Numbers 30
1 And Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the Lord has commanded.
Potem Mojżesz powiedział do naczelników pokoleń pośród synów Izraela: Oto co PAN rozkazał.
2 Whatsoever man shall vow a vow to the Lord, or swear an oath, or bind himself with an obligation upon his soul, he shall not break his word; all that shall come out of his mouth he shall do.
Jeśli mężczyzna złoży PANU ślub lub przysięgę i zwiąże swoją duszę zobowiązaniem, to nie złamie swego słowa; wypełni wszystko według tego, co wyszło z jego ust.
3 And if a woman shall vow a vow to the Lord, or bind herself with an obligation in her youth in her father's house; and her father should hear her vows and her obligations, wherewith she has bound her soul, and her father should hold his peace at her, then all her vows shall stand,
Jeśli kobieta złoży PANU ślub i zwiąże się zobowiązaniem w domu swego ojca, w swojej młodości;
4 and all the obligations with which she has bound her soul, shall remain to her.
A jej ojciec usłyszy ślub i zobowiązanie, którym związała swoją duszę, a jej ojciec będzie milczał o tym, wtedy wszystkie jej śluby będą ważne i każde zobowiązanie, którym związała swą duszę, będzie ważne.
5 But if her father straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he shall hear all her vows and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul, they shall not stand; and the Lord shall hold her guiltless, because her father forbade her.
Lecz jeśli jej ojciec sprzeciwi się jej w dniu, kiedy usłyszy o wszystkich jej ślubach i zobowiązaniach, którymi związała swoją duszę, wtedy nie będą ważne; PAN przebaczy jej, gdyż jej ojciec sprzeciwił się temu.
6 But if she should be indeed married, and her vows be upon her according to the utterance of her lips, [the obligations] which she has contracted upon her soul;
Ale jeśli mając męża, złożyła ślub lub wypowiedziała swymi ustami coś, czym związała swoją duszę;
7 and her husband should hear, and hold his peace at her in the day in which he should hear, then thus shall all her vows be binding, and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul shall stand.
A jej mąż to usłyszał i milczał o tym w dniu, gdy to usłyszał, to jej śluby będą ważne i jej zobowiązania, którymi związała swoją duszę, będą ważne.
8 But if her husband should straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he should hear her, none of her vows or obligations which she has contracted upon her soul shall stand, because her husband has disallowed her, and the Lord shall hold her guiltless.
Lecz jeśli w dniu, gdy jej mąż usłyszał o tym, sprzeciwił się temu, to unieważnia jej ślub, który złożyła, i to, co wypowiedziała swymi ustami, czym związała swoją duszę; a PAN jej przebaczy.
9 And the vow of a widow and of her that is put away, whatever she shall bind upon her soul, shall stand to her.
Ale każdy ślub wdowy i rozwiedzionej, którym związały swoją duszę, będzie ważny.
10 And if her vow [be made] in the house of her husband, or the obligation upon her soul with an oath,
Lecz jeśli w domu swego męża złożyła ślub lub związała swoją duszę zobowiązaniem przysięgi;
11 and her husband should hear, and hold his peace at her, and not disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and all the obligations which she contracted against her soul, shall stand against her.
A jej mąż usłyszał to i milczał o tym, i nie sprzeciwił się temu, wtedy wszystkie jej śluby będą ważne i każdy obowiązek, którym zobowiązała swoją duszę, będzie ważny.
12 But if her husband should utterly cancel the vow in the day in which he shall hear it, none of the things which shall proceed out of her lips in her vows, and in the obligations [contracted] upon her soul, shall stand to her; her husband has cancelled them, and the Lord shall hold her guiltless.
Ale jeśli jej mąż sprzeciwił się temu w dniu, kiedy to usłyszał, to wszelki ślub i zobowiązanie, jakie padły z jej ust, będą nieważne; jej mąż je unieważnił; a PAN jej przebaczy.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict her soul, her husband shall confirm it to her, or her husband shall cancel it.
Wszelki ślub i wszelką przysięgę zobowiązania na trapienie duszy może jej mąż potwierdzić lub może unieważnić.
14 But if he be wholly silent at her from day to day, then shall he bind upon her all her vows; and he shall confirm to her the obligations [which she has bound] upon herself, because he held his peace at her in the day in which he heard her.
A jeśli jej mąż będzie milczał dzień po dniu, to potwierdza wszystkie jej śluby i wszystkie jej zobowiązania, które ją wiążą. Potwierdza je, ponieważ milczał o tym w dniu, kiedy [je] usłyszał;
15 And if her husband should in any wise cancel [them] after the day in which he heard [them], then he shall bear his iniquity.
Lecz jeśli je usłyszał i dopiero później unieważni, to poniesie jej nieprawość.
16 These [are] the ordinances which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, and between a father and daughter in [her] youth in the house of [her] father.
To są ustawy, które PAN przykazał Mojżeszowi, między mężem a jego żoną, między ojcem a jego córką w jej młodości, [póki jest] w domu swego ojca.
