Genesis 36
1 Now these are the generations of Esau, who is Edom.
E estas são as gerações de Esaú ( que é Edom).
2 Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan; Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah the daughter of Zibeon the Hivite;
Esaú tomou suas mulheres das filhas de Canaan: a Adah, filha de Elon hetheu, e a Aholibamah, filha de Anah, filha de Zibeon heveu.
3 And Bahsemath Ishmael's daughter, the sister of Nebayoth.
E a Basemath, filha de Ishmael, irmã de Nebajoth.
4 And Adah bore to Esau Eliphaz; and Bahsemath bore Reuel;
E Adah pariu a Esaú Eliphaz; e Basemath pariu a Rehuel;
5 And Aholibamah bore Yeush, and Ya'lam, and Korach: these are the sons of Esau, that were born unto him in the land Canaan.
E Aholibamah pariu a Jeush, e Jaelam e Corah: estes são os filhos de Esaú, que lhe nasceram na terra de Canaan.
6 And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the persons of his house, and his cattle, and all his beasts, and all his substance, which he had gotten in the land of Canaan; and went into another country from the face of his brother Jacob.
E Esaú tomou suas mulheres, e seus filhos, e suas filhas, e todas as almas de sua casa, e seu gado, e todos os seus animais, e toda a sua fazenda, que havia adquirido na terra de Canaan; e foi-se a outra terra de diante da face de Jacob seu irmão;
7 For their riches were more than that they might dwell together; and the land of their sojourning could not bear them, because of their cattle.
Porque a fazenda deles era muita para habitarem juntos; e a terra de suas peregrinações não os podia sustentar por causa do seu gado.
8 Thus dwelt Esau in mount Seir: Esau is Edom.
Portanto Esaú habitou na montanha de Seir; Esaú é Edom.
9 And these are the generations of Esau the father of the Edom in mount Seir.
Estas pois são as gerações de Esaú, pai dos idumeus, na montanha de Seir.
10 These are the names of Esau's sons: Eliphaz the son of Adah the wife of Esau, Reuel the son of Bahsemath the wife of Esau.
Estes são os nomes dos filhos de Esaú: Eliphaz, filho de Adah, mulher de Esaú; Rehuel, filho de Basemath, mulher de Esaú.
11 And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Ga'tam, and Kenaz.
E os filhos de Eliphsz foram: Teman, Omar, Zepho, e Gaetam, e Kenaz.
12 And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esau's son: and she bore to Eliphaz Amalek; these were the sons of Adah, Esau's wife.
E Timnah era concubina de Eliphaz, filho de Esaú, e pariu a Eliphaz Amelek: estes são os filhos de Adah, mulher de Esaú.
13 And these are the sons of Reuel: Nachath, and Zerach, Shammah, and Mizzah; these were the sons of Bahsemath, Esau's wife.
E estes foram os filhos de Rehuel: Nahath, e Zerah, Shammah, e Mizzah: estes foram os filhos de Basemath, mulher de Esaú.
14 And these were the sons of Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah the daughter of Zibeon, Esau's wife: and she bore to Esau Yeush, and Ya'lam, and Korach.
E estes foram os filhos de Aholibamah, filha de Anah, filha de Zibeon, mulher de Esaú: e pariu a Esaú: Jeush, e Jalam, e Corah.
15 These are the dukes of the sons of Esau; the sons of Eliphaz the first-born of Esau: duke Teman, duke Omar, duke Zepho, duke Kenaz,
Estes são os príncipes dos filhos de Esaú; o filhos de Eliphaz, o primogênito de Esaú, foram: o príncipe Teman, o príncipe Omar, o príncipe Zepho, o príncipe Kenaz,
16 Duke Korach, duke Ga'tam, duke Amalek; these are the dukes of Eliphaz in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Adah.
O príncipe Corah, o príncipe Gatam, o príncipe Amalek; estes são os príncipes de Eliphaz na terra de Edom, estes são os filhos de Adah.
17 And these are the sons of Reuel Esau's son: duke Nachath, duke Zerach, duke Shammah, duke Mizzah; these are the dukes of Reuel in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Bahsemath, Esau's wife.
E estes são os filhos de Rehuel, filho de Esaú: o príncipe Nahath, o príncipe Zerah, o príncipe Shammah, o príncipe Mizzah; estes são os príncipes de Rehuel, na terra de Edom, estes são os filhos de Besemath, mulher de Esaú.
18 And these are the sons of Aholibamah, Esau's wife: duke Yeush, duke Ya'lam, duke Korach; these are the dukes of Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, Esau's wife.
E estes são os filhos de Aholibamah, mulher de Esaú: o príncipe Jeush, o príncipe Jalam, o príncipe Corah; estes são os príncipes do Aholibamah, filha de Anah, mulher de Esaú.
19 These are the sons of Esau, and these are their dukes; this is Edom.
Estes são os filhos de Esaú, e estes são seus príncipes: ele é Edom.
20 These are the sons of Seir the Chorite, who inhabited the land: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah,
Estes são os filhos de Seir horeu, moradores daquela terra: Lotan, e Sobal e Zibeon, e Anah.
21 And Dishon, and Etzer, and Dishan; these are the dukes of the Chorites, the children of Seir in the land of Edom.
E Dishon, e Eser, e Dishan; estes são os príncipes dos horeus, filhos de Seir, na terra de Edom.
22 And the children of Lotan were Chori and Heman; and Lotan's sister was Timna.
E os filhos de Lotan foram: Hori e Hemam; e a irmã de Lotan era Timnah.
23 And these were the children of Shobal: Alvan, and Manachath, and Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.
Estes são os filhos de Sobal: Alvan, e Manahath, e Ebal, e Shepho, e Onam.
24 And these are the children of Zibeon: both Ajah, and Anah; this was that Anah that found the mules in the wilderness, as he fed the asses of Zibeon his father.
E estes são os filhos de Zibeon: Ajah, e Anah; este é o Anah que achou os mulos no deserto, quando apascentava os jumentos de Zibeon seu pai.
25 And these are the children of Anah: Dishon, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah.
E estes são os filhos de Anah: Dishon, e Aholibamah, a filha de Anah.
26 And these are the children of Dishan: Chemdan, and Eshban, and Yithran, and Cheran.
E estes são os filhos de Dishon: hendam, e Eshban, e Ithran, e Cheran.
27 These are the children of Etzer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Akan.
Estes são os filhos de Eser: Bilhan, e Zaavan, e Akan.
28 These are the children of Dishan: Uz, and Aran.
Estes são os filhos de Dishan: Uz, e Aran.
29 These are the dukes of the Chorites: duke Lotan, duke Shobal, duke Zibeon, duke Anah;
Estes são os príncipes dos horeus: O príncipe Lotan, o príncipe Shobal, o príncipe Zibeon, o príncipe Anah,
30 Duke Dishon, duke Etzer, duke Dishan; these are the dukes of the Chorites, after their dukes in the land of Seir.
O príncipe Dishon, o príncipe Eser, o príncipe Dishan; estes são os príncipes dos horeus segundo seus príncipes na terra de Seir.
31 And these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there reigned any king over the children of Israel.
E estes são os reis que reinaram na terra de Edom, antes que reinasse rei algum sobre os filhos de Israel.
32 And there reigned in Edom Bela the son of Beor: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
Reinou pois em Edom Bela, filho de Beor, e o nome da sua cidade foi Dinhaba.
33 And Bela died, and there reigned in his stead Yobab the son of Zerach of Bozrah.
E morreu Bela; e Jobab, filho de Zerah de Bosrah, reinou em seu lugar.
34 And Yobab died, and there reigned in his stead Chusham of the land of Teman.
E morreu Jobab; e Husam, da terra dos Temanitas, reinou em seu lugar.
35 And Chusham died, and there reigned in his stead Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the field of Moab; and the name of his city was Avith.
E morreu Husam, e em seu lugar reinou Hadad, filho de Bedad, o que feriu a Midian no campo de Moab; e o nome da sua cidade foi Avith.
36 And Hadad died, and there reigned in his stead Samlah of Masrekah.
E morreu Hadad: e Samlah de Masreca reinou em seu lugar.
37 And Samlah died, and there reigned in his stead Shaul of Rechoboth by the river.
E morreu Samlah; e Shaul de Rehoboth, pelo rio, reinou em seu lugar.
38 And Shaul died, and there reigned in his stead Baal-chanan the son of Achbor.
E morreu Shaul; e Baal-hanan, filho de Achbor, reinou em seu lugar.
39 And Baal-chanan the son of Achbor died, and there reigned in his stead Hadar, and the name of his city was Pau; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Me-zahab.
E morreu Baal-hanan, filho de Achbor; e Hadar reinou em seu lugar, e o nome da sua cidade foi Pau; e o nome de sua mulher foi Mehetabel, filha de Matred, filha de Mezahab.
40 And these are the names of the dukes of Esau, according to their families, after their places, by their names: duke Timna, duke Alvah, duke Yetheth,
E estes são os nomes dos príncipes de Esaú; segundo as suas gerações, segundo os seus lugares, com os seus nomes: o príncipe Timnah, o príncipe Alvah, o príncipe Jetheth,
41 Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon.
O príncipe Aholibamah, o príncipe Elah o príncipe Pinon,
42 Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,
O príncipe Kenez, o príncipe Teman, o príncipe Mibzar,
43 Duke Magdiel, duke Iram; these are the dukes of Edom, according to their habitations in the land of their possession: this is Esau the father of the Edom.
O príncipe Magdiel, o príncipe Iram: estes são os príncipes de Edom, segundo as suas habitações, na terra da sua possessão; este é Esaú, pai de Edom.
