Numbers 2

1 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, and to Aaron, saying,

L'Éternel parla aussi à Moïse et à Aaron, en disant:

2 Euery man of the children of Israel shall campe by his standerd, and vnder the ensigne of their fathers house: farre off about the Tabernacle of the Congregation shall they pitch.

Les enfants d'Israël camperont chacun sous sa bannière, près des enseignes des maisons de leurs pères; ils camperont vis-à-vis et tout autour du tabernacle d'assignation.

3 On the East side towarde the rising of the sunne, shall they of the standerd of the hoste of Iudah pitch according to their armies: and Nahshon the sonne of Amminadab shalbe captaine of the sonnes of Iudah.

Ceux qui camperont en avant, vers l'Orient, ce sera la bannière du camp de Juda, selon ses armées, et le chef des enfants de Juda, Nahasshon, fils d'Amminadab,

4 And his hoste and the nomber of the were seuentie and foure thousande and sixe hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: soixante-quatorze mille six cents.

5 Next vnto him shall they of the tribe of Issachar pitch, and Nethaneel the sonne of Zuar shalbe the captaine of the sonnes of Issachar:

Et la tribu d'Issacar campera auprès de lui; et le chef des enfants d'Issacar, Nathanaël, fils de Tsuar,

6 And his hoste, and the nomber thereof were foure and fiftie thousand, and foure hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: cinquante-quatre mille quatre cents.

7 Then the tribe of Zebulun, and Eliab the sonne of Helon, captaine ouer the sonnes of Zebulun:

Puis la tribu de Zabulon, et le chef des enfants de Zabulon, Eliab, fils de Hélon,

8 And his hoste, and the nomber thereof seuen and fiftie thousand and foure hundreth:

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: cinquante-sept mille quatre cents.

9 The whole nomber of the hoste of Iudah are an hundreth fourescore and sixe thousande, and foure hundreth according to their armies: they shall first set foorth.

Tous les hommes dénombrés pour le camp de Juda sont cent quatre-vingt-six mille quatre cents, selon leurs armées. Ils partiront les premiers.

10 On the South side shalbe ye standerd of the host of Reuben according to their armies, and the captaine ouer the sonnes of Reuben shalbe Elizur the sonne of Shedeur.

La bannière du camp de Ruben, selon ses armées, sera vers le Midi, avec le chef des enfants de Ruben, Elitsur, fils de Shedéur,

11 And his host, and the nomber thereof sixe and fourty thousand and fiue hundreth.

Et son armée, et ses dénombrés: quarante-six mille cinq cents.

12 And by him shall the tribe of Simeon pitch, and the captaiue ouer the sonnes of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the sonne of Zurishaddai:

Et la tribu de Siméon campera auprès de lui, et le chef des enfants de Siméon, Shelumiel, fils de Tsurishaddaï,

13 And his hoste, and the nomber of them, nine and fiftie thousand and three hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: cinquante-neuf mille trois cents.

14 And the tribe of Gad, and the captaine ouer the sonnes of Gad shall be Eliasaph the sonne of Deuel:

Puis la tribu de Gad, et le chef des enfants de Gad, Eliasaph, fils de Réhuel,

15 And his host and the nomber of the were fiue and fourtye thousande, sixe hundreth and fiftie.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: quarante-cinq mille six cent cinquante.

16 All the nomber of the campe of Reuben were an hundreth and one and fiftie thousande, and foure hundreth and fiftie according to their armies, and they shall set foorth in the seconde place.

Tous les hommes dénombrés pour le camp de Ruben sont cent cinquante et un mille quatre cent cinquante, selon leurs armées. Ils partiront les seconds.

17 Then the Tabernacle of the Congregation shall goe with the host of the Leuites, in the mids of the campe as they haue pitched, so shall they goe forwarde, euery man in his order according to their standerds.

Ensuite partira le tabernacle d'assignation, le camp des Lévites, au milieu des autres camps; ils partiront, comme ils auront campé, chacun à son rang, selon leurs bannières.

18 The standerd of the campe of Ephraim shalbe toward the west according to their armies: and ye captaine ouer the sonnes of Ephraim shall be Elishama the sonne of Ammihud:

La bannière du camp d'Éphraïm, selon ses armées, sera vers l'Occident, avec le chef des enfants d'Éphraïm, Elishama, fils d'Ammihud,

19 And his host and the nomber of the were fortie thousand and fiue hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: quarante mille cinq cents.

20 And by him shalbe the tribe of Manasseh, and the captaine ouer the sonnes of Manasseh shalbe Gamliel the sonne of Pedahzur:

Et auprès de lui, la tribu de Manassé, et le chef des enfants de Manassé, Gamaliel, fils de Pedahtsur,

21 And his hoste and the nomber of them were two and thirtie thousand and two hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: trente-deux mille deux cents.

22 And the tribe of Beniamin, and ye captaine ouer the sonnes of Beniamin shalbe Abidan the sonne of Gideoni:

Puis la tribu de Benjamin, et le chef des enfants de Benjamin, Abidan, fils de Guideoni,

23 And his host, and the nomber of the were fiue and thirtie thousand and foure hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: trente-cinq mille quatre cents.

24 All the nomber of the campe of Ephraim were an hundreth and eight thousande and one hundreth according to their armies, and they shall go in the third place.

Tous les hommes dénombrés pour le camp d'Éphraïm sont cent huit mille et cent, selon leurs armées. Ils partiront les troisièmes.

25 The standerd of the host of Dan shalbe toward the North according to their armies: and the captaine ouer the children of Dan shall be Ahiezer the sonne of Ammishaddai:

La bannière du camp de Dan sera vers le Nord, selon ses armées, avec le chef des enfants de Dan, Ahiézer, fils d'Ammishaddaï,

26 And his host and the number of them were two and threescore thousand and seue hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: soixante-deux mille sept cents.

27 And by him shall the tribe of Asher pitch, and the captaine ouer the sonnes of Asher shalbe Pagiel the sonne of Ocran.

Et la tribu d'Asser campera auprès de lui, et le chef des enfants d'Asser, Paguiel, fils d'Ocran,

28 And his host and the nomber of them were one and fourtie thousand and fiue hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: quarante et un mille cinq cents.

29 Then the tribe of Naphtali, and the captaine ouer the children of Naphtali shall be Ahira the sonne of Enan:

Puis la tribu de Nephthali, et le chef des enfants de Nephthali, Ahira, fils d'Enan,

30 And his host and the nomber of them were three and fiftie thousand and foure hundreth.

Et son armée, ses dénombrés: cinquante-trois mille quatre cents.

31 All the nomber of the host of Dan was an hundreth and seuen and fiftie thousand and sixe hundreth: they shall goe hinmost with their standerdes.

Tous les hommes dénombrés pour le camp de Dan sont cent cinquante-sept mille six cents. Ils partiront les derniers, selon leurs bannières.

32 These are the summes of the childre of Israel by ye houses of their fathers, all the nomber of ye host, according to their armies, six hundreth and three thousand, fiue hundreth and fiftie.

Ce sont là ceux des enfants d'Israël, dont on fit le dénombrement, selon les maisons de leurs pères. Tous les hommes dénombrés, formant les camps, selon leurs armées, furent six cent trois mille cinq cent cinquante.

33 But the Leuites were not nombred among the children of Israel, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Mais les Lévites ne furent point dénombrés au milieu des enfants d'Israël, d'après l'ordre que l'Éternel avait donné à Moïse.

34 And the children of Israel did according to all that the Lord had commanded Moses: so they pitched according to their standards, and so they iourneyed euery one with his families, according to the houses of their fathers.

Et les enfants d'Israël firent selon tout ce que l'Éternel avait commandé à Moïse; ils campèrent ainsi, selon leurs bannières, et partirent ainsi, chacun selon sa famille, selon la maison de ses pères.
