Psalms 144
1 [A Psalm] of David. Blessed [be] the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, [and] my fingers to fight:
၁ငါ့ကျောက်တောင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသောအရှင်ထာဝရ ဘုရားအားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ့ကိုတိုက်ပွဲဝင်ရန်အတွက် လေ့ကျင့်ပေးတော်မူ၏။ စစ်ဆင်မှုကိုသွန်သင်ပေးတော်မူ၏။
2 My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and [he] in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.
၂ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ့ကိုကွယ်ကာရာငါ့ခံတပ်၊ ငါ့ရဲတိုက်၊ငါ၏ကယ်တင်ရှင်၊ငါကိုးစားရာ ဒိုင်းလွှားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်လူမျိုးတကာတို့ကိုငါ၏ လက်အောက်သို့ရောက်စေတော်မူ၏။
3 LORD, what [is] man, that thou takest knowledge of him! [or] the son of man, that thou makest account of him!
၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ လူသည်အဘယ်သို့သောသူဖြစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်သူ့ကိုပမာဏ ပြုတော်မူရပါသနည်း။ သာမန်လူသားသည်အဘယ်သို့သောသူဖြစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်သူ့ကိုဂရုပြုတော်မူ ရပါသနည်း။
4 Man is like to vanity: his days [are] as a shadow that passeth away.
၄လူသည်ထွက်သက်ဝင်သက်လေနှင့်တူပါ၏။ သူ၏အသက်တာသည်လွန်သွားတတ်သော အရိပ်နှင့်တူပါ၏။
5 Bow thy heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ မိုးကောင်းကင်ကိုကွေးညွှတ်စေ၍ဆင်းသက် ကြွလာတော်မူပါ။ တောင်ရိုးများကိုတို့ထိတော်မူပါ။ ယင်းတို့မှမီးခိုးထွက်ပါလိမ့်မည်။
6 Cast forth lightning, and scatter them: shoot out thine arrows, and destroy them.
၆လျှပ်စစ်ပြက်တော်မူ၍ကိုယ်တော်၏ရန်သူ တို့ကို ကစဥ့်ကရဲဖြစ်စေတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လေးတော်တို့ကိုပစ်တော်မူ၍ သူတို့အားထွက်ပြေးစေတော်မူပါ။
7 Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;
၇အထက်ဘုံမှလက်တော်ကိုဆန့်တော်မူ၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားရေနက်ရာမှဆွဲတင် ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ။ တိုင်းတစ်ပါးသားတို့၏လက်မှကယ်တော်မူပါ။
8 Whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand [is] a right hand of falsehood.
၈ထိုသူတို့သည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှမှန်သော စကားကို မပြောတတ်ကြပါ။ ကျမ်းကျိန်၍ပြောဆိုရာ၌ပင်လျှင် လိမ်လည်တတ်ကြပါ၏။
9 I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: upon a psaltery [and] an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.
၉အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သီချင်းသစ်ကိုဆို၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဂုဏ်တော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ စောင်းကိုတီး၍သီချင်းဆိုကာဂုဏ်တော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။
10 [It is he] that giveth salvation unto kings: who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဘုရင်တို့အားစစ်ပွဲအောင်ခွင့်ကို ပေးတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံဒါဝိဒ်ကို ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ၏။
11 Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand [is] a right hand of falsehood:
၁၁ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်သောရန်သူများ၏လက်မှ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူပါ။ တိုင်းတစ်ပါးသားတို့၏လက်မှကယ်ဆယ်တော် မူပါ။ ထိုသူတို့သည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှမှန်သော စကားကိုမပြောတတ်ကြပါ။ ကျမ်းကျိန်၍ပြောဆိုရာ၌ပင်လျှင် လိမ်လည်တတ်ကြပါ၏။
12 That our sons [may be] as plants grown up in their youth; [that] our daughters [may be] as corner stones, polished [after] the similitude of a palace:
၁၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏သားများသည်အသက် ပျိုရွယ်ချိန်၌သန်မာကြီးထွားလာသော အပင်ငယ်များကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ပါစေသော။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏သမီးများသည်နန်းတော် ထောင့်များတွင်အလှစိုက်ထူထားသော ခန့်ညားသည့်ကျောက်တိုင်များကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ပါ စေသော။
13 [That] our garners [may be] full, affording all manner of store: [that] our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets:
၁၃ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ကျီများသည်အသီးအနှံ အမျိုးမျိုးဖြင့်ပြည့်လျက်ရှိပါစေသော။ ကွင်းပြင်များရှိသိုးများသည်ထောင်ပေါင်း များစွာသောသိုးငယ်တို့ကိုမွေးဖွားကြ ပါစေသော။
14 [That] our oxen [may be] strong to labour; [that there be] no breaking in, nor going out; that [there be] no complaining in our streets.
၁၄ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏နွားများသည်လည်းဇီးမလျှော၊ မသေမပျောက်ဘဲများစွာတိုးပွားကြပါစေသော။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏လမ်းများသည် ဒုက္ခရောက်သူတို့၏အော်ဟစ်ညည်းတွားသံများနှင့် ကင်းဝေးပါစေသော။
15 Happy [is that] people, that is in such a case: [yea], happy [is that] people, whose God [is] the LORD.
၁၅ဤသို့သောအခြေအနေ၌ရှိသည့်နိုင်ငံသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိပါ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုဘုရားအဖြစ်ကိုးကွယ်သော လူမျိုးသည်မင်္ဂလာရှိပါ၏။
