Revelation 22
1 And hee shewed me a pure riuer of water of life, cleare as crystall, proceeding out of the throne of God, and of the Lambe.
Y me mostró un río de agua de vida, claro como cristal, que sale del trono de Dios y del Cordero.
2 In the middes of the street of it, and of either side of ye riuer, was the tree of life, which bare twelue maner of fruits, and gaue fruit euery moneth: and the leaues of the tree serued to heale the nations with.
En medio de su plaza, y a ambos lados del río hay árboles de vida, que dan doce cosechas, produciendo su fruto cada mes; y las hojas de los árboles sirven para sanidad de las naciones.
3 And there shalbe no more curse, but ye throne of God and of the Lambe shall be in it, and his seruants shall serue him.
Ya no habrá maldición ninguna. El trono de Dios y del Cordero estará en ella, y sus siervos lo adorarán,
4 And they shall see his face, and his Name shalbe in their foreheads.
y verán su rostro: y el Nombre de Él estará en sus frentes.
5 And there shalbe no night there, and they neede no candle, neither light of the sunne: for the Lord God giueth them light, and they shall reigne for euermore. (aiōn g165)
Y no habrá más noche; ni necesitan luz de lámpara, ni luz de sol, porque el Señor Dios lucirá sobre ellos, y reinarán por los siglos de los siglos. (aiōn g165)
6 And he said vnto me, These wordes are faithfull and true: and the Lord God of the holy Prophets sent his Angell to shewe vnto his seruants the things which must shortly be fulfilled.
Y me dijo: “Estas palabras son seguras y fieles; y el Señor, el Dios de los espíritus de los profetas, ha enviado su ángel para mostrar a sus siervos las cosas que han de verificarse en breve.
7 Beholde, I come shortly. Blessed is hee that keepeth the woordes of the prophecie of this booke.
Y mirad que vengo pronto. Bienaventurado el que guarda las palabras de la profecía de este libro”.
8 And I am Iohn, which sawe and heard these thinges: and when I had heard and seene, I fell downe to worship before the feete of the Angell which shewed me these things.
Yo, Juan, soy el que he oído y visto estas cosas. Y cuando las oí y vi, me postré ante los pies del ángel que me las mostraba, para adorarlo.
9 But he sayde vnto me, See thou doe it not: for I am thy fellowe seruaunt, and of thy brethren the Prophets, and of them which keepe the woordes of this booke: worship God.
Mas él me dijo: “Guárdate de hacerlo, porque yo soy consiervo tuyo y de tus hermanos los profetas, y de los que guardan las palabras de este libro. A Dios adora”.
10 And he said vnto me, Seale not the wordes of the prophecie of this booke: for the time is at hand.
Y díjome: “No selles las palabras de la profecía de este libro, pues el tiempo está cerca.
11 He that is vniust, let him be vniust stil and he which is filthie, let him be filthie still: and hee that is righteous, let him be righteous stil: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
El inicuo siga en su iniquidad, y el sucio ensúciese más; el justo obre más justicia, y el santo santifíquese más.
12 And beholde, I come shortly, and my reward is with mee, to giue euery man according as his worke shall be.
He aquí que vengo presto, y mi galardón viene conmigo para recompensar a cada uno según su obra.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Yo soy el Alfa y la Omega, el primero y el último, el principio y el fin.
14 Blessed are they, that doe his commandements, that their right may be in the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the Citie.
Dichosos los que lavan sus vestiduras para tener derecho al árbol de la vida y a entrar en la ciudad por las puertas.
15 For without shall be dogs and inchanters, and whoremongers, and murtherers, and idolaters, and whosoeuer loueth or maketh lies.
¡Fuera los perros, los hechiceros, los fornicarios, los homicidas, los idólatras y todo el que ama y obra mentira!
16 I Iesus haue sent mine Angell, to testifie vnto you these things in the Churches: I am the root and the generation of Dauid, and the bright morning starre.
Yo Jesús envié a mi ángel a daros testimonio de estas cosas sobre las Iglesias. Yo soy la raíz y el linaje de David, la estrella esplendorosa y matutina”.
17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth, say, Come: and let him that is a thirst, come: and let whosoeuer will, take of the water of life freely.
Y el Espíritu y la novia dicen: “Ven”. Diga también quien escucha: “Ven”. Y el que tenga sed venga; y el que quiera, tome gratis del agua de la vida.
18 For I protest vnto euery man that heareth the words of the prophecie of this booke, If any man shall adde vnto these things, God shall adde vnto him the plagues, that are written in this booke:
Yo advierto a todo el que oye las palabras de la profecía de este libro: Si alguien añade a estas cosas, le añadirá Dios las plagas escritas en este libro;
19 And if any man shall diminish of the wordes of the booke of this prophecie, God shall take away his part out of the Booke of life, and out of the holie citie, and from those things which are written in this booke.
y si alguien quita de las palabras del libro de esta profecía, le quitará Dios su parte del árbol de la vida y de la ciudad santa, que están descritos en este libro.
20 He which testifieth these things, saith, Surely, I come quickly. Amen. Euen so, come Lord Iesus.
El que da testimonio de esto dice: “Sí, vengo pronto”. ¡Así sea: ven, Señor Jesús!
21 The grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with you all, AMEN.
La gracia del Señor Jesús sea con todos los santos. Amén.
