Genesis 7
1 And the Lord said vnto Noah, Enter thou and all thine house into the Arke: for thee haue I seene righteous before me in this age.
E o SENHOR disse a Noé: Entra tu e toda tua casa na arca porque a ti vi justo diante de mim nesta geração.
2 Of euery cleane beast thou shalt take to thee by seuens, the male and his female: but of vncleane beastes by couples, the male and his female.
De todo animal limpo tomarás de sete em sete, macho e sua fêmea; mas dos animais que não são limpos, dois, macho e sua fêmea.
3 Of the foules also of the heauen by seuens, male and female, to keepe seede aliue vpon the whole earth.
Também das aves dos céus de sete em sete, macho e fêmea; para guardar em vida a descendência sobre a face de toda a terra.
4 For seuen dayes hence I will cause it raine vpon the earth fourtie dayes and fourtie nightes, and all the substance that I haue made, will I destroy from off the earth.
Porque passados ainda sete dias, eu farei chover sobre a terra quarenta dias e quarenta noites; e apagarei toda criatura que fiz de sobre a face da terra.
5 Noah therefore did according vnto all that the Lord commanded him.
E fez Noé conforme tudo o que lhe mandou o SENHOR.
6 And Noah was sixe hundreth yeeres olde, when the flood of waters was vpon the earth.
E sendo Noé de seiscentos anos, o dilúvio das águas foi sobre a terra.
7 So Noah entred and his sonnes, and his wife, and his sonnes wiues with him into the Arke, because of the waters of the flood.
E veio Noé, e seus filhos, e sua mulher, e as mulheres de seus filhos com ele à arca, por causa das águas do dilúvio.
8 Of the cleane beastes, and of the vncleane beastes, and of the foules, and of all that creepeth vpon the earth,
Dos animais limpos, e dos animais que não eram limpos, e das aves, e de todo o que anda arrastando sobre a terra,
9 There came two and two vnto Noah into the Arke, male and female, as God had commanded Noah.
De dois em dois entraram a Noé na arca: macho e fêmea, como mandou Deus a Noé.
10 And so after seuen dayes the waters of the flood were vpon the earth.
E sucedeu que ao sétimo dia as águas do dilúvio foram sobre a terra.
11 In the sixe hundreth yeere of Noahs life in the second moneth, the seuetenth day of the moneth, in the same day were all the fountaines of the great deepe broken vp, and the windowes of heauen were opened,
No ano seiscentos da vida de Noé, no mês segundo, no dia dezessete do mês, naquele dia foram rompidas todas as fontes do grande abismo, e as comportas dos céus foram abertas;
12 And the raine was vpon the earth fourtie dayes and fourtie nightes.
E houve chuva sobre a terra quarenta dias e quarenta noites.
13 In the selfe same day entred Noah with Shem, and Ham and Iapheth, the sonnes of Noah, and Noahs wife, and the three wiues of his sonnes with them into the Arke.
Neste mesmo dia entrou Noé, e Sem, e Cam e Jafé, filhos de Noé, a mulher de Noé, e as três mulheres de seus filhos com ele na arca;
14 They and euery beast after his kinde, and all cattell after their kinde, and euery thing that creepeth and moueth vpon the earth after his kinde, and euery foule after his kinde, euen euery bird of euery fether.
Eles e todos os animais silvestres segundo suas espécies, e todos os animais mansos segundo suas espécies, e todo réptil que anda arrastando sobre a terra segundo sua espécie, e toda ave segundo sua espécie, todo pássaro, toda espécie de animal voador.
15 For they came to Noah into ye Arke, two and two, of all flesh wherein is ye breath of life.
E vieram a Noé à arca, de dois em dois de toda carne em que havia espírito de vida.
16 And they entring in, came male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the Lord shut him in.
E os que vieram, macho e fêmea de toda carne vieram, como lhe havia mandado Deus: e o SENHOR lhe fechou a porta
17 Then ye flood was fourtie dayes vpon the earth, and the waters were increased, and bare vp the Arke, which was lift vp aboue the earth.
E foi o dilúvio quarenta dias sobre a terra; e as águas cresceram, e levantaram a arca, e se elevou sobre a terra.
18 The waters also waxed strong, and were increased exceedingly vpon the earth, and the Arke went vpon the waters.
E prevaleceram as águas, e cresceram em grande maneira sobre a terra; e andava a arca sobre a face das águas.
19 The waters preuailed so exceedingly vpon the earth, that all the high mountaines, that are vnder the whole heauen, were couered.
E as águas prevaleceram muito em extremo sobre a terra; e todos os montes altos que havia debaixo de todos os céus, foram cobertos.
20 Fifteene cubites vpwarde did the waters preuaile, when the mountaines were couered.
Quinze côvados em altura prevaleceram as águas; e foram cobertos os montes.
21 Then all flesh perished that moued vpon the earth, both foule and cattell and beast, and euery thing that creepeth and moueth vpon the earth, and euery man.
E morreu toda carne que se move sobre a terra, tanto de aves como de gados, e de animais, e de todo réptil que anda arrastando sobre a terra, e todo ser humano:
22 Euery thing in whose nostrels the spirit of life did breathe, whatsoeuer they were in the drie land, they died.
Tudo o que tinha fôlego de espírito de vida em suas narinas, de tudo o que havia na terra, morreu.
23 So he destroyed euery thing that was vpon the earth, from man to beast, to ye creeping thing, and to the foule of the heauen: they were euen destroyed from the earth. And Noah onely remained; and they that were with him in ye Arke.
Assim foi destruída toda criatura que vivia sobre a face da terra, desde o ser humano até o animal, e os répteis, e as aves do céu; e foram apagados da terra; e restou somente Noé, e os que com ele estavam na arca.
24 And the waters preuailed vpon the earth an hundreth and fiftie dayes.
E prevaleceram as águas sobre a terra cento e cinquenta dias.
