< Psalms 53 >

1 For the end, [a Psalm] of David upon Maeleth, of instruction. The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They have corrupted [themselves], and become abominable in iniquities: there is none that does good.
Mingol honbou alungsung uva kon’in “Pathen aumpoi” ati’uve. Amaho chu mi kitahlou ahi’uvin, thilphalou jeng bol ahi’uvin khatchan jong thilpha abol pouvin ahi.
2 God looked down from heaven upon the sons of men, to see if there were any that understood, or sought after God.
Pathen’in van’a kon’in mihemte jouse hi ahinven, Aman mikhattou aching tahbeh um am, khat touvin Pathen ahol am tin ahinven ahi.
3 They have all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that does good, there is not even one.
Ahinlah khatcha amupon, abonchaovin akihei mangsoh hel ta’uvin, aboncha’uvin akitahlou ngen ahi’uvin, koimacha thilpha bol aumpouvin khatcha jong aumpoi.
4 Will none of the workers of iniquity know, who devour my people as they would eat bread? they have not called upon God. There were they greatly afraid, where there was no fear:
Hitobang’a thilphalou bol ho hin ahetdohlou hel di’u ham? Amaho hin kamite hi changlhah bang’a anehchai di’u ahitan Pathen kom’a taoding jong agelpha pouve.
5 or God has scattered the bones of the men-pleasers; they were ashamed, for God despised them.
Amaho hi, tu masang’a anahetphah louhel u tijatnan ahin lokhum ding ahi’uve. Pathen’in na galmite’u gu le chang ahin thejal ding, nang’in amaho hi ahin suhjum ding ahi, ajeh chu Pathen’in amaho hi apaidoh ding ahi’uve.
6 Who will bring the salvation of Israel out of Sion? When the Lord turns the captivity of his people, Jacob shall exult, and Israel shall be glad.
Zion mol’a kon’a Israelte huhdoh dia koi hung ding ham? Pathen in amite akiledohsah tengleh, Jacob in kipah a kho asap ding Israelte kipah ding ahi’uve.
