Luke 17
1 Then said he to his disciples, It can not be auoided, but that offences will come, but wo be to him by whome they come.
ಯೇಸು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ: “ಜನರಿಗೆ ಪಾಪದ ಶೋಧನೆಗಳು ಬಂದೇ ಬರುತ್ತವೆ, ಆದರೆ ಅವು ಯಾರಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತವೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಷ್ಟ.
2 It is better for him that a great milstone were hanged about his necke, and that he were cast into ye sea, then that he should offende one of these litle ones.
ಅಂಥವರು ಈ ಚಿಕ್ಕವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅವರ ಕೊರಳಿಗೆ ಬೀಸುವ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ನೇತುಹಾಕಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದೊಳಗೆ ಬಿಸಾಡುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿರುವುದು.
3 Take heede to your selues: if thy brother trespasse against thee, rebuke him: and if hee repent, forgiue him.
ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದಿರಿ. “ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ಅಥವಾ ಸಹೋದರಿ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸು; ಅವರು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟರೆ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸು.
4 And though he sinne against thee seuen times in a day, and seuen times in a day turne againe to thee, saying, It repenteth mee, thou shalt forgiue him.
ಅವರು ಒಂದು ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ಸಾರಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ, ಏಳು ಸಾರಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, ‘ನಾನು ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ನೀನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಬೇಕು,” ಎಂದರು.
5 And the Apostles saide vnto the Lord, Increase our faith.
ಆಗ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರು ಕರ್ತದೇವರಿಗೆ, “ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿರಿ,” ಎಂದರು.
6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith, as much as is a graine of mustard seede, and should say vnto this mulberie tree, Plucke thy selfe vp by the rootes, and plant thy selfe in the sea, it should euen obey you.
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು, “ಸಾಸಿವೆ ಕಾಳಿನಷ್ಟು ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನಿಮಗಿರುವುದಾದರೆ, ನೀವು ಈ ಅತ್ತಿಮರಕ್ಕೆ, ‘ನೀನು ಬೇರುಸಹಿತ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಟಿಕೋ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಾದರೆ ಅದು ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯವಾಗುವುದು.
7 Who is it also of you, that hauing a seruant plowing or feeding cattell, woulde say vnto him by and by, when hee were come from the fielde, Goe, and sit downe at table?
“ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಿಗಾದರೂ ಒಬ್ಬ ಕೆಲಸದವನಿರಲಾಗಿ, ಅವನು ಹೊಲದ ಕೆಲಸ ಅಥವಾ ಕುರಿ ಮೇಯಿಸಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಕೆಲಸದವನಿಗೆ, ‘ಬಾ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೋ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದುಂಟೇ?
8 And woulde not rather say to him, Dresse wherewith I may suppe, and girde thy selfe, and serue mee, till I haue eaten and drunken, and afterward eate thou, and drinke thou?
ಹಾಗೆ ಹೇಳದೆ, ‘ನೀನು ಊಟ ತಯಾರುಮಾಡಿ, ನೀನೂ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿ, ನಾನು ತಿಂದು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ತನಕ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡು; ಆಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಊಟಮಾಡು,’ ಎಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವಿರಲ್ಲವೇ?
9 Doeth he thanke that seruant, because hee did that which was commanded vnto him? I trowe not.
ತನಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಕೆಲಸದವನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಜಮಾನನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವನೋ?
10 So likewise yee, when yee haue done all those things, which are commanded you, say, We are vnprofitable seruants: wee haue done that which was our duetie to doe.
ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ, ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀವು ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೇಲೆ, ‘ನಾವು ಅಯೋಗ್ಯರಾದ ಆಳುಗಳಷ್ಟೇ, ನಾವು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿರಿ,’” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
11 And so it was when he went to Hierusalem, that he passed through the middes of Samaria, and Galile.
ಯೇಸು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಸಮಾರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಪ್ರಾಂತಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಿದರು.
12 And as hee entred into a certaine towne, there met him tenne men that were lepers, which stoode a farre off.
ಯೇಸು ಒಂದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗಿಗಳು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು,
13 And they lift vp their voyces and saide, Iesus, Master, haue mercie on vs.
“ಯೇಸುವೇ, ಗುರುವೇ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರುಣಿಸು!” ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಧ್ವನಿಯೆತ್ತಿ ಕೂಗಿದರು.
14 And when he saw them, he said vnto them, Goe, shewe your selues vnto the Priestes. And it came to passe, that as they went, they were clensed.
ಯೇಸು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ, “ಹೋಗಿ, ಯಾಜಕರಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ,” ಎಂದರು. ಅವರು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾದರು.
15 Then one of them, when hee sawe that hee, was healed, turned backe, and with a loude voyce praised God,
ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು, ತಾನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ಮಹಾಶಬ್ದದಿಂದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದು,
16 And fell downe on his face at his feete, and gaue him thankes: and he was a Samaritan.
ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಪಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದನು. ಅವನೋ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.
17 And Iesus answered, and said, Are there not tenne clensed? but where are the nine?
ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾದರಲ್ಲವೆ? ಉಳಿದ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿ?
18 There is none founde that returned to giue God praise, saue this stranger.
ದೇವರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ವಿದೇಶಿಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಯಾರೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ?”
19 And he saide vnto him, Arise, goe thy way, thy faith hath saued thee.
ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಎದ್ದು ಹೋಗು; ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿದೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
20 And when hee was demaunded of the Pharises, when the kingdome of God shoulde come, he answered them, and said, The kingdome of God commeth not with obseruation.
ಒಂದು ದಿನ, ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಯಾವಾಗ ಬರುವುದೆಂದು ಫರಿಸಾಯರು ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಯೇಸು, “ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ,
21 Neither shall men say, Loe here, or lo there: for behold, the kingdome of God is within you.
‘ಇಗೋ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ,’ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ‘ಅಗೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿದೆ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಡುವೆ ಇದೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
22 And he saide vnto the disciples, The dayes will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the dayes of the Sonne of man, and ye shall not see it.
ಯೇಸು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ, “ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನನ್ನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬೇಕೆಂದು ನೀವು ಬಯಸುವ ಕಾಲ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ, ಆದರೂ ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
23 Then they shall say to you, Behold here, or beholde there: but goe not thither, neither follow them.
ಜನರು ನಿಮಗೆ, ‘ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ!’ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ, ‘ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಓಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
24 For as the lightening that lighteneth out of the one part vnder heauen, shineth vnto the other part vnder heauen, so shall the Sonne of man be in his day.
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಮಿಂಚು ಆಕಾಶದ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಂಚಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೊಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆಯೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನಾನು ಬರುವ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.
25 But first must he suffer many things, and be reprooued of this generation.
ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಮೊದಲು ಅನೇಕ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ಈ ಸಂತತಿಯವರಿಂದ ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಹೊಂದುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
26 And as it was in the dayes of Noe, so shall it be in the dayes of the Sonne of man.
“ನೋಹನ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಇದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ, ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನನ್ನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವುದು.
27 They ate, they dranke, they married wiues, and gaue in marriage vnto the day that Noe went into the Arke: and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
ನೋಹನು ನಾವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ ದಿನದವರೆಗೂ ಅವರು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಾ, ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾ, ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ, ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ಜಲಪ್ರಳಯವು ಬಂದು ನಾವೆಯ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಇದ್ದವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿತು.
28 Likewise also, as it was in the dayes of Lot: they ate, they dranke, they bought, they solde, they planted, they built.
“ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಲೋಟನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇತ್ತು. ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಮಾರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ನೆಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
29 But in the day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heauen, and destroyed them all.
ಆದರೆ ಲೋಟನು ಸೊದೋಮಿನಿಂದ ತೆರಳಿದ ದಿನವೇ ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿಯೂ ಗಂಧಕವೂ ಸುರಿದು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡಿತು.
30 After these ensamples shall it be in the day when the Sonne of man is reueiled.
“ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುವುದು.
31 At that day hee that is vpon the house, and his stuffe in ye house, let him not come downe to take it out: and he that is in the fielde likewise, let him not turne backe to that he left behinde.
ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಯ ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದವನು, ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿದು ಬರಬಾರದು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಬರಬಾರದು.
32 Remember Lots wife.
ಲೋಟನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ!
33 Whosoeuer will seeke to saue his soule, shall loose it: and whosoeuer shall loose it, shall get it life.
ಯಾರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವರೋ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು ಮತ್ತು ಯಾರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರೋ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.
34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two in one bed: the one shalbe receiued, and the other shalbe left.
ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದೇ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವರು; ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
35 Two women shalbe grinding together: the one shalbe taken, and the other shalbe left.
ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹೆಂಗಸರು ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾಳುಬೀಸುತ್ತಿರುವರು; ಒಬ್ಬಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
36 Two shalbe in the fielde: one shalbe receiued, and another shalbe left.
ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿರುವರು. ಒಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಬಿಡಲಾಗುವುದು, ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
37 And they answered, and saide to him, Where, Lord? And he said vnto them, Wheresoeuer the body is, thither shall also the eagles bee gathered together.
ಅವರು ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ, “ಕರ್ತದೇವರೇ, ಇದು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವುದು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಹೆಣ ಎಲ್ಲಿದೆಯೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹದ್ದುಗಳು ಬಂದು ಸೇರುತ್ತವೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
