Leviticus 27
1 Moreouer the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, If any man shall make a vowe of a person vnto the Lord, by thy estimation,
Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich zu ihnen: Wenn jemand dem HERRN ein besonder Gelübde tut, daß er seinen Leib schätzet,
3 Then thy estimation shall bee thus: a male from twentie yeere olde vnto sixty yeere olde shalbe by thy estimation euen fifty shekels of siluer, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
so soll das die Schätzung sein: Ein Mannsbild, zwanzig Jahre alt, bis ins sechzigste Jahr, sollst du schätzen auf fünfzig silberne Sekel nach dem Sekel des Heiligtums;
4 But if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirtie shekels.
ein Weibsbild auf dreißig Sekel.
5 And from fiue yere old to twentie yere olde thy valuation shall be for the male twentie shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Von fünf Jahren bis auf zwanzig Jahre sollst du ihn schätzen auf zwanzig Sekel, wenn's ein Mannsbild ist; ein Weibsbild aber auf zehn Sekel.
6 But from a moneth old vnto fiue yere old, thy price of the male shall bee fiue shekels of siluer, and thy price of the female, three shekels of siluer.
Von einem Monden an bis auf fünf Jahre sollst du ihn schätzen auf fünf silberne Sekel, wenn's ein Mannsbild ist; ein Weibsbild aber auf drei silberne Sekel.
7 And from sixty yeere olde and aboue, if he be a male, then thy price shalbe fifteene shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
Ist er aber sechzig Jahre alt und drüber, so sollst du ihn schätzen auf fünfzehn Sekel, wenn's ein Mannsbild ist; ein Weibsbild aber auf zehn Sekel.
8 But if he be poorer then thou hast esteemed him, then shall hee present himselfe before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the abilitie of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
Ist er aber zu arm zu solcher Schätzung, so soll er sich vor den Priester stellen, und der Priester soll ihn schätzen; er soll ihn aber schätzen, nachdem seine Hand, des, der gelobet hat, erwerben kann.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering vnto the Lord, all that one giueth of such vnto the Lord, shalbe holy.
Ist's aber ein Vieh, das man dem HERRN opfern kann: alles, was man des dem HERRN gibt, ist heilig.
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a badde, nor a badde for a good: and if hee change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be holy.
Man soll's nicht wechseln noch wandeln, ein gutes um ein böses, oder ein böses um ein gutes. Wird's aber jemand wechseln; ein Vieh um das andere, so sollen sie beide dem HERRN heilig sein.
11 And if it be any vncleane beast, of which men do not offer a sacrifice vnto the Lord, hee shall then present the beast before the Priest.
Ist aber das Tier unrein, daß man's dem HERRN nicht opfern darf, so soll man's vor den Priester stellen.
12 And the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: and as thou valuest it, which art the Priest, so shall it bee.
Und der Priester soll es schätzen, ob's gut oder böse sei; und es soll bei des Priesters Schätzen bleiben.
13 But if he will bye it againe, then hee shall giue the fift part of it more, aboue thy valuation.
Will's aber jemand lösen, der soll den Fünften über die Schätzung geben.
14 Also whe a man shall dedicate his house to be holy vnto the Lord, then the Priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad, and as ye Priest shall prise it, so shall the value be.
Wenn jemand sein Haus heiliget, daß es dem HERRN heilig sei, das soll der Priester schätzen, ob's gut oder böse sei; und danach es der Priester schätzet, so soll's bleiben.
15 But if he that sanctified it, will redeeme his house, then hee shall giue thereto the fift part of money more then thy estimation, and it shalbe his.
So es aber der, so es geheiliget hat, will lösen, so soll er den fünften Teil des Geldes, über das es geschätzet ist, drauf geben, so soll's sein werden.
16 If also a man dedicate to the Lord any grounde of his inheritance, then shalt thou esteeme it according to the seede therof: an Homer of barlie seede shalbe at fiftie shekels of siluer.
Wenn jemand ein Stück Ackers von seinem Erbgut dem HERRN heiliget, so soll er geschätzet werden, nachdem er trägt. Trägt er ein Homor Gerste, so soll er fünfzig Sekel Silbers gelten.
17 If he dedicate his field immediatly from the yeere of Iubile, it shall bee worth as thou doest esteeme it.
Heiliget er aber seinen Acker vom Halljahr an, so soll er nach seiner Würde gelten.
18 But if hee dedicate his fielde after the Iubile, then the Priest shall recken him the money according to ye yeeres that remaine vnto the yere of Iubile, and it shalbe abated by thy estimation.
Hat er ihn aber nach dem Halljahr geheiliget, so soll ihn der Priester rechnen nach den übrigen Jahren zum Halljahr und danach geringer schätzen;
19 And if he that dedicateth it, will redeeme the fielde, then he shall put the fift parte of the price, that thou esteemedst it at, thereunto, and it shall remaine his.
Will aber der, so ihn geheiliget hat, den Acker lösen, so soll er den fünften Teil des Geldes, über das er geschätzet ist, drauf geben, so soll er sein werden.
20 And if he will not redeeme the fielde, but the Priest sell the fielde to another man, it shalbe redeemed no more.
Will er ihn aber nicht lösen, sondern verkauft ihn einem andern, so soll er ihn nicht mehr lösen,
21 But the field shalbe holy to the Lord, whe it goeth out in the Iubile, as a fielde separate from common vses: the possession thereof shall be the Priests.
sondern derselbe Acker, wenn er im Halljahr los ausgehet, soll dem HERRN heilig sein, wie ein verbannter Acker; und soll des Priesters Erbgut sein.
22 If a man also dedicate vnto ye Lord a fielde which he hath bought, which is not of the groud of his inheritance,
Wenn aber jemand einen Acker dem HERRN heiliget, den er gekauft hat, und nicht sein Erbgut ist,
23 Then the Priest shall set the price to him, as thou esteemest it, vnto the yeere of Iubile, and he shall giue thy price the same day, as a thing holy vnto the Lord.
so soll ihn der Priester rechnen, was er gilt, bis an das Halljahr; und er soll desselben Tages solche Schätzung geben, daß er dem HERRN heilig sei.
24 But in the yeere of Iubile, the fielde shall returne vnto him, of whome it was bought: to him, I say, whose inheritance the land was.
Aber im Halljahr soll er wieder gelangen an denselben, von dem er ihn gekauft hat, daß er sein Erbgut im Lande sei.
25 And all thy valuation shall bee according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie: a shekel conteyneth twenty gerahs.
AlLE Würderung soll geschehen nach dem Sekel des Heiligtums. Ein Sekel aber macht zwanzig Gera.
26 Notwithstanding the first borne of the beastes, because it is the Lordes first borne, none shall dedicate such, be it bullocke, or sheepe; for it is the Lords.
Die Erstgeburt unter dem Vieh, die dem HERRN sonst gebühret, soll niemand dem HERRN heiligen, es sei ein Ochse oder Schaf; denn es ist des HERRN.
27 But if it be an vncleane beast, then he shall redeeme it by thy valuation, and giue the fift part more thereto: and if it be not redeemed, then it shalbe solde, according to thy estimation.
Ist aber an dem Vieh etwas Unreines, so soll man's lösen nach seiner Würde und drüber geben den Fünften. Will er's nicht lösen, so verkaufe man's nach seiner Würde.
28 Notwithstanding, nothing separate from the common vse that a man doeth separate vnto the Lord of all that he hath (whether it bee man or beast, or lande of his inheritance) may be solde nor redeemed: for euery thing separate from the common vse is most holy vnto the Lord.
Man soll kein Verbanntes verkaufen, noch lösen, das jemand dem HERRN verbannet von allem, das sein ist, es seien Menschen Vieh oder Erbacker; denn alles Verbannte ist das Allerheiligste dem HERRN.
29 Nothing separate from the common vse, which shall be separate from man, shalbe redeemed, but dye the death.
Man soll auch keinen verbannten Menschen lösen, sondern er soll des Todes sterben.
30 Also all the tithe of the lande both of the seede of the ground, and of the fruite of the trees is the Lords: it is holy to the Lord.
AlLE Zehnten im Lande, beide von Samen des Landes und von Früchten der Bäume, sind des HERRN und sollen dem HERRN heilig sein.
31 But if a man will redeeme any of his tithe, he shall adde the fift part thereto.
Will aber jemand seinen Zehnten lösen, der soll den Fünften drüber geben.
32 And euery tithe of bullock, and of sheepe, and of all that goeth vnder the rod, the tenth shalbe holy vnto the Lord.
Und alLE Zehnten von Rindern und Schafen, und was unter der Rute gehet, das ist ein heiliger Zehnte dem HERRN.
33 He shall not looke if it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: els if he change it, both it, and that it was changed withall, shalbe holy, and it shall not be redeemed.
Man soll nicht fragen, ob's gut oder böse sei; man soll's auch nicht wechseln. Wird es aber jemand wechseln, so soll beides heilig sein und nicht gelöset werden.
34 These are the commandements which the Lord commanded by Moses vnto the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
Dies sind die Gebote, die der HERR gebot an die Kinder Israel auf dem Berge Sinai.
