Zechariah 6
1 And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.
我また目を擧て觀しに四輌の車二の山の間より出きたれりその山は銅の山なり
2 In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses;
第一の車には赤馬を着け第二の車には黒馬を着け
3 And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot greyed and bay horses.
第三の車には白馬を着け第四の車には白點なる強馬を着く
4 Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?
我すなはち我に語ふ天の使に問て我主よ是等は何なるやと言けるに
5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the LORD of all the earth.
天の使こたへて我に言ふ是は四の天風にして全地の主の前より罷り出たる者なり
6 The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the greyed go forth toward the south country.
黒馬は北の地をさして進み行き白馬その後に從ふ又白點馬は南の地をさして進みゆき
7 And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk back and forth through the earth: and he said, Get you behind, walk back and forth through the earth. So they walked back and forth through the earth.
強馬は進み出て地を徧く行めぐらんとす彼汝ら往き地を徧くめぐれと言たまひければ則ち地を行めぐれり
8 Then cried he upon me, and spoke unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
彼われを呼て我に告て言ふ此北の地に往る者等は北の地にて我靈を安んず
9 And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
ヱホバの言われに臨めり曰く
10 Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come you the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah;
汝かの囚虜人の中の者ヘルダイ、トビヤおよびヱダヤより取ことをせよ即ちその日に汝かれらがバビロンより歸りて宿りをるゼパニヤの子ヨシヤの家に到り
11 Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;
金銀を取て冠冕を造りヨザダクの子なる祭司の長ヨシユアの首にこれを冠らせ
12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:
彼に語りて言べし萬軍のヱホバ斯言たまふ視よ人ありその名を枝といふ彼おのれの處より生いでてヱホバの宮を建ん
13 Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
即ち彼者ヱホバの宮を建て尊榮を帶びその位に坐して政事を施しその位にありて祭司とならん此二の者の間に平和の計議あるべし
14 And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the LORD.
偖またその冠冕はヘレム、トビヤ、ユダヤおよびゼパニヤの子ヘンの記念のために之をヱホバの殿に納むべし
15 And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and all of you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if all of you will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God.
遠き處の者等來りてヱホバの殿を建ん而して汝らは萬軍のヱホバの我を遣したまひしなるを知にいたらん汝らもし汝らの神ヱホバの聲に聽したがはば是のごとくなるべし
