Revelation 22
1 And hee shewed me a pure riuer of water of life, cleare as crystall, proceeding out of the throne of God, and of the Lambe.
Me mostró un río de agua de vida, claro como el cristal, que salía del trono de Dios y del Cordero,
2 In the middes of the street of it, and of either side of ye riuer, was the tree of life, which bare twelue maner of fruits, and gaue fruit euery moneth: and the leaues of the tree serued to heale the nations with.
en medio de su calle. A este lado del río y a aquel otro estaba el árbol de la vida, que daba doce clases de frutos y daba su fruto cada mes. Las hojas del árbol eran para la curación de las naciones.
3 And there shalbe no more curse, but ye throne of God and of the Lambe shall be in it, and his seruants shall serue him.
Ya no habrá más maldición. El trono de Dios y del Cordero estará en ella, y sus servidores le servirán.
4 And they shall see his face, and his Name shalbe in their foreheads.
Verán su rostro, y su nombre estará en sus frentes.
5 And there shalbe no night there, and they neede no candle, neither light of the sunne: for the Lord God giueth them light, and they shall reigne for euermore. (aiōn g165)
No habrá noche, y no necesitarán luz de lámpara ni luz de sol, porque el Señor Dios los iluminará. Reinarán por los siglos de los siglos. (aiōn g165)
6 And he said vnto me, These wordes are faithfull and true: and the Lord God of the holy Prophets sent his Angell to shewe vnto his seruants the things which must shortly be fulfilled.
Me dijo: “Estas palabras son fieles y verdaderas. El Señor Dios de los espíritus de los profetas ha enviado a su ángel para mostrar a sus siervos las cosas que han de suceder pronto.”
7 Beholde, I come shortly. Blessed is hee that keepeth the woordes of the prophecie of this booke.
“¡He aquí que vengo pronto! Bienaventurado el que guarde las palabras de la profecía de este libro”.
8 And I am Iohn, which sawe and heard these thinges: and when I had heard and seene, I fell downe to worship before the feete of the Angell which shewed me these things.
Yo, Juan, soy el que oyó y vio estas cosas. Cuando oí y vi, me postré para adorar a los pies del ángel que me había mostrado estas cosas.
9 But he sayde vnto me, See thou doe it not: for I am thy fellowe seruaunt, and of thy brethren the Prophets, and of them which keepe the woordes of this booke: worship God.
Él me dijo: “¡No debes hacer eso! Soy consiervo tuyo y de tus hermanos, los profetas, y de los que guardan las palabras de este libro. Adora a Dios”.
10 And he said vnto me, Seale not the wordes of the prophecie of this booke: for the time is at hand.
Me dijo: “No selles las palabras de la profecía de este libro, porque el tiempo está cerca.
11 He that is vniust, let him be vniust stil and he which is filthie, let him be filthie still: and hee that is righteous, let him be righteous stil: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
El que actúe injustamente, que siga actuando injustamente. El que es sucio, que siga siendo sucio. El que es justo, que siga haciendo justicia. El que es santo, que siga siendo santo”.
12 And beholde, I come shortly, and my reward is with mee, to giue euery man according as his worke shall be.
“¡Mira que vengo pronto! Mi recompensa está conmigo, para pagar a cada uno según su trabajo.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el Primero y el Último, el Principio y el Fin.
14 Blessed are they, that doe his commandements, that their right may be in the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the Citie.
Bienaventurados los que cumplen sus mandamientos, para que tengan derecho al árbol de la vida y entren por las puertas en la ciudad.
15 For without shall be dogs and inchanters, and whoremongers, and murtherers, and idolaters, and whosoeuer loueth or maketh lies.
Fuera quedan los perros, los hechiceros, los inmorales, los asesinos, los idólatras y todos los que aman y practican la mentira.
16 I Iesus haue sent mine Angell, to testifie vnto you these things in the Churches: I am the root and the generation of Dauid, and the bright morning starre.
Yo, Jesús, he enviado a mi ángel para que os dé testimonio de estas cosas para las asambleas. Yo soy la raíz y el vástago de David, la Estrella Brillante y Matutina”.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth, say, Come: and let him that is a thirst, come: and let whosoeuer will, take of the water of life freely.
El Espíritu y la novia dicen: “¡Ven!” El que oye, que diga: “¡Ven!” El que tenga sed, que venga. El que quiera, que tome gratuitamente el agua de la vida.
18 For I protest vnto euery man that heareth the words of the prophecie of this booke, If any man shall adde vnto these things, God shall adde vnto him the plagues, that are written in this booke:
Yo testifico a todo el que oiga las palabras de la profecía de este libro: si alguno añade a ellas, Dios le añadirá las plagas que están escritas en este libro.
19 And if any man shall diminish of the wordes of the booke of this prophecie, God shall take away his part out of the Booke of life, and out of the holie citie, and from those things which are written in this booke.
Si alguien quita las palabras del libro de esta profecía, Dios le quitará su parte del árbol de la vida y de la ciudad santa, que están escritas en este libro.
20 He which testifieth these things, saith, Surely, I come quickly. Amen. Euen so, come Lord Iesus.
El que da testimonio de estas cosas dice: “Sí, vengo pronto”. ¡Amén! ¡Sí, ven, Señor Jesús!
21 The grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with you all, AMEN.
La gracia del Señor Jesucristo sea con todos los santos. Amén.
