Isaiah 63

1 Who is this that commeth from Edom, with red garments from Bozrah? hee is glorious in his apparel and walketh in his great strength: I speake in righteousnesse, and am mightie to saue.

೧ಆಹಾ, ರಕ್ತವರ್ಣದ ಉಡುಪನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು, ಘನವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮಹಾಶೌರ್ಯಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿ ಮೆರೆಯುತ್ತಾ, ಎದೋಮಿನ ಬೊಚ್ರದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಇವನು ಯಾರು? ಸತ್ಯಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವವನು, ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಸಮರ್ಥನು ಆದ ನಾನೇ.

2 Wherefore is thine apparel red, and thy garments like him that treadeth in ye wine presse?

೨ನಿನ್ನ ಉಡುಪು ಏಕೆ ಕೆಂಪಾಗಿದೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯುವವನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯ ಹಾಗಿರುವುದು ಏಕೆ?

3 I haue troden the wine presse alone, and of all people there was none with mee: for I will treade them in mine anger, and tread them vnder foote in my wrath, and their blood shalbe sprinkled vpon my garments, and I will staine all my raiment.

೩ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿಯನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳಿದಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಜನಾಂಗದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಶತ್ರುಗಳನ್ನು ತುಳಿದೆನು, ರೋಷವೇರಿದವನಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತುಳಿದುಹಾಕಿದೆನು; ಅವರ ಜೀವಸತ್ವ ನನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಿಡಿದಿದೆ, ನನ್ನ ಉಡುಪನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಲಿನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆನು.

4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the yeere of my redeemed is come.

೪ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಮುಯ್ಯಿ ತೀರಿಸುವ ದಿನವು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿತ್ತು, ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸುವ ವರ್ಷವು ಒದಗಿತ್ತು.

5 And I looked, and there was none to helpe, and I wondered that there was none to vpholde: therefore mine owne arme helped me, and my wrath it selfe sustained me.

೫ನಾನು ನೋಡಲು ಸಹಾಯಕರು ಯಾರೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾವ ಬೆಂಬಲವೂ ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಸ್ತಬ್ಧನಾದೆನು; ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಹಸ್ತವೇ ನನಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಸಾಧನವಾಯಿತು, ನನ್ನ ರೌದ್ರವೇ ನನಗೆ ಆಧಾರವಾಯಿತು.

6 Therefore I wil tread downe the people in my wrath, and make them drunken in mine indignation, and wil bring downe their strength to the earth.

೬ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ತುಳಿದು ರೋಷವೇರಿದವನಾಗಿ, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಚೂರುಚೂರು ಮಾಡಿ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಸಾರವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿದೆನು.

7 I wil remember the mercies of the Lord and the prayses of the Lord according vnto all that the Lord hath giuen vs, and for the great goodnesse toward the house of Israel, which hee hath giuen them according to his tender loue, and according to his great mercies.

೭ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಮಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿ ಆತನ ಕೃಪಾಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತುತ್ಯಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು, ಆತನು ಕನಿಕರದಿಂದಲೂ, ಕೃಪಾತಿಶಯದಿಂದಲೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶದವರಿಗೆ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿರುವ ಮಹೋಪಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವೆನು.

8 For he saide, Surely they are my people, children that wil not lie: so he was their Sauiour.

೮“ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಇವರು ನನ್ನ ಜನರು, ನನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಲಾರರು” ಎಂದು ಆತನು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಕನಾದನು.

9 In all their troubles he was troubled, and the Angel of his presence saued them: in his loue and in his mercie he redeemed them, and he bare them and caried them alwayes continually.

೯ಅವರು ಶ್ರಮೆಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆತನೂ ಶ್ರಮೆಪಟ್ಟನು; ಆತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದ ದೂತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು; ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಮತೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿ, ಪುರಾತನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೊರುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದನು.

10 But they rebelled and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore was hee turned to be their enemie and he fought against them.

೧೦ಅವರಾದರೋ ಎದುರುಬಿದ್ದು ಆತನ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮವನ್ನು ದುಃಖಪಡಿಸಿದರು; ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಆತನು ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶತ್ರುವಾಗಿ ತಾನೇ ಅವರೊಡನೆ ಹೋರಾಡಿದನು.

11 Then he remembred the olde time of Moses and his people, saying, Where is hee that brought them vp out of the Sea with the shepheard of his sheepe? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?

೧೧ಆಗ ಆತನ ಜನರು ಪುರಾತನವಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯ ಕಾಲವನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೀಗೆಂದರು, “ತನ್ನ ಜನವೆಂಬ ಮಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಕುರುಬರ ಸಹಿತ ಸಮುದ್ರದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದಾತನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ?

12 He led them by the right hand of Moses with his owne glorious arme, deuiding the water before them, to make himselfe an euerlasting Name.

೧೨ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮವನ್ನಿರಿಸಿ, ಮೋಶೆಯ ಬಲಗೈಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಘನಹಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುತ್ತಾ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರೆದುರಿಗೆ ಜಲರಾಶಿಯನ್ನು ಇಬ್ಭಾಗ ಮಾಡಿದಾತನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ?

13 Hee led them through the deepe, as an horse in the wildernesse, that they should not stumble,

೧೩ಸಾಗರದ ತಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದಾತನು ಎಲ್ಲಿ? ಕುದುರೆಯು ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರು ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

14 As the beast goeth downe into the valley, the Spirite of the Lord gaue them rest: so diddest thou leade thy people, to make thy selfe a glorious Name.

೧೪ತಗ್ಗಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಯುವ ದನಗಳೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನ ಆತ್ಮವು ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತಂದಿತು; ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆ ನಡೆಸಿದಿ.

15 Looke downe from heauen, and beholde from the dwelling place of thine holines, and of thy glory. Where is thy zeale and thy strength, the multitude of thy mercies, and of thy compassions? they are restrained from me.

೧೫ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ನೋಡು, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವೂ, ಘನವೂ ಆದ ನಿನ್ನ ಉನ್ನತಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷಿಸು; ನಿನ್ನ ಉತ್ಸಾಹವೆಲ್ಲಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸಾಹಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳೆಲ್ಲಿ? ನಿನ್ನ ಕರುಳ ಮರುಗಾಟವನ್ನೂ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕನಿಕರವನ್ನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬಿಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಿ.

16 Doutles thou art our Father: though Abraham be ignorant of vs, and Israel knowe vs not, yet thou, O Lord, art our Father, and our redeemer: thy Name is for euer.

೧೬ನೀನೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃವಾಗಿದ್ದೀಯಲ್ಲಾ; ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನರಿಯನು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸನು; ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃ; ನೀನು ಆದಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ‘ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಮೋಚಕನು’ ಅನ್ನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ.

17 O Lord, why hast thou made vs to erre from thy wayes? and hardened our heart from thy feare? Returne for thy seruants sake, and for the tribes of thine inheritance.

೧೭ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿ ಅಲೆಯುವಂತೆ ಏಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ? ನಾವು ನಿನಗೆ ಭಯಪಡದ ಹಾಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿನಪಡಿಸುವುದೇಕೆ? ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಧ್ಯವಾದ ಕುಲಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನನಾಗು.

18 The people of thine holinesse haue possessed it, but a litle while: for our aduersaries haue troden downe thy Sanctuarie.

೧೮ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಕೀಯಜನರು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪಕಾಲ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವತ್ತಾದ ಪವಿತ್ರಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು; ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ವೈರಿಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ತುಳಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

19 We haue bene as they, ouer whome thou neuer barest rule, and vpon whom thy Name was not called.

೧೯ನಿನ್ನ ದೊರೆತನಕ್ಕೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಒಳಪಡದೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸದೆ ಇರುವ ಜನರ ಹಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
