Leviticus 27
1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Potem PAN powiedział do Mojżesza:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
Przemów do synów Izraela i powiedz im: Jeśli ktoś złoży PANU szczególny ślub, [da okup] według twojego oszacowania.
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
A [takie] będzie twoje oszacowanie: Za mężczyznę w wieku od dwudziestu do sześćdziesięciu lat będzie wynosiło pięćdziesiąt syklów srebra według sykla świątynnego.
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
A jeśli to jest kobieta, twoje oszacowanie będzie wynosiło trzydzieści syklów;
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
A jeśli to będzie ktoś w wieku od pięciu do dwudziestu lat, wtedy twoje oszacowanie za osobę płci męskiej będzie wynosiło dwadzieścia syklów, a za osobę płci żeńskiej – dziesięć syklów.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
A jeśli to jest dziecko w wieku od [jednego] miesiąca do pięciu lat, wtedy twoje oszacowanie za chłopca będzie wynosiło pięć syklów srebra, a za dziewczynkę twoje oszacowanie będzie wynosiło trzy sykle srebra.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
A jeśli to jest ktoś w wieku od sześćdziesięciu lat wzwyż, jeśli to jest mężczyzna, wtedy twoje szacowanie będzie wynosiło piętnaście syklów, a za kobietę – dziesięć syklów.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
Lecz jeśli jest tak ubogi, że nie może zapłacić twego oszacowania, wtedy postawią go przed kapłanem i kapłan go oszacuje. Według możności tego, który ślubował, oszacuje go kapłan.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
Jeśli to, co będzie PANU składane w ofierze, jest ze zwierząt, to wszystko z tego, które będzie oddane PANU, będzie święte;
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
Nie zamieni go ani nie zastąpi go czym innym, ani lepszego gorszym, ani gorszego lepszym. Jeśli jednak nawet zastąpi zwierzę innym zwierzęciem, to ono i to, czym [zostało] zastąpione, będzie święte.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
A jeśli to będzie nieczyste zwierzę, którego nie składa się PANU w ofierze, wtedy stawi to zwierzę przed kapłanem;
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
I kapłan je oszacuje, według tego, czy [jest] dobre, czy marne. Jak ty, kapłanie, je oszacujesz, tak będzie.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
A jeśli zechce je wykupić, to doda jedną piątą do twojego oszacowania.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
Jeśli ktoś poświęci swój dom, żeby był święty dla PANA, wtedy kapłan oszacuje go według tego, czy jest dobry, czy marny. Jak kapłan go oszacuje, tak zostanie.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
A jeśli ten, który poświęcił, zechce wykupić swój dom, to doda jedną piątą wartości twego oszacowania i [dom] będzie jego.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
Jeśli ktoś poświęci PANU część pola swojej posiadłości, wtedy twoje oszacowanie będzie według ilości wysianego ziarna; chomer jęczmienia odpowiada pięćdziesięciu syklom srebra.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
Jeśli poświęcił swoje pole do roku jubileuszowego, to zostanie według twego oszacowania.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
Ale jeśli poświęcił swoje pole po roku jubileuszowym, wtedy kapłan obliczy mu pieniądze według lat, które zostają do roku jubileuszowego, i zostanie to odjęte od twego szacowania.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
A jeśli ten, który poświęcił pole, zechce je wykupić, to doda jedną piątą wartości twego oszacowania i [pole] będzie jego.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
Ale jeśli nie wykupi pola, lecz będzie ono sprzedane komuś innemu, nie może być już wykupione.
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
I to pole, gdy stanie się wolne w roku jubileuszowym, będzie święte dla PANA jako pole poświęcone; stanie się posiadłością kapłana.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
A jeśli ktoś poświęca PANU kupione pole, które nie należy do pól jego posiadłości;
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
Wówczas kapłan obliczy mu wysokość oszacowania aż do roku jubileuszowego i on tego samego dnia odda [sumę] twego szacowania jako rzecz świętą PANU.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
A w roku jubileuszowym pole wróci do tego, od którego zostało kupione, do którego posiadłość tej ziemi należy.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
A każde twoje oszacowanie będzie według sykla świątynnego. Jeden sykl będzie wynosił dwadzieścia ger.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
Jednak pierworodnego ze zwierząt, które jako pierworodne należą do PANA, nikt nie poświęci, czy to wołu, czy owcy; należy do PANA.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
A jeśli będzie ze zwierząt nieczystych, to wykupi je według twego oszacowania i doda do tego jedną piątą; a jeśli nie zostanie wykupione, niech zostanie sprzedane według twego oszacowania.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
Natomiast każda rzecz poświęcona, którą kto poświęca PANU ze wszystkiego, co ma – czy to z ludzi, czy ze zwierząt, czy z pola swojej posiadłości – nie będzie sprzedawana ani wykupiona, bo wszelka rzecz poświęcona jest najświętsza dla PANA.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
To, co poświęcone, które będzie poświęcone przez człowieka, nie będzie odkupione, [ale] poniesie śmierć.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
Wszelka dziesięcina ziemi – czy to z nasienia ziemi, czy z owocu drzewa – należy do PANA. Jest ona poświęcona PANU.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
Ale jeśli ktoś zechce wykupić [część] swoich dziesięcin, doda do nich jedną piątą.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
Także wszelka dziesięcina z bydła i z trzody, ze wszystkiego, co przechodzi pod laską [pasterską], każde dziesiąte będzie poświęcone PANU.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
[Nikt] nie będzie przebierał między dobrym a marnym ani nie będzie go zamieniać; a jeśli je nawet zamieni, to ono i to, na co [zostało] zamienione, będzie święte. Nie można tego wykupić.
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
To są przykazania, które PAN rozkazał Mojżeszowi dla synów Izraela na górze Synaj.
