< John 2 >

1 And the thirde day, was there a mariage in Cana a towne of Galile, and the mother of Iesus was there.
Kimal nayiri atat, uteru nilumgma wadi in Kan'ana un Galili, unan Yesu wa yita ku.
2 And Iesus was called also, and his disciples vnto the mariage.
Ame Yesu wang iwa nighe uyicilue, nin na nan katwa me, udu kiti nilugme.
3 Nowe when the wine failed, the mother of Iesus saide vnto him, They haue no wine.
Na nmyen narauwe ndari, unan Yesu woroghe, “Na idi nin myen narau ba.”
4 Iesus saide vnto her, Woman, what haue I to doe with thee? mine houre is not yet come.
Yesu kawaghe “Uwani, inyaghari nmyen nin ku? Na kubi nighe nsa da ba.”
5 His mother saide vnto the seruants, Whatsoeuer he sayeth vnto you, doe it.
Unene woro nono katwa, “Vat nimon ilenge na abelin minu isu, sun inin.”
6 And there were set there, sixe waterpots of stone, after the maner of the purifying of the Iewes, conteining two or three firkins a piece.
7 And Iesus sayde vnto them, Fill the waterpots with water. Then they filled them vp to the brim.
Yesu woro nani, “Kulson asulun nmyene nin nmyen.” I tunna i kulso anin gbem gbem.
8 Then he sayde vnto them, Draw out nowe and beare vnto the gouernour of the feast. So they bare it.
A woro anan katwa we “tyan, iyaun idi ni cin buke.” Nanaere iwasu, itya idi nighe.
9 Nowe when the gouernour of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, (for he knewe not whence it was: but the seruants, which drewe the water, knewe) the gouernour of ye feast called the bridegrome,
Cin buke tunna ayicila kwanyane.
10 And saide vnto him, All men at the beginning set foorth good wine, and when men haue well drunke, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept backe the good wine vntill nowe.
aworoghe, “kagha asa atu anutuno nmyen narau micine ana anite, iwa shito anin nutuno mi nangzaghe. Fe uni nna nyeshe micine udak ko kube.”
11 This beginning of miracles did Iesus in Cana a towne of Galile, and shewed forth his glorie: and his disciples beleeued on him.
Ileli imon izikike in Kan'ana un Galili wa di ncizunuari nanya nimon izikiki ilenge na Yesu na suzu, awa durso Ngongong me, anan katwa me ani wa yining ningghe.
12 After that, he went downe into Capernaum, he and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: but they continued not many daies there.
Kimal nani, Yesu wa do Kafarnhum, ame unene, nuawne, nin nanan katwa me, kikane iwa di so ku nanya nayiri bat.
13 For the Iewes Passeouer was at hande. Therefore Iesus went vp to Hierusalem.
Kubi in paska na Yahudawa wa dak susut, Yesu uni wa do Urshalima.
14 And he found in the Temple those that sold oxen, and sheepe, and doues, and changers of money, sitting there.
Amini wa dase anit din lessu nina, akam, nan nawulun nanya kutii nlire. Anan kusere ni kurfun wa duku wang.
15 Then hee made a scourge of small cordes, and draue them all out of the Temple with the sheepe and oxen, and powred out the changers money, and ouerthrewe the tables,
Amini wa piu lishon a ko nani vat unuzu udas nanya kutii nlire, umunu akame nan nine. A gutuna anan kusere nikurfughe. Ikurfughe nan na tebule a turzuno kutyen.
16 And said vnto them that solde doues, Take these things hence: make not my fathers house, an house of marchandise.
Aworo anan lessu na bilane, “kalan ilenge imone kikane. Na iwa ceo kilari Ncif nin kiti kujauna ba.”
17 And his disciples remembred, that it was written, The zeale of thine house hath eaten me vp.
Anan katwa me lizino ina yertin, “Ufo liti ngafe ma wulttunui.”
18 Then answered the Iewes, and saide vnto him, What signe shewest thou vnto vs, that thou doest these things?
Ayahudawa tardaghe, i woro, “Alama ayapinari uma dursu nari bara na udin su ilenge imone?”
19 Iesus answered, and said vnto them, Destroy this Temple, and in three daies I will raise it vp againe.
Yesu kawa aworo, “Musuzun kutii nlira kone, nanya nayri atat nma fiwu kunin.”
20 Then said the Iewes, Fourtie and sixe yeeres was this Temple a building, and wilt thou reare it vp in three daies?
Ayahudawa woro, “Ina ti akus akut anasari ninkutocin nkye kutii nlira kone, fe uni ma kye kunin nanya nayiri atata?”
21 But he spake of the temple of his bodie.
Nani ame wadin bellu nin kutii nlira litimere.
22 Assoone therefore as he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembred that hee thus sayde vnto them: and they beleeued the Scripture, and the worde which Iesus had saide.
Bara nin bun iwa fyaghe nanya nanan kule, anan katwa me lizino iwa bellin nani, i yinna nin liru Kutelle a unin ulire na Yesu wa bellin.
23 Nowe when hee was at Hierusalem at the Passeouer in the feast, many beleeued in his Name, when they sawe his miracles which he did.
24 But Iesus did not commit him selfe vnto them, because he knewe them all,
25 And had no neede that any should testifie of man: for he knewe what was in man.
