Leviticus 27
1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
೧ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
೨“ನೀನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸು, ‘ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ದೇವರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನೀವು ಅವನಿಂದ ಕೊಡಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಈಡು ಹೀಗಿರಬೇಕು.
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
೩ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಅರುವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದ ವರೆಗಿನ ವಯಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳ ಪುರುಷನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ, ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಐವತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
೪ಅದೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಮೂವತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
೫ಐದು ವರ್ಷದ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ವರೆಗೆ ಪುರುಷನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
೬ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಮೊದಲುಗೊಂಡು ಐದು ವರ್ಷದ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಹುಡುಗನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಐದು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು, ಹುಡುಗಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಮೂರು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
೭ಅರವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿದ ಪುರುಷನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹದಿನೈದು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
೮ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಬಡವನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾರದೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಅವನು ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಾಜಕನು ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿದವನ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗತಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಅವನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದ ಹಣ ಇಷ್ಟೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
೯“‘ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಪಶುವನ್ನು ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದ್ದಾದರೆ ಅದು ದೇವರ ಸೊತ್ತಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
೧೦ಅದನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು, ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನೂ, ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಬೇರೊಂದನ್ನೂ ಕೊಡಬಾರದು. ಅವನು ಗೊತ್ತುಮಾಡಿದ ಪಶುವಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಬೇರೊಂದು ಪಶುವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ, ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಪಶುವೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟ ಪಶುವೂ ಎರಡೂ ಯೆಹೋವನದಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
೧೧ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಪಶುವು ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
೧೨ಅದು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೋ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದೋ ಎಂದು ಯಾಜಕನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ಬೆಲೆ ಇಷ್ಟೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು; ಯಾಜಕನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿದ ಬೆಲೆಯೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾದದ್ದು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರುವುದು.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
೧೩ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿದವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದರ ಕ್ರಯದೊಡನೆ ಐದನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
೧೪“‘ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದರೆ, ಯಾಜಕನು ಅದು ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಮನೆಯೋ ಅಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು; ಯಾಜಕನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿದ ಬೆಲೆ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುವುದು.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
೧೫ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿದವನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದರ ಕ್ರಯದೊಡನೆ ಐದನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು; ಆಗ ಆ ಮನೆ ಅವನದಾಗುವುದು.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
೧೬“‘ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಪಿತ್ರಾರ್ಜಿತ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟು ಬೀಜವನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ಓಮೆರ್ ಜವೆಗೋದಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತಬಹುದಾದ ಹೊಲವು ಐವತ್ತು ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯ ಬೆಲೆ ಬಾಳುವುದು.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
೧೭ಅವನು ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದಿಂದ ಆ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದರೆ ಈ ಕ್ರಯ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರುವುದು.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
೧೮ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ತರುವಾಯ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಮುಂದಣ ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅದರ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
೧೯ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿದವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಅದರ ಕ್ರಯದೊಡನೆ ಐದನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು; ಆಗ ಆ ಹೊಲ ಅವನದಾಗಿರುವುದು.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
೨೦ತಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಮಾರಿದರೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
೨೧ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವ ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಹೊಲವು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದ ಹೊಲದಂತೆ ಆತನ ಸೊತ್ತಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರಬೇಕು; ಅದು ಯಾಜಕರ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
೨೨“‘ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಕ್ರಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಪಿತ್ರಾರ್ಜಿತ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಸೇರದಿರುವ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದರೆ,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
೨೩ಯಾಜಕನು ಮುಂದಣ ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ತನಕ ಇರುವ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಅದರ ಬೆಲೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದವನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾದದ್ದೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ಅದೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕು.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
೨೪ಜೂಬಿಲಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಹೊಲವು ಮಾರಿದವನಿಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಯಾರ ಪಿತ್ರಾರ್ಜಿತ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದೆಯೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪುನಃ ಬರಬೇಕು.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
೨೫ದೇವರ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೂಕವು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಶೆಕೆಲ್ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಗೇರಾ ತೂಕವು ಒಂದು ಶೆಕೆಲಿಗೆ ಸಮವಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
೨೬“‘ಶುದ್ಧ ಪಶುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಯೆಹೋವನದಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಹರಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬಾರದು; ಹೋರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಆಡು ಅಥವಾ ಕುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸೊತ್ತೇ.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
೨೭ಅಶುದ್ಧ ಪಶುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಮರಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾದರೆ ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿದವನು ನಿರ್ಣಯವಾದ ಬೆಲೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಐದನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಅವನು ಬಿಡಿಸದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕ್ರಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರಬೇಕು.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
೨೮“‘ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಪಶುಪ್ರಾಣಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಪಿತ್ರಾರ್ಜಿತ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಯಾವ ಷರತ್ತೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೋವನದಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹರಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ, ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾರಲೂ ಬಾರದು, ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲೂ ಬಾರದು. ಕೇವಲ ಯೆಹೋವನದಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವಂಥದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರಬೇಕು.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
೨೯ಕೇವಲ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಸೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಜಾತಿಯಾದರೆ ಬಿಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗದು; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮರಣವೇ ಆಗಬೇಕು.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
೩೦“‘ಹೊಲದ ಬೆಳೆಯಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ತೋಟದ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದುಂಟಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಪಾಲು ಯೆಹೋವನದಾಗಿರಬೇಕು, ಅದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾದದ್ದು.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
೩೧ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತಾನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದ ಹತ್ತನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಪಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಷ್ಟರೊಡನೆ ಐದನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
೩೨ದನಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಹಿಂಡಿನ ಆಡು ಅಥವಾ ಕುರಿಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಕುರುಬನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಶುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹತ್ತನೆಯದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
೩೩ಆ ಪಶುವು ಒಳ್ಳೇದೋ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದೋ ಎಂದು ನೋಡಬಾರದು; ಅದನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು. ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾದರೆ ಅವನು ಮೊದಲು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಿದ್ದೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟದ್ದೂ ಎರಡೂ ಯೆಹೋವನದಾಗಿರಬೇಕು; ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ’” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
೩೪ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳು ಇವೇ.
