< Jeremias 35 >

1 And it came to pass in the fourth year of Sedekias king of Juda, in the fifth month, [that] Ananias the false prophet, the son of Azor, from Gabaon, spoke to me in the house of the Lord, in the sight of the priests and all the people, saying,
Ty tsara’ Iehovà niheo am’ Iirmeà tañ’andro’ Iehoiakime ana’ Iosia, mpanjaka’ Iehodà, manao ty hoe:
2 Thus says the Lord; I have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.
Akia mb’ añ’ anjomba’ o nte-Rekao mb’eo naho isaontsio, vaho endeso mb’añ’ anjomba’ Iehovà ao, añ’efe’e raik’ ao, vaho anjotsò divay hikama’ iareo.
3 Yet two full years, and I will return into this place the vessels of the house of the Lord,
Aa le nendeseko t’Iaazanià ana’ Iirmeà, ana’ i Habazinia, naho o roahalahi’eo rekets’ o ana’e iabio, vaho ty haampon’ anjomba’ o nte-Rekao.
4 and Jechonias, and the captivity of Juda: for I will break the yoke of the king of Babylon.
Le nampihovaeko añ’anjomba’ Iehovà ao, añ’efe’ o ana’ i Kanàne ana’ Igdalia ondatin’ Añahareo, marine’ ty efe’ o roandriañeo, ambone’ ty efe’ i Maaseià, ana’ i Salome, mpiamben-dalañe;
5 Then Jeremias spoke to Ananias in the sight of all the people, and in the sight of the priests that stood in the house of the Lord,
naho nazotsoko aolo’ o anak’ anjomba’ i Rekàbeo ty korobo naho fitiheke, vaho nanoeko ty hoe: Mikamà divay.
6 and Jeremias said, May the Lord indeed do thus; may he confirm your word which you do prophesy, to return the vessels of the house of the Lord, and all the captivity, out of Babylon to this place.
Fa hoe ty lie’ iereo, Tsy hikama divay zahay ty amy nafè’ Ionadabe ana’ i Rekabe rae’ay ama’aiy, ty hoe: Tsy hikama divay nahareo, inahareo naho o ana’ areo kitro katrokeo;
7 Nevertheless hear you the word of the Lord which I speak in your ears, and in the ears of all the people.
vaho ko mañoreñe anjomba ndra mitongy tabiry, ko mambole vahe, naho ko atao hanañañe zay; fa himoneñe an-kibohotse amo fonga andro hiaiña’ areoo, soa t’ie hitoboke andro maro an-tanem-pañialoa’areo ao.
8 The prophets that were before me and before you of old, also prophesied over much country, and against great kingdoms, concerning war.
Le nihaoñe’ay ty fiarañanaña’ Ionadabe ana’ i Rekabe rae’ay amo nafe’e anay iabio, te tsy hinon-divay amo hene andro’aio, zahay o vali’aio, o ana’aio, naho o anak’ ampela’aio.
9 [As for] the prophet that has prophesied for peace, when the word has come [to pass], they shall know the prophet whom the Lord has sent them in truth.
Aa le tsy namboatse anjomba himoneña’ay zahay, tsy aman-tanem-bahe ndra teteke ndra tabiry;
10 Then Ananias took the yokes from the neck of Jeremias in the sight of all the people, and broke them to pieces.
f’ie mpitobok’ an-kibohotse ao, naho mañaoñe vaho mitoloñe o nafe’ Ionadabe rae’aio.
11 And Ananias spoke in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus said the Lord; Thus will I break the yoke of the king of Babylon from the necks of all the nations. And Jeremias went his way.
Aa ie nionjoñe haname an-tane atoy t’i Nebokadnetsare mpanjaka’ i Bavele, le hoe zahay: Antao hionjoñe mb’e Ierosalaime ao, aolo’ o lahindefon-te-Kasdio naho aolo’ o nte-Arameo; aa le mimoneñe e Ierosalaime atoan-jahay.
12 And the word of the Lord came to Jeremias, after that Ananias had broken the yokes off his neck, saying,
Aa le hoe ty tsara’ Iehovà niheo am’Iirmeà:
13 Go and speak to Ananias, saying, Thus says the Lord; You have broken the yokes of wood; but I will make instead of them yokes of iron.
Hoe ty nafè’ Iehovà’ i Màroy, i Andrianañahare’ Israeley: Akia mb’ am’ ondati’ Iehodao naho o mpimone’ Ierosalaimeo, le ano ty hoe: Tsy hitsendreñe hilala hao nahareo hañaoñe o volakoo? hoe t’Iehovà.
14 For thus said the Lord, I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all the nations, that they may serve the king of Babylon.
Ty nafè’ Ionadabe ana’ i Rekabe, amo ana’eo, ty tsy hikama divay, le fa ambenañe, vaho tsy ikama’ iareo pake henane, amy t’ie mañoñe ty fetsen-drae’ iareo; fe nitaroñeko mañampitso am-pitaroñañe nahareo fe tsy nijanjiñe ahy.
15 And Jeremias said to Ananias, The Lord has not sent you; and you have caused this people to trust in unrighteousness.
Le niraheko ama’ areo ka o mpitoky mpitoroko iabio, nampihitrifeko handro nanao ty hoe: Songa mimpolia amo sata’ rati’eo ondatio, naho ahitio o fitoloña’ areoo, naho ko mañorin-drahare ila’e ho toroñeñe, soa te himoneña’ areo ty tane natoloko ama’areo naho aman-droae’ areo toy; f’ie tsy nanokilan-dravembia, tsy nañaoñ’ ahy.
16 Therefore thus said the Lord: Behold, I [will] cast you off from the face of the earth: this year you shall die.
Toe nihenefe’ o ana’ Ionadabe ana’ i Rekabe ty fetse nafen-drae’ iareo ama’e, fe tsy nañaoñe ahy ondaty retoañe;
17 So he died in the seventh month.
aa le hoe t’Iehovà, i Andrianañahare’ i màroiy, i Andrianañahare’ Israeley: Ingo te hafetsako am’Iehodà naho amo mpimone’ Ierosalaimeo ze fonga hekoheko tsineiko am’iereo; amy t’ie nivolañeko, f’ie tsy nijanjiñe, kinoiko fe tsy nanoiñe.
Le hoe t’Iirmeà amy anjomba’ o nte Rekabeo: Hoe t’Iehovà’ i Màroy, i Andrianañahare’ Israeley: Amy te nihaoñe’ areo ty saontsin-drae’ areo Ionadabe, vaho nambena’ areo o fañè’e iabio, vaho nanoe’ areo ze hene nandilia’e;
le hoe t’Iehovà’ i Màroy, i Andrianañahare’ Israeley: Tsy haitoañe am’ Ionadabe, ana’ i Rekabe ty lahilahy hijohañe añatrefako nainai’e donia.
