Revelation 9

1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven to the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. (Abyssos g12)

ตต: ปรํ สปฺตมทูเตน ตูรฺยฺยำ วาทิตายำ คคนาตฺ ปฺฤถิวฺยำ นิปติต เอกสฺตารโก มยา ทฺฤษฺฏ: , ตไสฺม รสาตลกูปสฺย กุญฺชิกาทายิฯ (Abyssos g12)

2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos g12)

เตน รสาตลกูเป มุกฺเต มหาคฺนิกุณฺฑสฺย ธูม อิว ธูมสฺตสฺมาตฺ กูปาทฺ อุทฺคต: ฯ ตสฺมาตฺ กูปธูมาตฺ สูรฺยฺยากาเศา ติมิราวฺฤเตาฯ (Abyssos g12)

3 And there came out of the smoke locusts on the earth: and to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

ตสฺมาทฺ ธูมาตฺ ปตงฺเคษุ ปฺฤถิวฺยำ นิรฺคเตษุ นรโลกสฺถวฺฤศฺจิกวตฺ พลํ เตโภฺย'ทายิฯ

4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

อปรํ ปฺฤถิวฺยาสฺตฺฤณานิ หริทฺวรฺณศากาทโย วฺฤกฺษาศฺจ ไต รฺน สึหิตวฺยา: กินฺตุ เยษำ ภาเลษฺวีศฺวรสฺย มุทฺรายา องฺโก นาสฺติ เกวลํ เต มานวาไสฺต รฺหึสิตวฺยา อิทํ ต อาทิษฺฏา: ฯ

5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he strikes a man.

ปรนฺตุ เตษำ พธาย นหิ เกวลํ ปญฺจ มาสานฺ ยาวตฺ ยาตนาทานาย เตภฺย: สามรฺถฺยมทายิฯ วฺฤศฺจิเกน ทษฺฏสฺย มานวสฺย ยาทฺฤศี ยาตนา ชายเต ไตรปิ ตาทฺฤศี ยาตนา ปฺรทียเตฯ

6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

ตสฺมินฺ สมเย มานวา มฺฤตฺยุํ มฺฤคยิษฺยนฺเต กินฺตุ ปฺราปฺตุํ น ศกฺษฺยนฺติ, เต ปฺราณานฺ ตฺยกฺตุมฺ อภิลษิษฺยนฺติ กินฺตุ มฺฤตฺยุเสฺตโภฺย ทูรํ ปลายิษฺยเตฯ

7 And the shapes of the locusts were like to horses prepared to battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

เตษำ ปตงฺคานามฺ อากาโร ยุทฺธารฺถํ สุสชฺชิตานามฺ อศฺวานามฺ อาการสฺย ตุลฺย: , เตษำ ศิร: สุ สุวรฺณกิรีฏานีว กิรีฏานิ วิทฺยนฺเต, มุขมณฺฑลานิ จ มานุษิกมุขตุลฺยานิ,

8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

เกศาศฺจ โยษิตำ เกศานำ สทฺฤศา: , ทนฺตาศฺจ สึหทนฺตตุลฺยา: ,

9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

เลาหกวจวตฺ เตษำ กวจานิ สนฺติ, เตษำ ปกฺษาณำ ศพฺโท รณาย ธาวตามศฺวรถานำ สมูหสฺย ศพฺทตุลฺย: ฯ

10 And they had tails like to scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

วฺฤศฺจิกานามิว เตษำ ลางฺคูลานิ สนฺติ, เตษุ ลางฺคูเลษุ กณฺฏกานิ วิทฺยนฺเต, อปรํ ปญฺจ มาสานฺ ยาวตฺ มานวานำ หึสนาย เต สามรฺถฺยปฺราปฺตา: ฯ

11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue has his name Apollyon. (Abyssos g12)

เตษำ ราชา จ รสาตลสฺย ทูตสฺตสฺย นาม อิพฺรียภาษยา อพทฺโทนฺ ยูนานียภาษยา จ อปลฺลุโยนฺ อรฺถโต วินาศก อิติฯ (Abyssos g12)

12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.

ปฺรถม: สนฺตาโป คตวานฺ ปศฺย อิต: ปรมปิ ทฺวาภฺยำ สนฺตาปาภฺยามฺ อุปสฺถาตวฺยํฯ

13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

ตต: ปรํ ษษฺฐทูเตน ตูรฺยฺยำ วาทิตายามฺ อีศฺวรสฺยานฺติเก สฺถิตายา: สุวรฺณเวทฺยาศฺจตุศฺจูฑาต: กสฺยจิทฺ รโว มยาศฺราวิฯ

14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

ส ตูรีธาริณํ ษษฺฐทูตมฺ อวทตฺ, ผราตาเขฺย มหานเท เย จตฺวาโร ทูตา พทฺธา: สนฺติ ตานฺ โมจยฯ

15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.

ตตสฺตทฺทณฺฑสฺย ตทฺทินสฺย ตนฺมาสสฺย ตทฺวตฺสรสฺย จ กฺฤเต นิรูปิตาเสฺต จตฺวาโร ทูตา มานวานำ ตฺฤตียำศสฺย พธารฺถํ โมจิตา: ฯ

16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

อปรมฺ อศฺวาโรหิไสนฺยานำ สํขฺยา มยาศฺราวิ, เต วึศติโกฏย อาสนฺฯ

17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

มยา เย 'ศฺวา อศฺวาโรหิณศฺจ ทฺฤษฺฏาสฺต เอตาทฺฤศา: , เตษำ วหฺนิสฺวรูปาณิ นีลปฺรสฺตรสฺวรูปาณิ คนฺธกสฺวรูปาณิ จ วรฺมฺมาณฺยาสนฺ, วาชินาญฺจ สึหมูรฺทฺธสทฺฤศา มูรฺทฺธาน: , เตษำ มุเขโภฺย วหฺนิธูมคนฺธกา นิรฺคจฺฉนฺติฯ

18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

เอไตสฺตฺริภิ รฺทณฺไฑรรฺถตเสฺตษำ มุเขโภฺย นิรฺคจฺฉทฺภิ รฺวหฺนิธูมคนฺธไก รฺมานุษาณำ ตุตียำโศ 'ฆานิฯ

19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like to serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.

เตษำ วาชินำ พลํ มุเขษุ ลางฺคูเลษุ จ สฺถิตํ, ยตเสฺตษำ ลางฺคูลานิ สรฺปาการาณิ มสฺตกวิศิษฺฏานิ จ ไตเรว เต หึสนฺติฯ

20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

อปรมฺ อวศิษฺฏา เย มานวา ไต รฺทณฺไฑ รฺน หตาเสฺต ยถา ทฺฤษฺฏิศฺรวณคมนศกฺติหีนานฺ สฺวรฺณเราปฺยปิตฺตลปฺรสฺตรกาษฺฐมยานฺ วิคฺรหานฺ ภูตำศฺจ น ปูชยิษฺยนฺติ ตถา สฺวหสฺตานำ กฺริยาภฺย: สฺวมนำสิ น ปราวรฺตฺติตวนฺต:

21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

สฺวพธกุหกวฺยภิจารเจารฺโยฺยโภฺย 'ปิ มนำสิ น ปราวรฺตฺติตวนฺต: ฯ
