Leviticus 27
1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
TUHAN berfirman kepada Musa:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
"Berbicaralah kepada orang Israel dan katakan kepada mereka: Apabila seorang mengucapkan nazar khusus kepada TUHAN mengenai orang menurut penilaian yang berlaku untuk itu,
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
maka tentang nilai bagi orang laki-laki dari yang berumur dua puluh tahun sampai yang berumur enam puluh tahun, nilai itu harus lima puluh syikal perak, ditimbang menurut syikal kudus.
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
Tetapi jikalau itu seorang perempuan, maka nilai itu harus tiga puluh syikal.
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Jikalau itu mengenai seorang dari yang berumur lima tahun sampai yang berumur dua puluh tahun, maka bagi laki-laki nilai itu harus dua puluh syikal dan bagi perempuan sepuluh syikal.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
Jikalau itu mengenai seorang dari yang berumur satu bulan sampai yang berumur lima tahun, maka bagi laki-laki nilai itu harus lima syikal perak, dan bagi perempuan tiga syikal perak.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Jikalau itu mengenai seorang yang berumur enam puluh tahun atau lebih, jikalau itu mengenai laki-laki, maka nilai itu harus lima belas syikal dan bagi perempuan sepuluh syikal.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
Tetapi jikalau orang itu terlalu miskin untuk membayar nilai itu, maka haruslah dihadapkannya orang yang dinazarkannya itu kepada imam, dan imam harus menilainya; sesuai dengan kemampuan orang yang bernazar itu imam harus menentukan nilainya.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
Jikalau itu termasuk hewan yang boleh dipersembahkan sebagai persembahan kepada TUHAN, maka apapun dari pada hewan itu yang dipersembahkan orang itu kepada TUHAN haruslah kudus.
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
Janganlah ia menggantinya dan janganlah ia menukarnya, yang baik dengan yang buruk atau yang buruk dengan yang baik. Tetapi jikalau ia menukar juga seekor hewan dengan seekor hewan lain, maka baik hewan itu maupun tukarnya haruslah kudus.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
Jikalau itu barang seekor dari antara hewan haram yang tidak boleh dipersembahkan sebagai persembahan kepada TUHAN, maka hewan itu harus dihadapkannya kepada imam,
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
dan imam harus menetapkan nilainya menurut baik atau buruknya, dan seperti penilaian imam demikianlah jadinya.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
Dan jikalau orang itu mau menebusnya juga, ia harus menambahkan seperlima kepada nilai itu.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
Apabila seorang menguduskan rumahnya sebagai persembahan kudus bagi TUHAN, maka imam harus menetapkan nilainya menurut baik atau buruknya, dan seperti nilai yang ditetapkan imam demikianlah harus dipegang teguh.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
Tetapi jikalau orang yang menguduskan itu mau menebus rumahnya, maka ia harus menambah harganya dengan seperlima dari uang nilainya dan rumah itu menjadi kepunyaannya pula.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
Jikalau seseorang menguduskan sebagian dari ladang miliknya bagi TUHAN, maka nilainya haruslah sesuai dengan taburannya, yakni sehomer taburan benih jelai berharga lima puluh syikal perak.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
Jikalau ia menguduskan ladangnya mulai dari tahun Yobel, maka nilainya haruslah dipegang teguh.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
Tetapi jikalau ia menguduskan ladangnya sesudah tahun Yobel, maka imam harus menghitung harganya bagi orang itu sesuai dengan tahun-tahun yang masih tinggal sampai kepada tahun Yobel, dan harga itu harus dikurangkan dari nilainya.
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
Dan jikalau orang yang menguduskannya benar-benar mau menebus ladang itu, maka ia harus menambah harganya dengan seperlima dari uang nilainya dan ladang itu tetap dimilikinya.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
Tetapi jikalau ia tidak menebus ladang itu, malahan ladang itu telah dijualnya kepada orang lain, maka tidak dapat ditebus lagi.
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
Tetapi pada waktu bebas dalam tahun Yobel, ladang itu haruslah kudus bagi TUHAN, sama seperti ladang yang dikhususkan bagi TUHAN. Imamlah yang harus memilikinya.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
Dan jikalau ia menguduskan bagi TUHAN ladang yang telah dibelinya dan yang tidak termasuk ladang miliknya dahulu,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
maka imam harus menghitung baginya harga nilainya sampai kepada tahun Yobel dan orang itu haruslah mempersembahkan nilai itu pada hari itu juga sebagai persembahan kudus bagi TUHAN.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
Dalam tahun Yobel ladang itu harus dipulangkan kepada orang yang menjualnya kepadanya, yakni kepada orang yang mula-mula memiliki tanah itu.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
Dan segala nilai harus menurut syikal kudus, syikal itu harus dua puluh gera beratnya.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
Akan tetapi anak sulung, yang sebagai anak sulung menjadi hak TUHAN dari antara hewan, tidak boleh dikuduskan oleh siapapun, baik seekor lembu maupun seekor kambing atau domba, itu milik TUHAN.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
Tetapi jikalau itu dari antara hewan yang haram, maka haruslah orang menebusnya menurut nilainya dengan menambah seperlima dan jikalau tidak ditebus, haruslah dijual menurut nilainya.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
Akan tetapi segala yang sudah dikhususkan oleh seseorang bagi TUHAN dari segala miliknya, baik manusia atau hewan, maupun ladang miliknya, tidak boleh dijual dan tidak boleh ditebus, karena segala yang dikhususkan adalah maha kudus bagi TUHAN.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
Setiap orang yang dikhususkan, yang harus ditumpas di antara manusia, tidak boleh ditebus, pastilah ia dihukum mati.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
Demikian juga segala persembahan persepuluhan dari tanah, baik dari hasil benih di tanah maupun dari buah pohon-pohonan, adalah milik TUHAN; itulah persembahan kudus bagi TUHAN.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
Tetapi jikalau seseorang mau menebus juga sebagian dari persembahan persepuluhannya itu, maka ia harus menambah seperlima.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
Mengenai segala persembahan persepuluhan dari lembu sapi atau kambing domba, maka dari segala yang lewat dari bawah tongkat gembala waktu dihitung, setiap yang kesepuluh harus menjadi persembahan kudus bagi TUHAN.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
Janganlah dipilih-pilih mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk, dan janganlah ditukar; jikalau orang menukarnya juga, maka baik hewan itu maupun tukarnya haruslah kudus dan tidak boleh ditebus."
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
Itulah perintah-perintah yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepada Musa di gunung Sinai untuk disampaikan kepada orang Israel.
