Jezekiel 27
1 And the word of the Lord came to me saying,
याहवेह का वचन मेरे पास आया:
2 And you, son of man, take up a lamentation against Sor;
“हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, सोर के लिए एक विलापगीत लो.
3 and you shall say to Sor that dwells at the entrance of the sea, to the mart of the nations coming from many islands, Thus says the Lord to Sor; You have said, I have clothed myself with my beauty.
सोर से कहो, जो समुद्र के प्रवेश द्वार पर बसा है और बहुत से समुद्रतट पर लोगों का व्यापारी है, ‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: “‘हे सोर, तुम कहते हो, “मैं पूरी तरह सुंदर हूं.”
4 In the heart of the sea your sons have put beauty upon you for Beelim.
तुम्हारी सीमा समुद्र के गर्भ तक थी; तुम्हें बनाने वालों ने तुम्हें पूरी तरह सुंदर बनाया.
5 Cedar in Senir was employed for you in building: boards of cypress timber were taken out of Libanus, and wood to make you masts of fir.
उन्होंने तुम्हारी सब इमारती लकड़ी सेनीर पहाड़ के सनौवर के पेड़ों से ली हैं; उन्होंने तुम्हारे लिये एक मस्तूल बनाने के लिये लबानोन के देवदार की लकड़ी का उपयोग किया है.
6 They made your oars [of wood] out of the land of Basan; your sacred utensils they made of ivory, your shady houses of wood from the isles of Chetiim.
तुम्हारे पतवारों के लिए उन्होंने बाशान के बांज वृक्षों की लकड़ी का उपयोग किया है; तुम्हारे पानी जहाज़ का छत कित्तिम समुद्रतट के चीड़ वृक्ष का है, जिसे हाथी-दांत से सजाया गया है.
7 Fine linen with embroidery from Egypt supplied the couch, to put honor upon you, and to clothe you with blue and purple from the isles of Elisai; and they became your coverings.
तुम्हारे जहाज़ का पाल मिस्र देश के सुंदर कसीदा किए हुए मलमल के कपड़े का था, और यह तुम्हारे ध्वज के रूप में काम करता था; तुम्हारा तिरपाल (चांदनी) एलिशाह के समुद्रतट का था, जिसका रंग नीला और बैंगनी था.
8 And your princes were the dwellers in Sidon, and the Aradians were your rowers: your wise men, O Sor, who were in you, these were your pilots.
सीदोन और आरवद के लोग तुम्हारे मल्लाह थे; हे सोर, तुम्हारे निपुण लोग नाविक के रूप में जहाज़ पर थे.
9 The elders of the Biblians, and their wise men, who were in you, these helped your counsel: and all the ships of the sea and their rowers traded for you to the utmost west.
जहाज़ के जोड़ों को ठीक करने के लिये जहाज़ पर गेबल के अनुभवी शिल्पकार जहाज़ के शिल्पी के रूप में थे. समुद्र के सारे जहाज़ और उनके नाविक तुम्हारे व्यापारिक माल का लेनदेन करने के लिये तुम्हारे साथ थे.
10 Persians and Lydians and Libyans were in your army: your warriors hung in you shields and helmets; these gave [you] your glory.
“‘तुम्हारी सेना में परसिया, लूद और पूत के लोग शामिल थे. उन्होंने तुम्हारी शोभा बढ़ाते हुए, अपनी ढाल और टोप दीवारों पर टांग दिये थे.
11 The sons of the Aradians and your army were upon the walls; there were guards in your towers: they hung their quivers on your battlements round about; these completed your beauty.
आरवद और हेलेक के लोग चारों तरफ से तुम्हारी दीवारों का पहरा दिये; गम्माद के लोग तुम्हारे स्तंभों पर थे. उन्होंने अपनी ढालें तुम्हारी दीवारों पर टांग दी; उन्होंने तुम्हारी सुंदरता में चार चांद लगाया.
12 The Carthaginians were your merchants because of the abundance of all your strength; they furnished your market with silver, and gold, and iron, and tin, and lead.
“‘सभी प्रकार की चीज़ों की अधिकता के कारण तरशीश के लोगों ने तुम्हारे साथ व्यापार किया; उन्होंने तुम्हारे सामानों को चांदी, लोहा, टीन और सीसा देकर खरीदा.
13 Greece, both the whole [world], and the adjacent coasts, these traded with you in the persons of men, and they gave [as] your merchandise vessels of brass.
“‘यावन (ग्रीस), तूबल और मेशेख तुमसे व्यापार करते थे; वे तुम्हें तुम्हारे व्यापारिक सामानों के बदले मानव प्राणी और कांसे के चीज़ों को देते थे.
14 Out of the house of Thogarma horses and horsemen furnished the market.
“‘बेथ-तोगरमाह के लोग तुम्हारे व्यापारिक सामानों के बदले रथ खींचनेवाले घोड़े, सेना के घोड़े और खच्चर दिया करते थे.
15 The sons of the Rhodians were your merchants; from the islands they multiplied your merchandise, [even] elephants' teeth: and to them that came in you did return your prices,
“‘रोडीस के लोग तुमसे व्यापार करते थे, और समुद्रतट के बहुतेरे देश तुम्हारे ग्राहक थे; वे अपना भुगतान हाथी-दांत और आबनूस (तेंदू) की लकड़ी देकर करते थे.
16 [even] men [as] your merchandise, from the multitude of your trading [population], myrrh and embroidered works from Tharsis: Ramoth also and Chorchor furnished your market.
“‘तुम्हारे पास सामानों की अधिकता के कारण, अराम ने तुमसे व्यापार किया; वे तुम्हारी वस्तुओं के मूल्य के बदले तुम्हें हरित नीलमणि, बैंगनी रंग के कपड़े, कसीदा किए हुए कपड़े, अच्छे किस्म के मलमल कपड़े, मूंगा और लाल रत्न देते थे.
17 Juda and the children of Israel, these were your merchants; in the sale of corn and ointments and cassia: and they gave the best honey, and oil, and resin, to your trading [population].
“‘यहूदिया तथा इस्राएल देश ने भी तुमसे व्यापार किया; वे तुम्हारे सामानों के भुगतान के बदले तुम्हें मिन्निथ में उपजे गेहूं, मिठाई, मधु, जैतून तेल और मलहम देते थे.
18 [The people of] Damascus were your merchants by reason of the abundance of all your power; wine out of Chelbon, and wool from Miletus; and they brought wine into your market.
“‘तुम्हारे पास उत्पादन की अधिकता और सामानों की अत्यधिक प्रचुरता के कारण दमेशेक ने तुमसे व्यापार किया. तुम्हारे सामान: बना हुआ लोहा, दालचीनी और तेजपत्ती के बदले उन्होंने तुम्हें हेलबोन की दाखमधु,
19 Out of Asel [came] wrought iron, and there is the sound of wheels among your trading [population].
जाहर का ऊन और उजाल में बने दाखमधु की लकड़ी के पीपे देने का प्रस्ताव दिया.
20 [The people of] Daedan were your merchants, with choice cattle for chariots.
“‘देदान नगर तुम्हें घोड़े की पीठ पर बिछानेवाले कंबल देता था.
21 Arabia and all the princes of Kedar, these were your traders with you, [bringing] camels, and lambs, and rams, in which they trade with you.
“‘अरेबिया के लोग और केदार देश के सब राजकुमार तुम्हारे ग्राहक थे; वे तुम्हें तुम्हारे सामान के बदले मेमने, मेढ़े और बकरियां देकर तुमसे लेनदेन करते थे.
22 The merchants of Sabba and Ramma, these were your merchants, with choice spices, and precious stones: and they brought gold to your market.
“‘शीबा तथा रामाह के व्यापारियों ने तुमसे व्यापार किया; तुम्हारे व्यापारिक सामानों के बदले वे तुम्हें सब प्रकार के सर्वोत्तम मसाले, बहुमूल्य रत्न एवं सोना देते थे.
23 Charra, and Chanaa, these were your merchants: Assur, and Charman, were your merchants:
“‘हारान, कन्नेह, एदेन, शीबा, अश्शूर तथा किलमाद के व्यापारियों ने भी तुम्हारे ही साथ व्यापार किया.
24 bringing [for] merchandise blue, and choice stores bound with cords, and cypress wood.
तुम्हारे बाज़ार के जगह में, वे तुम्हें तुम्हारे सामानों के बदले सुंदर कपड़े, नीले कपड़े, कसीदा किए हुए कपड़े और आंटी गई और कसकर बांधी गई डोरियों वाले रंग-बिरंगे कंबल देते थे.
25 Ships were your merchants, in abundance, with your trading [population]: and you were filled and very heavily loaded in the heart of the sea.
“‘तुम्हारे व्यापारिक सामानों का परिवहन तरशीश के पानी जहाजों से होता है जब तुम समुद्री यात्रा में जाते हो तो जहाज़ में तुम्हारा भारी माल भरा रहता है.
26 Your rowers have brought you into great waters: the south wind has broken you in the heart of the sea.
तुम्हारे जहाज़ के चालक तुम्हें गहरे समुद्र में ले जाते हैं. पर पूर्व की हवा दूर समुद्र में तुम्हारे जहाज़ के टुकड़े-टुकड़े कर देगी.
27 Your forces, and your gain, and that of your traders, and your rowers, and your pilots, and your counselors, and they that traffic with you, and all your warriors that are in you: and all your company in the midst of you shall perish in the heart of the sea, in the day of your fall.
तुम्हारी संपत्ति, व्यापारिक सामान और वस्तुएं, तुम्हारे नाविक, जहाज़ चलानेवाले और जहाज़ बनानेवाले, तुम्हारे व्यापारी और तुम्हारे सब सैनिक, और जहाज़ के सारे लोग उस दिन समुद्र की गहराई में डूब जाएंगे जब तुम्हारा जहाज़ टूट जाएगा.
28 At the cry of your voice your pilots shall be greatly terrified.
तुम्हारे जहाज़ चलानेवालों की चिल्लाहट से समुद्रतट कांप उठेगा;
29 And all the rowers and the mariners shall come down from the ships, and the pilots of the sea shall stand on the land.
पतवार चलानेवाले सबके सब अपने जहाजों को छोड़ देंगे, मल्लाह और जहाज़ को चलानेवाले सबके सब जहाज़ से उतरकर समुद्रतट पर खड़े हो जाएंगे.
30 And they shall wail over you with their voice, and cry bitterly, and put earth on their heads, and spread ashes under them.
वे तुम्हारे कारण चिल्लाएंगे और बिलख-बिलखकर रोएंगे; वे अपने सिर पर धूल छिड़क कर राख में लोटेंगे.
वे तुम्हारे कारण अपना सिर मुंड़ा लेंगे और टाट का कपड़ा पहनेंगे. वे मन की वेदना और भारी शोक से तुम्हारे विषय रोएंगे.
32 And their sons shall take up a [lament] for you, even a lamentation for Sor, [saying],
जब वे तुम्हारे विषय में बहुत रोएंगे और शोक मनाएंगे, तो वे तुम्हारे विषय एक विलापगीत गाएंगे: “कौन समुद्र से घिरे हुए सोर के समान चुप था?”
33 How large a reward have you gained from the sea? you have filled nations out of your abundance; and out of your mixed merchandise you have enriched all the kings of the earth.
जब तुम्हारे व्यापार का माल समुद्र में होकर जाता था, तो उससे तुम बहुत सी जाति के लोगों को संतुष्ट करते थे; अपनी अपार संपत्ति और व्यापारिक माल से तुमने पृथ्वी के राजाओं को समृद्ध कर दिया.
34 Now are you broken in the sea, your traders are in the deep water, and all your company in the midst of you: all your rowers have fallen.
अब तुम पानी की गहराइयों में समुद्र के द्वारा चकनाचूर हो गये हो; तुम्हारा व्यापार का माल और जहाज़ में तुम्हारे पूरे लोगों का जत्था तुम्हारे साथ डूब गया है.
35 All the dwellers in the islands have mourned over you, and their kings have been utterly amazed, and their countenance has wept.
समुद्रतट पर सब रहनेवाले तुम्हारी दशा देख डर गये हैं; उनके राजा तो आतंक से कांपते हैं और डर से उनके चेहरे का रंग उड़ गया है.
36 Merchants from the nations have hissed at you; you are utterly destroyed, and shall not be any more for ever.
जनता के बीच जो व्यापारी है, वे तुम्हारी खिल्ली उड़ाते हैं; तुम्हारा एक डरावना अंत हो गया है और तुम्हारा अस्तित्व अब नहीं रहेगा.’”
