< Psalms 9 >

1 For the end, a Psalm of David, concerning the secrets of the Son. I will give thanks to you, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will recount all your wonderful works.
I MEN kapinga Ieowa sang nan mongiong i meler, o kasokasoiia duen sapwilim omui dodok kapuriamui kan karos.
2 I will be glad and exult in you: I will sing to your name, O you Most High.
I men pereperen o polauleki komui o kauleki mar omui; komui me lapalapia,
3 When mine enemies are turned back, they shall be feeble and perish at your presence.
Pwe re kotin kaloedier ai imwintiti kan, irail pupedier o melar.
4 For you have maintained my cause and my right; you sat on the throne, that judge righteousness.
Pwe re kotin apwali ia ni ai pung o ai dodok. Komui kaipokedi pon mol omui duen saunkapung pung amen.
5 You have rebuked the nations, and the ungodly one has perished; you have blotted out their name for ever, even for ever and ever.
Kom kotin kapung ong men liki kan o kotin kamela me sapung kan, kom kotin kawelar mar arail kokolata.
6 The swords of the enemy have failed utterly; and you have destroyed cities: their memorial has been destroyed with a noise,
Imwintiti o soredier, a namenokalar melel. Komui kotin wuketedi kanim akan; o solar, me pan taman irail ada o tou ar akan.
7 but the Lord endures for ever: he has prepared his throne for judgment.
A Ieowa pan kotin kaunda kokolata. A kotin kaonopada mol a, pwen kadeikada.
8 And he will judge the world in righteousness, he will judge the nations in uprightness.
O a pan kotin kadeikada sappa ni pung, o kakaunda wei kan pung.
9 The Lord also is become a refuge for the poor, a seasonable help, in affliction.
Ieowa sile pan me samama kan, silepa ni ansau apwal.
10 And let them that know your name hope in you: for you, O Lord, have not failed them that diligently seek you.
I me irail, me asa mar omui kin liki komui, pwe komui sota kin muei sang irail, me kin rapaki komui, Maing Ieowa.
11 Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Sion: declare his dealings among the nations.
Kauleki Ieowa, me kin kaunda nan Sion. Komail padaki ong wei kan a wiawia!
12 For he remembered them, [in] making inquisition for blood: he has not forgotten the supplication of the poor.
Pwe a kotin taman irail ada o kotin kainoma nta’rail. A sota kin kotin maliela likwir en me samama kan.
13 Have mercy upon me, O Lord; look upon my affliction [which I suffer] of mine enemies, you that lift me up from the gates of death:
Maing Ieowa, kom kotin maki ong ia. Re kotin mangi ai apwal ren ai imwintiti kan, kom kotin dore ia la sang nan wanim en mela.
14 that I may declare all your praises in the gates of the daughter of Sion: I will exult in your salvation.
Pwe i en kasokasoiia duen omui dodok kapuriamui pan wanim en nain Sion, perenki sauas pa om.
15 The heathen are caught in the destruction which they planned: in the very snare which they hid is their foot taken.
Men liki kan pupedi ong nan por o, me pein irail weiradar, o nä’rail lodi ong insar, me pein irail wiadar.
16 The Lord is known as executing judgments: the sinner is taken in the works of his hands. (A song of, Pause)
I me kitail asaki, Ieowa me kotin kapung pung. Me sapung kan salidi ong pein ar dodok en pa ar akan. (Sela)
17 Let sinners be driven away into Hades, [even] all the nations that forget God. (Sheol h7585)
Me sapung kan en lokidokila nan wasan mela, o men liki kan karos, me kin monokela Kot. (Sheol h7585)
18 For the poor shall not be forgotten for ever: the patience of the needy ones shall not perish for ever.
Pwe me samama o sota pan monokinokla kokolata, o me luet akan sota pan kaporoporeki mal kokolata.
19 Arise, O Lord, let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged before you.
Maing, kom kotida! Pwe aramas ender pwaida, a men liki kan karos en pakadeikada mo omui.
20 Appoint, O Lord, a lawgiver over them: let the heathen know that they are men. (Pause)
Maing, kotiki ong ir men kamasak, pwe men liki kan en dedeki, me re udan aramas eta. (Sela)
