Mark 16
1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
Et quand le sabbat fut passé Marie la Magdalène, et Marie mère de Jacques, et Salomé, achetèrent des aromates, afin de venir l'embaumer.
2 And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came to the sepulcher at the rising of the sun.
Et de très grand matin, le premier jour de la semaine, elles viennent au sépulcre, comme le soleil venait de se lever.
3 And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulcher?
Et elles se disaient entre elles: « Qui est-ce qui nous roulera la pierre de devant l'entrée du sépulcre? »
4 And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.
Et ayant levé les yeux, elles voient que la pierre avait été roulée; car elle était très grande.
5 And entering into the sepulcher, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.
Et étant arrivées au sépulcre, elles voient un jeune homme assis sur la droite, vêtu d'une robe blanche, et elles furent dans l'épouvante.
6 And he says to them, Be not affrighted: You seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
Mais il leur dit: « Ne vous épouvantez point; vous cherchez Jésus le Nazarénien qui a été crucifié; il est ressuscité, il n'est pas ici; voici la place où ils l'avaient mis.
7 But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goes before you into Galilee: there shall you see him, as he said to you.
Mais allez, dites à ses disciples et à Pierre: « Il vous devance en Galilée; c'est là que vous le verrez, comme il vous l'a dit. »
8 And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulcher; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid.
Et étant sorties, elles s'enfuirent du sépulcre, car la terreur et l'effroi les avaient saisies. Et elles ne dirent rien à personne, car elles avaient peur.
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.

10 And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
Celle-ci s'en alla en informer ceux qui, ayant été avec lui, se trouvaient dans le deuil et les larmes.
11 And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.
Et ceux-ci, en entendant dire qu'il vivait et qu'il avait été vu par elles, furent incrédules.
12 After that he appeared in another form to two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.
Mais après cela il se manifesta sous une autre forme à deux d'entre eux qui étaient en marche pour se rendre aux champs;
13 And they went and told it to the residue: neither believed they them.
et ceux-ci s'en allèrent en informer les autres, mais ils ne crurent pas non plus ceux-ci.
14 Afterward he appeared to the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
Mais enfin il se manifesta aux onze eux-mêmes pendant qu'ils étaient à table, et il leur fit honte de leur incrédulité et de leur dureté de cœur, pour n'avoir pas cru ceux qui l'avaient contemplé ressuscité des morts;
15 And he said to them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
et il leur dit: « Allez dans le monde entier prêcher l'évangile à toute la création;
16 He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned.
celui qui aura cru et qui aura été baptisé sera sauvé; mais celui qui n'aura pas cru sera condamné.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Or voici les signes qui accompagneront ceux qui auront cru: en mon nom ils chasseront les démons; ils parleront en langues nouvelles;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
ils prendront des serpents; lors même qu'ils boiraient quelque breuvage mortel, il ne leur nuira certainement pas; ils imposeront les mains aux malades, et ils guériront. »
19 So then after the Lord had spoken to them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
Ainsi donc, tandis que le Seigneur, après leur avoir parlé, fut enlevé dans le ciel et s'assit à la droite de Dieu,
20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
