Psalms 45

1 To him that excelleth on Shoshannim a song of love to give instruction, committed to the sonnes of Korah. Mine heart will vtter forth a good matter: I wil intreat in my workes of the King: my tongue is as the pen of a swift writer.

সংগীত পরিচালকের জন্য। কোরহ বংশের সন্তানদের মস্কীল। সুর: “লিলিফুলের গান।” বিবাহ সংগীত। যখন আমি রাজার কাছে শ্লোক পাঠ করি সুন্দর বাক্য আমার হৃদয়কে আলোড়িত করে; আমার জিভ সুদক্ষ লেখকের কলমের মতো।

2 Thou art fayrer then the children of men: grace is powred in thy lips, because God hath blessed thee for euer.

তুমি পুরুষের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে সুদর্শন, মঙ্গলময় বাক্য তোমার মুখ থেকে নির্গত হয়, কেননা ঈশ্বর নিজেই তোমাকে চিরকালের জন্য আশীর্বাদ করেছেন।

3 Gird thy sword vpon thy thigh, O most mightie, to wit, thy worship and thy glory,

হে বলশালী যোদ্ধা, তোমার তরোয়াল বেঁধে নাও; প্রভা ও মহিমায় নিজেকে সজ্জিত করো।

4 And prosper with thy glory: ride vpon the worde of trueth and of meekenes and of righteousnes: so thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.

সত্য, নম্রতা ও ন্যায়পরায়ণতা প্রতিষ্ঠা করে নিজস্ব মহিমায় জয়লাভের দিকে অগ্রসর হও; তোমার ডান হাত ভয়াবহ ক্রিয়াকলাপ করুক।

5 Thine arrowes are sharpe to pearce the heart of the Kings enemies: therefore the people shall fall vnder thee.

তোমার ধারালো সব তির রাজার শত্রুদের হৃদয় বিদ্ধ করুক; আর সমস্ত জাতি তোমার পায়ের তলায় পতিত হোক।

6 Thy throne, O God, is for euer and euer: the scepter of thy kingdome is a scepter of righteousnesse.

হে ঈশ্বর, তোমার সিংহাসন, অনন্তকালস্থায়ী; ধার্মিকতার রাজদণ্ড হবে তোমার রাজ্যের রাজদণ্ড।

7 Thou louest righteousnes, and hatest wickednesse, because God, euen thy God hath anoynted thee with the oyle of gladnes aboue thy fellowes.

তুমি ধার্মিকতা ভালোবাসো আর অধর্মকে ঘৃণা করে আসছ; সেই কারণে ঈশ্বর, তোমার ঈশ্বর, আনন্দের তেল দিয়ে অভিষিক্ত করে, তোমাকে তোমার সহচরদের ঊর্ধ্বে স্থাপন করেছেন।

8 All thy garments smelll of myrrhe and aloes, and cassia, when thou commest out of the yuorie palaces, where they haue made thee glad.

গন্ধরস, অগুরু আর দারুচিনি তোমার সমস্ত রাজবস্ত্রকে গন্ধময় করে; আর হাতির দাঁতের রাজপ্রাসাদে তারের সুরযন্ত্র তোমাকে আনন্দিত করে।

9 Kings daugthers were among thine honorable wiues: vpon thy right hand did stand the Queene in a vesture of golde of Ophir.

তোমার সম্মানিত মহিলাদের মধ্যে রাজকন্যারা আছে; তোমার ডানদিকে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে রাজবধূ, ওফীরের সোনায় সজ্জিত।

10 Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine eare: forget also thine owne people and thy fathers house.

হে কন্যা, শোনো, আমার কথায় কর্ণপাত করো: তোমার স্বজাতি ও তোমার বাবার বংশ ভুলে যাও।

11 So shall the King haue pleasure in thy beautie: for he is thy Lord, and reuerence thou him.

তোমার সৌন্দর্যতায় রাজা মুগ্ধ হোক; তাঁর সমাদর করো, কেননা তিনি তোমার প্রভু।

12 And the daughter of Tyrus with the rich of the people shall doe homage before thy face with presents.

সোরের নগরী এক উপহার নিয়ে আসবে, ধনী লোকেরা তোমার অনুগ্রহ প্রার্থনা করবে।

13 The Kings daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of broydred golde.

রাজকন্যা, তার কক্ষে সম্পূর্ণরূপে অপূর্ব তার পোশাক সোনায় খচিত।

14 She shalbe brought vnto the King in raiment of needle worke: the virgins that follow after her, and her companions shall be brought vnto thee.

অলংকৃত পোশাকে তাকে রাজার কাছে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে; তার কুমারী সঙ্গিনীরা, যাদের তার সঙ্গে থাকার জন্য আনা হয়েছে, রাজকন্যাকে অনুসরণ করবে।

15 With ioy and gladnes shall they be brought, and shall enter into the Kings palace.

আনন্দ ও উল্লাসে অগ্রসর হয়ে, তারা রাজপ্রাসাদে প্রবেশ করবে।

16 In steade of thy fathers shall thy children be: thou shalt make them princes through all the earth.

তোমার সন্তানেরা তোমার বাবাদের স্থান নেবে; তুমি তাদের সমস্ত দেশের অধিপতি করবে।

17 I will make thy Name to be remembred through all generations: therefore shall the people giue thanks vnto thee world without ende.

আমি তোমার স্মৃতি বংশপরম্পরায় চিরস্থায়ী করব; সেইজন্য জাতিরা যুগে যুগে তোমার প্রশংসা করবে।
