< Leviticus 27 >

1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Pǝrwǝrdigar Musaƣa sɵz ⱪilip mundaⱪ dedi: —
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
Sǝn Israillarƣa mundaⱪ degin: — Əgǝr birsi pǝwⱪul’addǝ bir ⱪǝsǝm ⱪilip mǝlum kixining jenini Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atiƣan bolsa, undaⱪta xu kixigǝ sǝn bekitkǝn jenining ⱪimmitining nǝrhi tɵwǝndikidǝk bolidu;
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
Yexi yigirmǝ bilǝn atmixning ariliⱪida bolƣan ǝr kixi bolsa, sǝn tohtitidiƣan ⱪimmiti muⱪǝddǝs jaydiki xǝkǝlning ɵlqǝm birliki boyiqǝ bolsun; uning ⱪimmiti ǝllik xǝkǝl kümüxkǝ tohtitilsun.
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
Ayal kixi bolsa, aranglarda tohtitilƣan ⱪimmiti ottuz xǝkǝl bolsun.
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Əgǝr yexi bǝx bilǝn yigirmining ariliⱪida bolsa, ǝrkǝk üqün tohtitilidiƣan ⱪimmiti yigirmǝ xǝkǝl bolup, ayal kixi üqün on xǝkǝl bolsun.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
Əgǝr yexi bir ay bilǝn bǝx yaxning ariliⱪida bolsa, tohtitilidiƣan ⱪimmiti oƣul bala üqün bǝx xǝkǝl, ⱪiz bala üqün üq xǝkǝl kümüx bolsun.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Əgǝr atmix ya uningdin qongraⱪ yaxtiki kixi bolsa, tohtitilidiƣan ⱪimmiti ǝr kixi üqün on bǝx xǝkǝl, hotun kixi üqün on xǝkǝl bolsun.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
Əgǝr birsi tohtitilƣan ⱪimmitini tɵlǝxkǝ ⱪurbi yǝtmisǝ, u ɵzini kaⱨinning aldida tǝⱪ ⱪilsun; kaⱨin uning ⱪimmitini bekitsun. Kaⱨin ⱪǝsǝm ⱪilƣuqining ǝⱨwaliƣa ⱪarap uning ⱪimmitini tohtitip bǝrsun.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
Əgǝr birsi [ⱪǝsǝm ⱪilip] Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa ⱪurbanliⱪ boluxⱪa layiⱪ bolidiƣan bir ⱨaywanni uningƣa atiƣan bolsa, undaⱪta xundaⱪ ⱨaywanlar Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap mutlǝⱪ muⱪǝddǝs sanalsun;
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
ⱨaywan naqar bolsa uning orniƣa yahxini yaki yahxining orniƣa naqirini tegixixkǝ yaki orniƣa baxⱪisini almaxturuxⱪa ⱨǝrgiz bolmaydu. Mubada atiƣuqi u ⱨaywanning orniƣa yǝnǝ bir ⱨaywanni yǝnggüxlimǝkqi bolsa, Awwalⱪisi bilǝn orniƣa ǝkǝlginining ⱨǝr ikkisi muⱪǝddǝs sanalsun.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
Əgǝr ⱨaywan Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atalƣan ⱪurbanliⱪⱪa layiⱪ bolmaydiƣan bir «napak» ⱨaywan bolsa, undaⱪta u ⱨaywanni kaⱨinning aldiƣa elip kǝlsun;
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
andin kaⱨin ɵzi uning yahxi-yamanliⱪiƣa ⱪarap ⱪimmitini tohtatsun; kaⱨin ⱪimmitini ⱪanqǝ tohtatⱪan bolsa xundaⱪ bolsun.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
Əgǝr igisi pul tɵlǝp ⱨaywanni ⱪayturuwlmaⱪqi bolsa, tohtitilƣan ⱪimmitigǝ yǝnǝ uning bǝxtin birini ⱪoxup bǝrsun.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
Əgǝr birsi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa muⱪǝddǝs bolsun dǝp ɵyini uningƣa atap muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilsa, kaⱨin uning yahxi-yamanliⱪiƣa ⱪarap ⱪimmitini tohtatsun; kaⱨin uning ⱪimmitini ⱪanqǝ tohtatⱪan bolsa, xu ⱪimmiti inawǝtlik bolidu.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
Keyin ǝgǝr ɵyni atiƣuqi kixi uni ⱪayturuwalmaⱪqi bolsa, u tohtitilƣan ⱪimmitigǝ uning bǝxtin birini ⱪoxup bǝrsun; andin ɵy yǝnǝ uning bolidu.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
Əgǝr birsi ɵz mal-mülki bolƣan etizliⱪning bir ⱪismini Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilsa, ⱪimmiti uningƣa ⱪanqilik uruⱪ terilidiƣanliⱪiƣa ⱪarap tohtitilsun; bir homir arpa uruⱪi ketidiƣan yǝr bolsa, ⱪimmiti ǝllik xǝkǝl kümüxkǝ tohtitilsun.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
Əgǝr birsi «azadliⱪ yili»din tartip ɵz etizliⱪini muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilsa, sǝn ⱪanqǝ tohtatsang xu bolsun.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
Lekin ǝgǝr birsi «azadliⱪ yili»din keyin ɵz etizliⱪini muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilƣan bolsa, kaⱨin kelidiƣan azadliⱪ yiliƣiqǝ ⱪanqilik yillar ⱪalƣanliⱪini ⱨesablap ⱪimmitini tohtatsun. Ɵtüp kǝtkǝn yillarƣa ⱪarap toluⱪ baⱨadin muwapiⱪ pul kemǝytilsun.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
Əgǝr birsi ɵz etizliⱪini muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilƣandin keyin pul tɵlǝp uni ⱪayturuwalmaⱪqi bolsa, u sǝn tohtatⱪan ⱪimmitigǝ yǝnǝ uning bǝxtin birini ⱪoxup bǝrsun; xuning bilǝn etizliⱪ uning ɵz ⱪoliƣa ⱪaytidu.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
Əgǝr u pul berip etizliⱪni ⱪayturuwalmiƣan bolsa yaki baxⱪa birsigǝ setip bǝrgǝn bolsa, keyin xu etizliⱪni ⱪayturuwelixⱪa bolmaydu,
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
Bǝlki azadliⱪ yili kǝlgǝndǝ etizliⱪ «igisigǝ ⱪayturulidiƣanda» u mutlǝⱪ beƣixlanƣan yǝrgǝ ohxax, Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilinip, miras ⱨoⱪuⱪi kaⱨinƣa ɵtidu.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
Əgǝr birsi setiwalƣan ǝmma ɵz mirasi bolmiƣan bir parqǝ yǝr-etizni Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atap muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilƣan bolsa,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
kaⱨin azadliⱪ yiliƣiqǝ ⱪalƣan yilni ⱨesablap, ⱪimmitini tohtatsun. Andin u küni xu kixi tohtitilƣan ⱪimmitini Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilƣan nǝrsǝ süpitidǝ kǝltürsun.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
Lekin azadliⱪ yili kǝlgǝndǝ, etizliⱪ kimdin elinƣan bolsa, xu kixigǝ, yǝni ǝslidiki igisigǝ ⱪayturup berilsun.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
Sǝn tohtitidiƣan barliⱪ ⱪimmǝtlǝr bolsa ⱨǝmixǝ muⱪǝddǝs jaydiki xǝkǝlning ɵlqǝm birliki boqiqǝ ⱨesablansun; bir xǝkǝl yigirmǝ gǝraⱨⱪa barawǝr bolidu.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
Lekin qarpayning tunji balisi tunji bala bolƣanliⱪi sǝwǝbidin ǝslidinla Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atilidiƣan bolƣaqⱪa, kala bolsun, ⱪoy-ɵqkǝ bolsun ⱨeqkim uni «Hudaƣa atap» muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilmisun; qünki u ǝslidǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarning idi.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
Əgǝr u napak bir ⱨaywandin tuƣulƣan bolsa, igisi sǝn tohtatⱪan ⱪimmǝtkǝ yǝnǝ uning bǝxtin birini ⱪoxup berip, andin ɵzigǝ ⱪayturuwalsun; lekin ǝgǝr igisi uni ɵzigǝ ⱪayturuwalmaymǝn desǝ, bu ⱨaywan sǝn tohtatⱪan ⱪimmǝtkǝ setilsun.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
Əgǝr birsi Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa ɵz melidin, adǝm bolsun, ⱨaywan bolsun yaki miras yeri bolsun, Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa mutlǝⱪ atiƣan bolsa, undaⱪ nǝrsǝ ⱨǝrgiz setilmisun yaki bǝdǝl tɵlǝx bilǝnmu ⱪayturulmisun. Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa mutlǝⱪ atalƣan ⱨǝrnǝrsǝ bolsa «ǝng muⱪǝddǝslǝrning biri» ⱨesablinip, uningƣa has bolidu.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
Əgǝr bir adǝm Hudaƣa mutlǝⱪ has atalƣan bolsa, undaⱪta uning üqün bǝdǝl berilip, ⱪayturuwelinixⱪa ⱨǝrgiz bolmaydu; u qoⱪum ɵltürülüxi kerǝk.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
Yǝr-zemindin qiⱪⱪan ⱨǝmmǝ ⱨosulning ondin biri bolƣan ɵxrǝ bolsa, yǝrning danliⱪ ziraǝtliri bolsun yaki dǝrǝhlǝrning mewisi bolsun, Pǝrwǝrdigarningki bolidu; u Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilinƣandur.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
Birsi ɵz ɵxriliridin mǝlum birnǝrsini bǝdǝl berip ⱪayturuwalmaⱪqi bolsa, u xuningƣa yǝnǝ uning ⱪimmitining bǝxtin birini ⱪoxup berip, ⱪayturuwalsun.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
Kala yaki ⱪoy-ɵqkǝ padisidin elinidiƣan ɵxrǝ bolsa padiqining tayiⱪi astidin ɵtküzülgǝn ⱨaywanlardin ⱨǝr oninqisi bolsun; Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa atilip muⱪǝddǝs ⱪilinƣini xu bolsun.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
Ⱨeqkim uning yahxi-yamanliⱪiƣa ⱪarimisun wǝ yaki uni almaxturmisun; ǝgǝr uni almaxturimǝn desǝ, Awwalⱪisi bilǝn orniƣa almaxturulƣan ⱨǝr ikkisi muⱪǝddǝs sanalsun; u ⱨǝrgiz bǝdǝl tɵlüp ⱪayturuwelinmisun.
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
Pǝrwǝrdigar Sinay teƣida Musaƣa tapilƣan, Israillarƣa tapxurux kerǝk bolƣan ǝmrlǝr mana xular idi.
