Psalms 102

1 A prayer of the afflicted, when he shall be in distresse, and pour forth his meditation before the Lord. O Lord, heare my prayer, and let my crye come vnto thee.

၁ဆင်းရဲ သောသူသည် ညှိုးငယ် သောစိတ်နှင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ညည်းတွား မြည်တမ်း၍ပြုသောပဌနာ။ အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ပဌနာ ကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် ခြင်းအသံ သည် ရှေ့ တော်သို့ ရောက် ပါစေသော။

2 Hide not thy face from me in the time of my trouble: incline thine eares vnto me: when I call, make haste to heare me.

၂ဘေး ရောက်သည်ကာလ ၌ မျက်နှာ တော်ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မှ လွှဲ တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ခေါ် သောအခါ နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။ အလျင် အမြန်ထူး တော်မူပါ။

3 For my dayes are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burnt like an herthe.

၃အကြောင်း မူကား၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ နေ့ရက် ကာလ သည် မီးခိုး ကဲ့သို့ ကုန် တတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အရိုး တို့ သည် မီး ချေးကဲ့သို့ ကျွမ်း ကြပါ၏။

4 Mine heart is smitten and withereth like grasse, because I forgate to eate my bread.

၄အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှလုံး သည် မြက်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ အထိ အခိုက်ခံရ၍ ၊ ညှိုးနွမ်း လျက် ရှိပါ၏။ အစာ စား ခြင်း ကိစ္စကို ပင် မေ့လျော့ တတ်ပါ၏။

5 For the voyce of my groning my bones doe cleaue to my skinne.

၅ကိုယ် ညည်းတွား ခြင်း အသံ ကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ အရိုး တို့သည် အရေ ၌ ကပ် လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။

6 I am like a pelicane of the wildernesse: I am like an owle of the deserts.

၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် လွင်ပြင် ၌ နေသော ဝံပို ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ တော ၌နေသောဇိကွက် ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ် ပါ၏။

7 I watch and am as a sparrowe alone vpon the house top.

၇အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အိမ်မိုး ပေါ် မှာ တ ကောင်တည်း နေရသော ငှက် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ် ၍ စောင့် လျက်နေရပါ၏။

8 Mine enemies reuile me dayly, and they that rage against me, haue sworne against me.

၈အကျွန်ုပ် ရန်သူ တို့သည် တ နေ့လုံးကဲ့ရဲ့ ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် တဘက်၌ စော်ကား သောသူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပုံခိုင်း၍ ကျိန်ဆို တတ်ကြပါ၏။

9 Surely I haue eaten asshes as bread, and mingled my drinke with weeping,

၉စိတ် တော်မပြေ၊ အမျက် ထွက်တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြာ ကိုမုန့် ကဲ့သို့ စား ရပါ၏။ သောက် သောအခါလည်း ၊ မျက်ရည် ရော ၍သောက်ရပါ၏။

10 Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast heaued me vp, and cast me downe.

၁၀ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုချီးမြှောက် ပြီးမှ အောက်သို့ချ တော်မူပြီ။

11 My dayes are like a shadowe that fadeth, and I am withered like grasse.

၁၁အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နေ့ရက် တို့သည် ရှည်လျား သော အရိပ် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မြက်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ညှိုးနွမ်း ပါ၏။

12 But thou, O Lord, doest remaine for euer, and thy remembrance from generation to generation.

၁၂အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် နိစ္စ ထာဝရ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ နာမ တော်သည် ကာလ အစဉ်အဆက် တည် ပါ၏။

13 Thou wilt arise and haue mercy vpon Zion: for the time to haue mercie thereon, for the appointed time is come.

၁၃ထ တော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို သနား တော်မူပါ။ ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို ကယ် မသနားရသောအချိန် ၊ ချိန်းချက် တော်မူ သောအချိန်ရောက် ပါပြီ။

14 For thy seruants delite in the stones thereof, and haue pitie on the dust thereof.

၁၄ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် တို့သည် ထိုမြို့ ၏ ကျောက်ခဲ တို့ကိုပင် နှစ်သက် ၍ ၊ သူ ၏မြေမှုန့် ကိုပင် စုံမက် ကြပါ၏။

15 Then the heathen shall feare the Name of the Lord, and all the Kings of the earth thy glory,

၁၅တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်ကို၎င်း ၊ လောကီ ရှင် ဘုရင်အပေါင်း တို့သည် ဘုန်း တော်ကို၎င်း ကြောက်ရွံ ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

16 When the Lord shall build vp Zion, and shall appeare in his glory,

၁၆ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဇိအုန် မြို့ကို တည်ထောင် ၍၊ ဘုန်း တော်နှင့်တကွ ထင်ရှား တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

17 And shall turne vnto the prayer of the desolate, and not despise their prayer.

၁၇ကိုးကွယ် ရာ မဲ့ သောသူတို့ ဆုတောင်းခြင်း အကြောင်း ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် မ ပြု၊ သူ တို့၏ ပဌနာ ကို မှတ် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

18 This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people, which shalbe created, shall prayse the Lord.

၁၈ထို အကြောင်းအရာကို နောက် ဖြစ်လတံ့သော လူမျိုး အဘို့ ရေးမှတ် ရမည်။ ပြုပြင် တော်မူလတံ့သော လူ တို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလိမ့်မည်။

19 For he hath looked downe from the height of his Sanctuarie: out of the heauen did the Lord beholde the earth,

၁၉ချုပ်ထား သောသူ၏ ညည်းတွား သံကို နားထောင် ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ သေ ရမည့် သူ တို့ကို လွှတ် ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊

20 That he might heare the mourning of the prisoner, and deliuer the children of death:

၂၀အတိုင်းတိုင်း အပြည်ပြည်သော လူမျိုး တို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ဝတ် ကိုပြုလျက်စုဝေး ကြသောအခါ၊

21 That they may declare the Name of the Lord in Zion, and his prayse in Ierusalem,

၂၁ဇိအုန် တောင်ပေါ် ၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမ တော်နှင့် ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ထင်ရှား စေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊

22 When the people shalbe gathered together, and the kingdomes to serue the Lord.

၂၂သန့်ရှင်း ရာ ဌာနတော်အထွဋ် က ငုံ့ ကြည့်တော်မူ၍၊ ကောင်းကင် ပေါ်က ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မြေကြီး ကို ရှုမှတ် တော်မူ၏။

23 He abated my strength in the way, and shortened my dayes.

၂၃လမ်း ခရီး၌ ငါ ၏အစွမ်း ကို လျော့ စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ငါ ၏နေ့ရက် ကာလကို တို စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း ပြုတော်မူသောအခါ၊

24 And I sayd, O my God, take me not away in the middes of my dayes: thy yeeres endure from generation to generation.

၂၄ငါလျှောက် သော အချက်ဟူမူကား၊ အို အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အသက် ပျို စဉ် ပင် ပယ်ရှင်း တော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ နှစ် တို့သည် ကာလ အစဉ် အဆက်မြဲကြပါ၏။

25 Thou hast aforetime layde the foundation of the earth, and the heauens are the worke of thine hands.

၂၅ကိုယ်တော်သည် ရှေ့ဦးစွာ ၌ မြေကြီး ကို တည် တော်မူပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် သည်လည်း လက် တော်နှင့် ဖန်ဆင်း သောအရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။

26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: euen they all shall waxe olde as doeth a garment: as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed.

၂၆ထို အရာတို့သည် ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အမြဲတည် တော်မူ၏။ ထို အရာ ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် အဝတ် ကဲ့သို့ ဟောင်းနွမ်း ခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဝတ်လုံ ကိုလဲ သကဲ့သို့ လဲတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ပြောင်းလဲ ခြင်းရှိကြသော်လည်း၊

27 But thou art the same, and thy yeeres shall not fayle.

၂၇ကိုယ်တော် သည် ပြောင်းလဲ တော်မမူပါ။ အသက် တော်လည်း မ ကုန် မဆုံးရပါ။

28 The children of thy seruants shall continue, and their seede shall stand fast in thy sight.

၂၈ကိုယ်တော် ကျွန် တို့၏သား မြေးတို့သည် တည် ၍ ၊ အမျိုးအနွယ် သည်လည်း ရှေ့ တော်၌ မြဲမြံ ပါလိမ့်မည်။
