Luke 24
1 NOW upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
的第一天，天還很早，婦女們便攜帶預備下的香料，來到墳墓那裏，
2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
見石頭已由墓穴滾開了。
3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
她們進去，不見了主耶穌的遺體。
4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
她們正為此事疑慮的時候，忽然有兩個人，穿著耀目的衣服，站在她們身邊。
5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
她們都害怕，把臉垂在地上，那兩個人對她們說：「妳們為什麼在死人中找活人呢﹖
6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
祂不在這裡了，祂已復活了。們應當記得：祂還在加利肋亞時，怎樣告訴過你們說：
7 Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
「人子必須被於罪人之手，被釘在十字架上，並在第三日復活。」
8 And they remembered his words,
她們遂想起了祂的話，
9 And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.
從墳墓那裏回去，把這一切事報告給那十一門徒及其餘的眾人，
10 It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles.
她們是瑪利亞瑪達肋納及約安納和雅各伯的母親瑪利亞；其餘同她們一起的婦女，也把這些事報告給宗徒。
11 And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.
但婦女們的這些話，在他們看來，好像是無稽之談，不敢相信。
12 Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.
伯多祿起來，跑到墳墓那裏，屈身向裡窺看，只見有殮布，就走了，心裏驚異所發生的事。
13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
就在那一天，他們中，有兩個人往一個村莊去，村名厄瑪烏，離耶路撒冷約六十「斯塔狄。」
14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
他們彼此講論所生的一切事。
15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
正談話討論的時候，耶穌親自走近他們，與他們同行。
16 But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
他們的眼睛卻被阻止往了，以致認不出祂來
17 And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
耶穌對他們說：「你們走路，彼此談論的是些什麼事﹖」他們就站往，面帶愁容。
18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?
一個名叫克羅帕的，回答祂說：「獨有你在耶路撒冷作客，不知道在那裡這幾天所發生的事嗎﹖」
19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:
耶穌問他們說：「什麼事﹖」他們回答說：「就是有關納匝肋人耶穌的事。祂本是一位先知，在天主及眾百姓前，行事說話都權力。
20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.
我們的司祭長及首領竟解送了祂，判了祂死罪，釘祂在十字架上。
21 But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
我們原指望祂就是那要拯救以色列的。可是─此外還有：這些事發生到今天已是第三天了。
22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre;
我們中有幾個婦女驚嚇了我們；她們清早到了墳墓那裏，
23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
沒有看見祂的遺體，回來說她們見了天使顯現，天使說祂復活了。
24 And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.
我們中也有幾個到過墳墓那裏，所遇見的事，如同婦女們所說的一樣，但是沒有看見祂。」
25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
耶穌於是對他們說：「唉! 無知的人哪! 為信先知們所說的一切話，你們的心竟是這般遲鈍!
26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
默西亞不是必須受這些苦難，才進入祂的光榮嗎﹖」
27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
祂於是從梅瑟及眾先知開始，把全部經書論及祂的話，都給他們解釋了。
28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.
當他們臨近了m囡去的村莊時，耶穌裝作還要前行。
29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
他們強留祂說：「請同我們一起住下吧! 因為快到晚上，天已垂暮了。」 耶穌就進去，同他們住下。
30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
當耶穌與他們坐下吃飯的時候，就拿起餅來，祝福了，擘開，遞給他們。
31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
他們的眼睛開了，這才認出耶穌來；但祂卻由他們眼前隱沒了。
32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
他們就彼此說：「當祂在路上與我們談話，給我們講解聖經的時候，我們的心不是火熱的嗎﹖」
33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
他們遂即動身，返回耶路撒冷，遇見那十一門徒及同同他們一起的人，正聚在一起，
34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
彼此討論說：「主真復活了，並顯現給西滿了。」
35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.
二人就把在路上的事，反在分餅時，怎樣認出了耶穌，述說了一遍。
36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
他們正談論這事的時候，耶穌立在他們中間，向他們說：「願你們平安! 」
37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
眾人害怕起來，想是見了鬼神。
38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
耶穌向他們說：「你們為什麼恐懼﹖為什麼心裏起了疑惑﹖
39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
你們看看我的手，我的腳，分明是我自己。你們摸摸我，應該知道：鬼神是沒有肉軀和骨頭的，如同你們看我，卻是有的。」
40 And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
說了這話，就把手和腳伸給他們看。
41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
他們由於歡喜，還是不敢信，只是驚訝；耶穌向他們說：「你們這裏有什麼吃的沒有﹖」
42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
他們便給了祂一塊烤魚。
43 And he took it, and did eat before them.
祂便接過來，當他們面前吃了。
44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
耶穌對他們說：「我以前還同你們在一起的時候，就對你們說過這話：諸凡梅瑟法律、先知並聖詠上指著我所記載的話，都必須應驗。」
45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
耶穌遂開啟他們的明悟，叫他們理解經書；
46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
又向他們說：「經上曾這樣記載：默西亞必須受苦，第三天要從死者中復活；
47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
並且必須從耶路撒冷開始，因祂的名向萬邦宣講悔改，以得罪之赦。
48 And ye are witnesses of these things.
你們就是這些事的見證人。
49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
看，我要把我父所恩許的，遺發到你們身上；至於你們，你們應當留在這城中，直到佩帶上自高天而來的能力。」
50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
耶穌領他們出去，直到伯達尼附近，就舉手降福了他們。
51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
正降福他們的時候，就他們，被提升天去了。
52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
他們叩拜了祂，皆大歡喜地返回了耶路撒冷，
53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
常在聖殿裏稱謝天主。
