Ezekiel 32
1 And it came to pass in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month, on the first day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
E sucedeu que, no ano duodécimo, no mês duodécimo, ao primeiro do mes, veio a mim a palavra do Senhor, dizendo:
2 Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou didst deem thyself like a young lion among the nations: while thou art as a crocodile in the seas; and thou issuedst forth with thy rivers, and madest turbid the waters with thy feet, and didst stir up their rivers.
Filho do homem, levanta uma lamentação sobre faraó, rei do Egito, e dize-lhe: semelhante eras a um filho de leão entre as nações, e tu foste como um dragão nos mares, e trasbordavas os teus rios, e turbavas as águas com os teus pés, e enlameavas os seus rios.
3 Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, I will therefore spread out my net over thee through the assemblage of many people, and they shall draw thee up in my net.
Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Portanto, estenderei sobre ti a minha rede com ajuntamento de muitos povos, e te farão subir na minha rede.
4 Then will I cast thee upon the land, upon the open field will I hurl thee, and will cause all the fowls of the heaven to dwell upon thee, and I will satisfy off thee the beasts of all the earth.
Então te deixarei em terra; sobre a face do campo te lançarei, e farei morar sobre ti todas as aves do céu, e fartarei de ti os animais de toda a terra.
5 And I will lay thy flesh upon the mountains, and fill the valleys with thy carcass.
E porei as tuas carnes sobre os montes, e encherei os vales da tua altura.
6 I will also saturate the land wherein thou swimmest with thy blood, even to the mountains; and the ravines shall be full of thee.
E a terra onde nadas regarei com o teu sangue até aos montes; e as correntes se encherão de ti.
7 And I will cover up the heavens, when thou art quenched, and make their stars obscure: the sun will I cover up with a cloud, and the moon shall not let shine her light.
E, apagando-te eu, cobrirei os céus, e enegrecerei as suas estrelas: ao sol encobrirei com uma nuvem, e a lua não deixará resplandecer a sua luz.
8 All the light-dispensing lights of the heavens—these will I make obscure because of thee, and I will lay darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord Eternal.
Todas as brilhantes luzes do céu enegrecerei sobre ti, e trarei trevas sobre a tua terra, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
9 And I will aggrieve the heart of many people, when I bring those who are broken off from thee among the nations, into countries which thou hast not known.
E farei vexar o coração de muitos povos, quando eu levar a tua destruição entre as nações, às terras que não conheceste.
10 Yea, I will make many people amazed at thee, and on their kings the hair shall stand on end because of thee, when I brandish my sword before their faces: and they shall tremble at every moment, every man for his own life, on the day of thy downfall.
E farei com que muitos povos fiquem pasmados de ti, e os seus reis tremam em grande maneira, quando eu brandir a minha espada ante os seus rostos; e estremecerão a cada momento, cada um pela sua vida, no dia da tua queda.
11 For thus hath said the Lord Eternal, The sword of the king of Babylon shall come over thee.
Porque assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: A espada do rei de Babilônia virá sobre ti.
12 By the swords of the mighty will I cause thy multitude to fall, the fiercest of nations are all of them: and they shall destroy the pride of Egypt, and all her multitude shall be annihilated.
Farei cair a tua multidão com as espadas dos valentes, que são todos os mais formidáveis das gentes; e destruirão a soberba do Egito, e toda a sua multidão será perdida.
13 And I will cause to vanish all her beasts from beside the great waters; and the foot of man shall not make them turbid any more, nor shall the hoofs of beasts make them turbid.
E destruirei todos os seus animais de sobre as muitas águas; nem as turbará mais pé de homem, nem as turbarão unhas de animais.
14 Then will I make clear their waters, and cause their rivers to flow like oil, saith the Lord Eternal;
Então farei profundar as suas águas, e farei correr os seus rios como o azeite, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
15 When I render the land of Egypt desolate and wasted, the country bereft of what now filleth it, when I smite all those that dwell therein: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
Quando eu tornar a terra do Egito em assolação, e a terra for assolada em sua plenitude, e quando ferir a todos os que habitam nela, então saberão que eu sou o Senhor.
16 This is the lamentation wherewith they shall lament for her; the daughters of the nations shall lament for her: for Egypt, and for all her multitude, shall they lament with it, saith the Lord Eternal.
Esta é a lamentação, segundo a qual lamentarão; as filhas das nações assim lamentarão; sobre o Egito e sobre toda a sua multidão assim lamentarão, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
17 And it came to pass in the twelfth year, on the fifteenth day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
E sucedeu que, no ano duodécimo, aos quinze do mes, veio a mim a palavra do Senhor, dizendo:
18 Son of man, moan for the multitude of Egypt, and say that it shall go down, yea, she, and the daughters of powerful nations, unto the land of the nether world, with those that go down to the pit.
Filho do homem, pranteia sobre a multidão do Egito, e faze-a descer, a ela e às filhas das nações magníficas, à terra mais baixa, aos que descem à cova.
19 Whom dost thou surpass in loveliness? go down [then], and be thou laid with the [other] uncircumcised.
A quem sobrepujas tu em ser aprazível? desce, e deita-te com os incircuncisos.
20 In the midst of those that are slain by the sword shall they fall: to the sword is she given up; drag her away and all her multitudes.
No meio daqueles que foram traspassados à espada cairão; à espada está entregue; arrastai-a e a toda a sua multidão.
21 Then will speak of him the strongest among the mighty out of the midst of the nether world with those that once helped him, They are gone down, there lie the uncircumcised, —slain by the sword. (Sheol h7585)
Os mais poderosos dos valentes lhe falarão desde o meio do inferno, com os que a soccorrem: desceram, jazeram os incircuncisos traspassados à espada. (Sheol h7585)
22 There is Asshur and all his assemblage; round about him are his graves; all of them the slain that are fallen by the sword;
Ali está Assur com todo o seu ajuntamento; em redor dele estão os seus sepulcros; todos eles foram traspassados e cairam à espada.
23 Whose graves are placed in the lowest depth of the pit, and his assemblage is round about his grave; all of them are slain, fallen by the sword, who once spread terror in the land of the living.
Cujos sepulcros foram postos nos lados da cova, e o seu ajuntamento está em redor do seu sepulcro: todos foram traspassados, e cairam à espada, os quais tinham causado espanto na terra dos viventes.
24 There is 'Elam and all her multitude round about her grave, all of them the slain, that are fallen by the sword, who are gone down uncircumcised into the land of the nether world, who once spread their terror in the land of the living; and they have borne their confusion with those that go down to the pit.
Ali está Elam com toda a sua multidão em redor do seu sepulcro: todos eles foram traspassados, e cairam à espada, os quais desceram incircuncisos às mais baixas partes da terra, os quais causaram terror na terra dos viventes, e levaram a sua vergonha com os que desceram à cova
25 In the midst of the slain have they set a couch for her with all her multitude; all round about are her graves; all of them are uncircumcised, slain by the sword; because their terror was once spread in the land of the living; and they have borne their confusion with those that go down to the pit: in the midst of the slain was she placed.
No meio dos traspassados lhe puseram uma cama entre toda a sua multidão; ao redor dele estão os seus sepulcros: todos eles são incircuncisos, traspassados à espada; porque causaram terror na terra dos viventes, e levaram a sua vergonha com os que desceram à cova; no meio dos traspassados foi posto.
26 There is Meshech, Thubal, and all her multitude; all round about her are her graves: all of them are the uncircumcised, slain by the sword; because they once spread their terror in the land of the living.
Ali esta Mesech e Tubal com toda a sua multidão; ao redor deles estão os seus sepulcros: todos eles são incircuncisos, e traspassados à espada, porquanto causaram terror na terra dos viventes.
27 And those who are fallen of the uncircumcised shall not lie with the mighty, who are gone down to the nether world with their weapons of war, while men laid their swords under their heads, and the [instruments of] their iniquities were upon their bones; for the terror of the mighty was in the land of the living. (Sheol h7585)
Porém não jazeram com os valentes que cairam dos incircuncisos, os quais desceram ao inferno com as suas armas de guerra e puseram as suas espadas debaixo das suas cabeças; e a sua iniquidade está sobre os seus ossos, porquanto eram o terror dos heroes na terra dos viventes. (Sheol h7585)
28 But thou shalt be broken in the midst of the uncircumcised, and shalt lie with those that are slain by the sword.
Também tu serás quebrado no meio dos incircuncisos, e jazerás com os que foram traspassados à espada.
29 There are Edom, her kings, and all her princes, who are laid despite their prowess by those that are slain by the sword: they shall lie with the uncircumcised, and with those that go down to the pit.
Ali está Edom, os seus reis e todos os seus príncipes, que com o seu poder foram postos com os que foram traspassados à espada; estes jazem com os incircuncisos e com os que desceram à cova.
30 There are the chieftains of the north, all of them, and all the Zidonians, who are gone down with the slain: despite the terror they excited through their prowess are they made ashamed; and they lie uncircumcised with those that are slain by the sword, and bear their confusion with those that go down to the pit.
Ali estão os príncipes do norte, todos eles, e todos os sidônios, que desceram com os traspassados, envergonhados com o terror causado pelo seu poder; e jazem incircuncisos com os que foram traspassados à espada, e levam a sua vergonha com os que desceram à cova.
31 These shall Pharaoh see, and he shall be comforted over all his multitude: slain by the sword are Pharaoh and all his army, saith the Lord Eternal.
Faraó os verá, e se consolará com toda a sua multidão, os traspassados à espada, faraó, e todo o seu exército, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
32 For I spread my terror in the land of the living; and he shall be laid in the midst of the uncircumcised with those that are slain by the sword, —yea, Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord Eternal.
Porque também eu dei o meu espanto na terra dos viventes; pelo que jazerá no meio dos incircuncisos, com os traspassados à espada, faraó e toda a sua multidão, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
