Numbers 26

1 And it came to pass after the plague, that the Lord spoke to Moses and Eleazar the priest, saying,

2 Take the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, according to the houses of their lineage, every one that goes forth to battle in Israel.

3 And Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke in Araboth of Moab at the Jordan by Jericho, saying,

Przemówił więc Mojżesz i kapłan Eleazar do nich na równinach Moabu, nad Jordanem, [naprzeciw] Jerycha:

4 [This is the numbering] from twenty years old and upward as the Lord commanded Moses. And the sons of Israel that came out of Egypt [are as follows]:

[Policzcie lud], od dwudziestego roku życia wzwyż, jak PAN rozkazał Mojżeszowi i synom Izraela, którzy wyszli z ziemi Egiptu.

5 Ruben [was] the firstborn of Israel: and the sons of Ruben, Enoch, and the family of Enoch; to Phallu belongs the family of the Phalluites.

Ruben, pierworodny Izraela: synowie Rubena to Henoch, [od którego] pochodzi rodzina Henochitów; Pallu, [od którego pochodzi] rodzina Palluitów;

6 To Asron, the family of Asroni: to Charmi, the family of Charmi.

Chesron, [od którego pochodzi] rodzina Chesronitów, i Karmi, [od którego pochodzi] rodzina Karmitów.

7 These [are] the families of Ruben; and their numbering was forty-three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.

To są rodziny Rubenitów; a było ich policzonych czterdzieści trzy tysiące siedmiuset trzydziestu.

8 And the sons of Phallu [were] Eliab, —

A synowie Pallu to Eliab.

9 and the sons of Eliab, Namuel, and Dathan, and Abiron: these [are] renowned men of the congregation; these are they that rose up against Moses and Aaron in the gathering of Core, in the rebellion against the Lord.

Synowie zaś Eliaba to Nemuel, Datan i Abiram. To ten Datan i Abiram, osławieni wśród zgromadzenia, którzy zbuntowali się przeciwko Mojżeszowi i Aaronowi z gromadą Koracha, gdy zbuntowali się przeciwko PANU.

10 And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up them and Core, when their assembly perished, when the fire devoured the two hundred and fifty, and they were made a sign.

I ziemia otworzyła swoją paszczę, i pochłonęła ich razem z Korachem, podczas gdy cała gromada zginęła; ogień pochłonął dwustu pięćdziesięciu mężczyzn. Stali się oni znakiem;

11 But the sons of Core died not.

Lecz synowie Koracha nie umarli.

12 And the sons of Symeon: —the family of the sons of Symeon: to Namuel, [belonged] the family of the Namuelites; to Jamin the family of the Jaminites; to Jachin the family of the Jachinites.

Synowie Symeona według swych rodzin to: Nemuel, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Nemuelitów, Jamin, od [którego] rodzina Jaminitów, Jachin, od [którego] rodzina Jachinitów;

13 To Zara the family of the Zaraites; to Saul the family of the Saulites.

Zerach, od [którego] rodzina Zerachitów, Szaul, od [którego] rodzina Szaulitów.

14 These [are] the families of Symeon according to their numbering, two and twenty thousand and two hundred.

To są rodziny Symeonitów; a [było ich] dwadzieścia dwa tysiące dwustu.

15 And the sons of Juda, Er and Aunan; and Er and Aunan died in the land of Chanaan.

Synowie Gada według swych rodzin to: Sefon, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Sefonitów, Chaggi, od [którego] rodzina Chaggitów, Szuni, od [którego] rodzina Szunitów;

16 And these were the sons of Juda, according to their families: to Selom [belonged] the family of the Selonites; to Phares, the family of the Pharesites; to Zara, the family of the Zaraites.

17 And the sons of Phares were, to Asron, the family of the Asronites; to Jamun, the family of the Jamunites.

18 These [are] the families of Juda according to their numbering, seventy-six thousand and five hundred.

19 And the sons of Issachar according to their families: to Thola, the family of the Tholaites; to Phua, the family of the Phuaites.

Synowie Judy to Er i Onan. Er i Onan umarli w ziemi Kanaan.

20 To Jasub, the family of the Jasubites; to Samram, the family of the Samramites.

Synowie Judy według swych rodzin to: Szela, od [którego] pochodzi rodzina Szelitów, Peres, od [którego] rodzina Peresytów, Zerach, od [którego] rodzina Zerachitów;

21 These [are] the families of Issachar according to their numbering, sixty-four thousand and four hundred.

Synowie Peresa to: Chesron, od [którego] rodzina Chesronitów, Chamul, od [którego] rodzina Chamulitów.

22 The sons of Zabulon according to their families: to Sared, the family of the Saredites; to Allon, the family of the Allonites; to Allel, the family of the Allelites.

To są rodziny Judy według ich spisu, siedemdziesiąt sześć tysięcy pięciuset.

23 These [are] the families of Zabulon according to their numbering, sixty thousand and five hundred.

Synowie Issachara według swych rodzin to: Tola, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Tolaitów, Puwwa, od [którego] rodzina Puwwitów;

24 The sons of Gad according to their families: to Saphon, the family of the Saphonites; to Angi, the family of the Angites; to Suni, the family of the Sunites;

Jaszub, od [którego] rodzina Jaszubitów, Szimrona, od [którego] rodzina Szimronitów.

25 to Azeni, the family of the Azenites; to Addi, the family of the Addites:

To są rodziny Issachara według ich spisu, sześćdziesiąt cztery tysiące trzystu.

26 to Aroadi, the family of the Aroadites; to Ariel, the family of the Arielites.

Synowie Zebulona według swych rodzin to: Sered, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Seredytów, Elon, od [którego] rodzina Elonitów, Jachleel, od którego rodzina Jachleelitów.

27 These [are] the families of the children of Gad according to their numbering, forty-four thousand and five hundred.

A to są rodziny Zebulonitów według ich spisu, sześćdziesiąt tysięcy pięciuset.

28 The sons of Aser according to their families; to Jamin, the family of the Jaminites; to Jesu, the family of the Jesusites; to Baria, the family of the Bariaites.

Synowie Józefa według swych rodzin to Manasses i Efraim.

29 To Chober, the family of the Choberites; to Melchiel, the family of the Melchielites.

Synowie Manassesa to: Makir, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Makirytów; a Makir spłodził Gileada, od Gileada [pochodzi] rodzina Gileadczyków;

30 And the name of the daughter of Aser, Sara.

To są synowie Gileada: Jezer, od [którego] rodzina Jezerytów, Chelek, od [którego] rodzina Chelekitów;

31 These [are] the families of Aser according to their numbering, forty-three thousand and four hundred.

Asriel, od [którego] rodzina Asrielitów, Szechem, od [którego] rodzina Szechemitów;

32 The sons of Joseph according to their families, Manasse and Ephraim.

Szemida, od [którego] rodzina Szemidaitów, oraz Chefer, od [którego] rodzina Cheferytów.

33 The sons of Manasse. To Machir the family of the Machirites; and Machir begot Galaad: to Galaad, the family of the Galaadites.

A Selofchad, syn Chefera, nie miał synów, lecz tylko córki, a imiona córek Selofchada to: Machla, Noa, Chogla, Milka i Tirsa.

34 And these [are] the sons of Galaad; to Achiezer, the family of the Achiezerites; to Cheleg, the family of the Chelegites.

To są rodziny Manassesa według ich spisu, pięćdziesiąt dwa tysiące siedmiuset.

35 To Esriel, the family of the Esrielites; to Sychem, the family of the Sychemites.

To są synowie Efraima według swych rodzin: Szutelach, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Szutelachitów, Becher, od [którego] rodzina Becherytów, Tachan, od [którego] rodzina Tachanitów;

36 To Symaer, the family of the Symaerites; and to Opher, the family of the Opherites.

A to są synowie Szutelacha: Eran, od [którego] rodzina Eranitów.

37 And to Salpaad the son of Opher there were no sons, but daughters: and these [were] the names of the daughters of Salpaad; Mala, and Nua, and Egla, and Melcha, and Thersa.

To są rodziny synów Efraima według ich spisu: trzydzieści dwa tysiące pięciuset. To są synowie Józefa według swych rodzin.

38 These [are] the families of Manasse according to their numbering, fifty-two thousand and seven hundred.

A synowie Beniamina według swych rodzin to: Bela, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Belaitów, Aszbel, od [którego] rodzina Aszbelitów, Achiram, od [którego] rodzina Achiramitów;

39 And these [are] the children of Ephraim; to Suthala, the family of the Suthalanites; to Tanach, the family of the Tanachites.

Szufam, od [którego] rodzina Szufamitów, Chufam, od [którego] rodzina Chufamitów.

40 These [are] the sons of Suthala; to Eden, the family of the Edenites.

Synowie Beli to Ard i Naaman, od Arda rodzina Ardytów, a od Naamana rodzina Naamitów.

41 These [are] the families of Ephraim according to their numbering, thirty-two thousand and five hundred: these [are] the families of the children of Joseph according to their families.

To są synowie Beniamina według swych rodzin. Ich liczba [wynosi] czterdzieści pięć tysięcy sześciuset.

42 The sons of Benjamin according to their families; to Bale, the family of the Balites; to Asyber, the family of the Asyberites; to Jachiran, the family of the Jachiranites.

To są synowie Dana według swych rodzin: Szucham, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Szuchamitów. To są rodziny Dana według swych rodzin.

43 To Sophan, the family of the Sophanites.

Wszystkich rodzin Szuchamitów według ich spisu [było] sześćdziesiąt cztery tysiące czterystu.

44 And the sons of Bale were Adar and Noeman; to Adar, the family of the Adarites; and to Noeman, the family of the Noemanites.

Synowie Aszera według swych rodzin [to]: Jimna, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Jimnaitów, Jiszwi, od [którego] rodzina Jiszwitów, Beria, od [którego] rodzina Beriaitów;

45 These [are] the sons of Benjamin by their families according to their numbering, thirty-five thousand and five hundred.

Synowie Berii to: Cheber, od [którego] rodzina Cheberytów, Malkiel, od [którego] rodzina Malkielitów.

46 And the sons of Dan according to their families; to Same, the family of the Sameites; these [are] the families of Dan according to their families.

A córce Aszera [było] na imię Sarach.

47 All the families of Samei according to their numbering, sixty-four thousand and four hundred.

To są rodziny synów Aszera według ich spisu: pięćdziesiąt trzy tysiące czterystu.

48 The sons of Nephthali according to their families; to Asiel, the family of the Asielites; to Gauni, the family of the Gaunites.

Synowie Neftalego według swych rodzin to: Jachseel, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Jachseelitów, Guni, od [którego] rodzina Gunitów;

49 To Jeser, the family of the Jeserites; to Sellem, the family of the Sellemites.

Jeser, od [którego] rodzina Jeserytów, Szillem, od [którego] rodzina Szillemitów.

50 These [are] the families of Nephthali, according to their numbering, forty thousand and three hundred.

To są rodziny Neftalego według ich rodzin. Ich liczba [wynosi] czterdzieści pięć tysięcy czterystu.

51 This [is] the numbering of the children of Israel, six hundred and one thousand and seven hundred and thirty.

To jest liczba synów Izraela: sześćset jeden tysięcy siedmiuset trzydziestu.

52 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

I PAN powiedział do Mojżesza:

53 To these the land shall be divided, so that they may inherit according to the number of the names.

Pomiędzy nich zostanie podzielona ziemia jako dziedzictwo według liczby imion.

54 To the greater number you shall give the greater inheritance, and to the less number you shall give the less inheritance: to each one, as they have been numbered, shall their inheritance be given.

Liczniejszemu dasz większe dziedzictwo, a mniej licznemu dasz mniejsze dziedzictwo. Każdemu będzie dane jego dziedzictwo według liczby policzonych.

55 The land shall be divided to the names by lot, they shall inherit according to the tribes of their families.

Ziemia jednak będzie rozdzielona przez losowanie; otrzymają dziedzictwo według imion pokoleń swoich ojców.

56 You shall divide their inheritance by lot between the many and the few.

Zgodnie z losem [będzie] rozdzielone dziedzictwo pomiędzy liczne i nieliczne.

57 And the sons of Levi according to their families; to Gedson, the family of the Gedsonites; to Caath, the family of the Caathites; to Merari, the family of the Merarites.

Oto policzeni z Lewitów według swych rodzin: Gerszon, od [którego pochodzi] rodzina Gerszonitów, Kehat, od [którego] rodzina Kehatytów, Merari, od [którego] rodzina Meraritów.

58 These [are] the families of the sons of Levi; the family of the Lobenites, the family of the Chebronites, the family of the Coreites, and the family of the Musites; and Caath begot Amram.

To są rodziny Lewiego: rodzina Libnitów, rodzina Chebronitów, rodzina Machlitów, rodzina Muszitów, rodzina Korachitów; a Kehat spłodził Amrama.

59 And the name of his wife [was] Jochabed, daughter of Levi, who bore these to Levi in Egypt, and she bore to Amram, Aaron and Moses, and Mariam their sister.

A żonie Amrama było na imię Jochebed, [była to] córka Lewiego, która mu się urodziła w Egipcie; to ona urodziła Amramowi Aarona i Mojżesza oraz ich siostrę Miriam.

60 And to Aaron were born both Nadab and Abiud, and Eleazar, and Ithamar.

Aaronowi urodzili się Nadab i Abihu, Eleazar i Itamar.

61 And Nadab and Abiud died when they offered strange fire before the Lord in the wilderness of Sina.

Ale Nadab i Abihu umarli, gdy ofiarowali inny ogień przed PANEM.

62 And there were according to their numbering, twenty-three thousand, every male from a month old and upward; for they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because they have no inheritance in the midst of the children of Israel.

A ich liczba wynosiła dwadzieścia trzy tysiące, wszystkich mężczyzn od miesiąca wzwyż; nie zostali jednak policzeni wśród synów Izraela, gdyż nie dano im dziedzictwa pośród synów Izraela.

63 And this [is] the numbering of Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in Araboth of Moab, at Jordan by Jericho.

To są ci policzeni przez Mojżesza i kapłana Eleazara; oni policzyli synów Izraela na równinach Moabu, nad Jordanem, [naprzeciw] Jerycha.

64 And among these there was not a man numbered by Moses and Aaron, whom, [even] the children of Israel, they numbered in the wilderness of Sinai.

Lecz wśród nich nie było nikogo z [tych] policzonych przez Mojżesza i kapłana Aarona, gdy policzyli synów Izraela na pustyni Synaj;

65 For the Lord said to them, They shall surely die in the wilderness; and there was not left even one of them, except Chaleb the son of Jephonne, and Joshua the [son] of Naue.

PAN bowiem powiedział o nich: Z pewnością umrą na pustyni. I nie pozostał żaden z nich oprócz Kaleba, syna Jefunnego, i Jozuego, syna Nuna.
