Genesis 36
1 Nowe these are the generations of Esau, which is Edom.
एसाव (जसलाई एदोम पनि भनिन्थ्यो) का वंशहरू यसप्रकार थिए ।
2 Esau tooke his wiues of the daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon an Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon an Hiuite,
एसावले कनानीहरूबाट आफ्ना पत्नीहरू ल्याए । उनका पत्नीहरू यसप्रकार थिएः हित्ती एलोनकी छोरी आदा; हिव्वी सिबोनकी नातिनी र अनाकी छोरी ओहोलीबामा;
3 And tooke Basemath Ishmaels daughter, sister of Nebaioth.
र इश्माएलकी छोरी नबायोतकी बहिनी बासमत ।
4 And Adah bare vnto Esau, Eliphaz: and Basemath bare Reuel.
आदाले एसावबाट एलीपजलाई जन्माइन्, र बासमतले रूएललाई जन्माइन् ।
5 Also Aholibamah bare Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah: these are the sonnes of Esau which were borne to him in the land of Canaan.
ओहोलीबामाले येऊश, यालाम र कोरहलाई जन्माइन् । कनान देशमा जन्मेका एसावका छोराहरू यी नै थिए ।
6 So Esau tooke his wiues and his sonnes, and his daughters, and all the soules of his house, and his flocks, and all his cattell, and all his substance, which he had gotten in the land of Canaan, and went into an other countrey from his brother Iaakob.
एसावले आफ्ना पत्नीहरू, छोराछोरीहरू, र आफ्ना घरानाका सबै सदस्यहरू, आफ्ना पाल्तु पशुहरू, अनि कनान देशमा उनले प्राप्त गरेका सबै सम्पत्तिहरू लिएर आफ्नो भाइ याकूबबाट अलग्गै अर्को देशमा गए ।
7 For their riches were so great, that they could not dwell together, and the lande, wherein they were strangers, coulde not receiue them because of their flockes.
तिनीहरू सँगै बस्नको निम्ति तिनीहरूका सम्पत्ति ज्यादै धेरै भएकाले उनले यसो गरे । तिनीहरूका पाल्तु पशुहरूका कारण तिनीहरू बसिरहेका ठाउँले तिनीहरूलाई धान्न सकेन ।
8 Therefore dwelt Esau in mount Seir: this Esau is Edom.
यसैकारण एसाव (जसलाई एदोम पनि भनिन्छ) सेइरको पहाडी देशमा बसोबास गरे ।
9 So these are the generations of Esau father of Edom in mount Seir.
सेइरको पहाडी देशमा एदोमीहरूका पूर्वज अर्थात् एसावका वंशहरू यसप्रकार थिए ।
10 These are the names of Esaus sonnes: Eliphaz, the sonne of Adah, the wife of Esau, and Reuel the sonne of Bashemath, the wife of Esau.
एसावका छोराहरूका नाम यिनै थिएः एसावकी पत्नी आदाका छोरा एलीपज; एसावकी पत्नी बासमतका छोरा रूएल ।
11 And the sonnes of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.
एलीपजका छोराहरू तेमान, ओमार, सपो, गाताम, र कनज थिए ।
12 And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esaus sonne, and bare vnto Eliphaz, Amalek: these be the sonnes of Adah Esaus wife.
एसावका छोरा एलीपजकी उपपत्नी तीम्नले अमालेकलाई जन्माइन् । एसावकी पत्नी आदाका नातिहरू यी नै थिए ।
13 And these are the sonnes of Reuel: Nahath, and Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah: these were the sonnes of Bashemath Esaus wife.
रूएलका छोराहरू यस प्रकार थिए: नहत, जेरह, शम्मा र मिज्जा । एसावकी पत्नी बासमतका नातिहरू यी नै थिए ।
14 And these were the sonnes of Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon Esaus wife: for she bare vnto Esau, Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.
एसावकी पत्नी, अनाकी छोरी र सिबोनकी नातिनी ओहोलीबामाका छोराहरू यी नै थिए । तिनले एसावबाट येऊश, यालाम र कोरह जन्माइन् ।
15 These were Dukes of the sonnes of Esau: the sonnes of Eliphaz, the first borne of Esau: Duke Teman, Duke Omar, Duke Zepho, Duke Kenaz,
एसावका वंशहरूमा नजिकका घरानाहरू यिनै थिए: एसावका जेठा छोरा एलीपजका छोराहरूः तेमान, ओमार, सपो, कनज,
16 Duke Korah, Duke Gatam, Duke Amalek: these are the Dukes that came of Eliphaz in the land of Edom: these were the sonnes of Adah.
कोरह, गाताम र अमालेक । एदोम देशमा एलीपजबाट जन्मेका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै थिए ।
17 And these are the sonnes of Reuel Esaus sonne: Duke Nahath, Duke Zerah, Duke Shammah, Duke Mizzah: these are the Dukes that came of Reuel in the land of Edom: these are the sonnes of Bashemath Esaus wife.
एसावका छोरा रूएलका नजिकका घरानाहरू यिनै थिएः नहत, जेरह, शम्मा र मिज्जा । एदोम देशमा रूएलबाट जन्मेका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै थिए । ती एसावकी पत्नी बासमतका नातिहरू थिए ।
18 Likewise these were the sonnes of Aholibamah Esaus wife: Duke Ieush, Duke Iaalam, Duke Korah: these Dukes came of Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah Esaus wife.
एसावकी पत्नी ओहोलीबामाबाट जन्मेका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै थिएः येऊश, यालाम र कोरह । अनाकी छोरी एसावकी पत्नी ओहोलीबामाबाट जन्मेका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै हुन् ।
19 These are the children of Esau, and these are the Dukes of them: This Esau is Edom.
एसावका छोराहरू यी नै थिए, र तिनीहरूका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै हुन् ।
20 These are the sonnes of Seir the Horite, which inhabited the lande before, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah.
होरी सेइरका छोराहरू यी नै थिएः लोतान, शोबाल, सिबोन, अना,
21 And Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan: these are the Dukes of the Horites, the sonnes of Seir in the land of Edom.
दीशोन, एसेर र दीशान जो त्यस देशका बासिन्दाहरू थिए । एदोमको देशमा सेइरबाट जन्मेका बासिन्दा होरीहरूका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै थिए ।
22 And the sonnes of Lotan were, Hori and Hemam, and Lotans sister was Timna.
लोतानका छोराहरू होरी र हेमान थिए, र तीम्न लोतानकी बहिनी थिइन् ।
23 And the sonnes of Shobal were these: Aluan, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.
शोबालका छोराहरू यिनै थिएः अल्बान, मानहत, एबाल, शपो र ओनाम ।
24 And these are the sonnes of Zibeon: Both Aiah, and Anah: this was Anah that founde mules in the wildernesse, as he fedde his father Zibeons asses.
सिबोनका छोराहरू यिनै थिएः अय्या र अना । आफ्ना बुबा सिबोनका गधाहरू चराउँदै गर्दा मरुभूमिमा तातो पानीको मूल भेट्टाउने अना यिनी नै हुन् ।
25 And the children of Anah were these: Dishon and Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah.
अनाका छोराछोरीहरू यी थिएः दीशोन र अनाकी छोरी ओहोलीबामा ।
26 Also these are the sonnes of Dishan: Hemdan, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
दीशोनका छोराहरू यी थिएः हेमदान, एश्बान, यित्रान र करान ।
27 The sonnes of Ezer are these: Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Akan.
एसेरका छोराहरू यी थिएः बिल्हान, जावान र अकान ।
28 The sonnes of Dishan are these: Vz, and Aran.
दीशानका छोराहरू यी थिएः ऊज र आरान ।
29 These are the Dukes of the Horites: Duke Lotan, Duke Shobal, Duke Zibeon, Duke Anah,
होरीहरूका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी थिए: लोतान, शोबाल, सिबोन, अना,
30 Duke Dishon, Duke Ezer, Duke Dishan: these bee the Dukes of the Horites, after their Dukedomes in the land of Seir.
दीशोन, एसेर र दीशान । सेइर देशमा तिनीहरूका नजिकका घरानाहरूको सूचीअनुसारका होरीहरूका नजिकका घरानाहरू यी नै थिए ।
31 And these are the Kings that reigned in the lande of Edom, before there reigned any King ouer the children of Israel.
इस्राएलीहरूमाथि कुनै राजाले शासन गर्नुअगि एदोम देशमा राज्य गर्ने राजाहरू यी नै थिए ।
32 Then Bela the sonne of Beor reigned in Edom, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.
बओरका छोरा बेलाले एदोममा राज्य गरे, र उनको सहरको नाम दिन्हावा थियो ।
33 And when Bela dyed, Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozra reigned in his steade.
बेलाको मृत्युपछि बोज्रामा बसोबास गर्ने जेरहका छोरा योबाबले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे ।
34 When Iobab also was dead, Husham of the land of Temani reigned in his steade.
योबाबको मृत्युपछि तेमानीहरूको देशमा बसोबास गर्ने हुशामले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे ।
35 And after the death of Husham, Hadad the sonne of Bedad, which slewe Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.
हुशामको मृत्युपछि बददका छोरा हददले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे जसले मोआब देशमा मिद्यानीहरूलाई परास्त गरेका थिए । उनको सहरको नाम अवीत थियो ।
36 When Hadad was dead, then Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his steade.
हददको मृत्युपछि मस्रेकामा बसोबास गर्ने सम्लाले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे ।
37 When Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer, reigned in his steade.
सम्लाको मृत्युपछि यूफ्रेटिस नदीको किनारमा रहेको रहोबोतमा बसोबास गर्ने शौलले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे ।
38 When Shaul dyed, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his steade.
शौलको मृत्युपछि, अक्बोरका छोरा बाल-हानानले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे ।
39 And after the death of Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor, Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pau: and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
अक्बोरका छोरा बाल-हानानको मृत्युपछि हदरले उनको स्थानमा राज्य गरे । उनको सहरको नाम पाऊ थियो । उनकी पत्नीको नाम महेतबेल थियो । तिनी मत्रेदकी छोरी र मे-जाहाबकी नातिनी थिइन् ।
40 Then these are the names of the Dukes of Esau according to their families, their places and by their names: Duke Timna, Duke Aluah, Duke Ietheth,
एसावका वंशहरूबाट तिनीहरूका नजिकका घराना र क्षेत्रहरू, र तिनीहरूका नामहरूअनुसार नजिकका घरानाहरूका मुखियाहरूका नाम यी थिएः तीम्न, अल्वा, यतेत,
41 Duke Aholibamah, Duke Elah, Duke Pinon,
ओहोलीबामा, एलाह, पीनोन,
42 Duke Kenaz, Duke Teman, Duke Mibzar,
कनज, तेमान, मिब्सार,
43 Duke Magdiel, Duke Iram: these bee the Dukes of Edom, according to their habitations, in the lande of their inheritance. This Esau is the father of Edom.
मग्दीएल र ईराम । तिनीहरूका देशमा तिनीहरूका बसोबासअनुसारका एदोमका नजिकका घरानाका मुखियाहरू यी नै थिए । एदोमीहरूका पिता एसाव यिनी नै थिए ।
