maratego.
8 But ye are indeed departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble in the law; ye have corrupted the covenant of the Levite, saith the Lord of hosts.
Kata kamano isebaro iweyo yo kendo puonjgi osemiyo ji mangʼeny ochwanyore; iseketho singruok mar jo-Lawi,” Jehova Nyasaye Maratego owacho.
9 Therefore have I also made you contemptible and low before all the people, in the same measure as ye do not keep my ways, but act with partiality in the law.
“Kuom mano asemiyo ojari kendo okuod wiyi e nyim ji duto, nikech ok iseluwo yorega to isedewo wangʼ ji e yore mag chik.”
10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? [then] why shall we deal treacherously every man against his brother, to profane the covenant of our fathers?
To donge wan duto wan gi Wuoro achiel? Donge Nyasaye achiel ema nochweyowa? Kare en angʼo momiyo waketho singruok mar wuonewa, ka waonge gi winjruok e kindwa ngʼato gi ngʼato?
11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination hath been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the sanctuary of the Lord which he loveth, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.
Juda oseketho winjruok osetimo gima mono e Israel kendo e Jerusalem: Osechido kama ler mar lemo ma Jehova Nyasaye ohero kuom kendo nyar joma lamo nyiseche mamoko.
12 The Lord will cut off unto the man that doth this, son and grandson, out of the tents of Jacob, and him that bringeth near an offering unto the Lord of hosts.
To kuom ngʼat matimo ma, kata bed ni en ngʼama nade, Jehova Nyasaye mad ngʼad kare oko e hembe mag Jakobo, kata bed ni okelo misengini ni Jehova Nyasaye Maratego.
13 And this do ye secondly, covering the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping and with loud complaint, so that he turneth not any more his regard to the offerings, nor receiveth it with favor at your hand.
Gimachielo mutimo ema: Upongʼo kendo mar misango mar Jehova Nyasaye gi pi wangʼu. Uywak kendo udengo nikech Jehova Nyasaye ok dew misengni ma umiye, kata bedo mamor gi gik moa lwetu.
14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the Lord hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast indeed dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
To upenjo niya, “Nangʼo?” En kamano nikech Jehova Nyasaye obedo kaka janeno e kindi kod chiegi mane ikendo ka in wuowi, nikech useketho singruok mane ni e kindu koda. Kata obedo ni en chiegi mane itimogo singruok mar kend.
15 And not one doth so who hath a remnant of a [good] spirit; for what desireth such a one? he seeketh [to possess] a godly posterity: therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none of you deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
Donge Jehova Nyasaye oseketogi gibedo gimoro achiel? E ringruok kendo e chuny gin mage. To angʼo momiyo achiel? Nikech ne odwaro kodhi moluoro Nyasaye. Omiyo ritreuru e chunyu kendo kik ngʼato keth singruokne gi chiege mane oangorego.
16 For he hateth putting away [the wife], so hath said the Lord the God of Israel, and him who covereth his garment with violence, so hath said the Lord of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, and deal not treacherously.
Jehova Nyasaye, ma Nyasach Israel wacho niya, “Amon gi weruok mantiere e kind dichwo gi chiege kendo amon gi dichwo matimo gima chalo kamano ni chiege,” Jehova Nyasaye Maratego ema owacho. Kuom mano, ritreuru e chunyu kendo kik uketh singruok.
17 Ye have wearied the Lord with your words: yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? By your saying, Every one that doth evil is good in the eyes of the Lord, and in them he findeth delight; or else, Where is the God of justice!
Uolo Jehova Nyasaye gi wecheu. To upenjo niya, “Ere kaka wechewa oole?” Uole kuom wacho niya, “Joma timo marach gin joma beyo e nyim wangʼ Jehova Nyasaye, kendo omor kodgi,” kata uwacho niya, “Ere Nyasaye mangʼado bura makare?”
