Exodus 38
1 Also he made the altar of the burnt offering of Shittim wood: fiue cubites was the length therof, and fiue cubites the breadth thereof: it was square and three cubites hie.
Et il fit l'Autel des holocaustes de bois d'acacia, de cinq coudées de longueur et de cinq coudées de largeur, carré, et de trois coudées de hauteur.
2 And hee made vnto it hornes in the foure corners thereof: the hornes thereof were of the same, and he ouerlayd it with brasse.
Et il fit ses cornes à ses quatre angles où elles furent adaptées; et il le plaqua d'airain.
3 Also he made al the instruments of the altar: the ashpans, and the besoms, and the basins, the fleshhookes, and the censers: all the instruments thereof made he of brasse.
Et il fit tous les ustensiles de l'Autel, les vases et les pelles et les patères et les fourchettes et les brasiers; il employa l'airain pour tous ses ustensiles.
4 Moreouer he made a brasen grate wrought like a net to the Altar, vnder the compasse of it beneath in the middes of it,
Et il fit à l'Autel un treillis en réseau d'airain au-dessous de la corniche de l'Autel jusqu'à la moitié de l'Autel à partir du bas.
5 And cast foure rings of brasse for the foure endes of the grate to put barres in.
Et il fixa au réseau d'airain quatre anneaux aux quatre angles pour recevoir les barres.
6 And he made the barres of Shittim wood, and couered them with brasse.
Et il fit les barres de bois d'acacia et les plaqua d'airain,
7 The which barres he put into the rings on the sides of the altar to beare it withall, and made it hollow within the boardes.
et il passa les barres dans les anneaux aux côtés de l'Autel pour servir à le transporter; il le fit creux et formé d'ais.
8 Also he made the Lauer of brasse, and the foote of it of brasse of the glasses of the women that did assemble and came together at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.
Et il fit le Bassin d'airain et son support d'airain, y employant les miroirs des femmes qui à tour de rôle venaient faire leur service à l'entrée de la Tente du Rendez-vous.
9 Finally he made the court on the South side full South: the hangings of the court were of fine twined linnen, hauing an hundreth cubites.
Et il disposa le Parvis; au côté du midi au sud, il tendit sur une longueur de cent coudées les toiles du Parvis, de lin retors,
10 Their pillars were twentie, and their brasen sockets twentie: the hookes of the pillars, and their filets were of siluer.
au moyen de vingt colonnes fixées sur vingt soubassements d'airain et munies de clous et de tringles d'argent;
11 And on the Northside the hanginges were an hundreth cubites: their pillars twentie, and their sockets of brasse twentie, the hookes of the pillars and their filets of siluer.
de même au côté du nord cent coudées de toiles avec leurs vingt colonnes et leurs vingt soubassements d'airain et leurs clous et leurs tringles d'argent;
12 On the Westside also were hangings of fiftie cubites, their ten pillars with their ten sockets: the hookes of the pillars and their filets of siluer.
et au côté de l'occident cinquante coudées de toiles avec leurs dix colonnes et leurs dix soubassements, leurs clous et leurs tringles d'argent;
13 And toward ye Eastside, full East were hangings of fiftie cubites.
et au côté oriental, au levant, de cinquante coudées,
14 The hangings of the one side were fifteene cubites, their three pillars, and their three sockets:
quinze coudées de toiles d'une part avec leurs trois colonnes et leurs trois soubassements,
15 And of the other side of the court gate on both sides were hangings of fifteene cubites, with their three pillars and their three sockets.
et d'autre part des deux côtés de la porte du Parvis quinze coudées de toiles avec leurs trois colonnes et leurs trois soubassements,
16 All the hangings of the court round about were of fine twined linen:
toutes les toiles de pourtour du Parvis étant de lin retors,
17 But the sockets of ye pillars were of brasse: the hookes of the pillars and their filets of siluer, and the couering of their chapiters of siluer: and all the pillars of the court were hooped about with siluer.
et les soubassements des colonnes, d'airain, leurs clous et leurs tringles, d'argent, leurs têtes plaquées d'argent, les tringles de toutes les colonnes du Parvis étant d'argent;
18 He made also the hanging of the gate of the court of needle worke, blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine twined linen euen twentie cubites long, and fiue cubites in height and bredth, like the hangings of the court.
il fit aussi le Rideau à la porte du Parvis en ouvrage de brocart d'azur, de pourpre, de vermillon et de lin retors, de vingt coudées en longueur, de cinq coudées en hauteur et largeur, exactement comme les toiles du Parvis;
19 And their pillars were foure with their foure sockets of brasse: their hookes of siluer, and the couering of their chapiters, and their filets of siluer.
et ses quatre colonnes et leurs quatre soubassements d'airain, leurs clous d'argent, et leurs têtes et leurs tringles plaquées d'argent;
20 But all the pins of the Tabernacle and of the court round about were of brasse.
tous les piliers formant l'enceinte de la Résidence et du Parvis étant d'airain.
21 These are the parts of the Tabernacle, I meane, of the Tabernacle of the Testimonie, which was appovnted by the commandement of Moses for the office of the Leuites by the hande of Ithamar sonne to Aaron the Priest.
Suivent les comptes de la Résidence, Résidence du Témoignage, rendus sur l'ordre de Moïse par les soins des Lévites, par l'organe d'Ithamar, fils du Prêtre Aaron.
22 So Bezaleel the sonne of Vri the sonne of Hur of the tribe of Iudah, made all that the Lord commanded Moses.
Car Betsaléel, fils de Ouri, fils de Hur, de la tribu de Juda, exécuta tout ce que l'Éternel avait prescrit à Moïse,
23 And with him Aholiab sonne of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan, a cunning workeman and an embroiderer and a worker of needle work in blew silke, and in purple, and in skarlet, and in fine linen.
et avec lui Oholiab, fils de Ahisamach, de la tribu de Dan, ouvrier en fer et en bois et en brocart d'azur, de pourpre, de vermillon et de lin.
24 All ye gold that was occupied in all ye worke wrought for the holy place (which was the gold of the offring) was nine and twentie talents, and seuen hundreth and thirtie shekels, according to the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
Tout l'or mis en œuvre en tout genre de travail pour le Sanctuaire était l'or provenant des offrandes, savoir vingt-neuf talents et sept cent trente sicles, en sicles du Sanctuaire.
25 But the siluer of them that were numbred in the Congregation, was an hundreth talents, and a thousand seuen hundreth seuentie and fiue shekels, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie.
Et l'argent de ceux de l'assemblée qui avaient passé à la revue, fut de cent talents et mille sept cent soixante-quinze sicles, en sicles du Sanctuaire,
26 A portion for a man, that is, halfe a shekel after ye shekel of the Sanctuarie, for all them that were numbred from twentie yeere olde and aboue, among sixe hundreth thousande, and three thousand, and fiue hundreth and fiftie men.
à raison de demi-sicle par tête, la moitié d'un sicle, en sicles du Sanctuaire, par chacun des hommes de vingt ans et au-dessus passant à la revue, dont il y eut six cent trois mille cinq cent cinquante.
27 Moreouer there were an hundreth talentes of siluer, to cast ye sockets of ye Sanctuary, and the sockets of the vaile: an hundreth sockets of an hundreth talents, a talent for a socket.
Et cent talents d'argent furent employés à couler les soubassements du Sanctuaire, et les soubassements du Rideau, cent talents pour cent soubassements, un talent par soubassement.
28 But he made the hookes for the pillars of a thousande seuen hundreth and seuentie and fiue shekels, and ouerlayde their chapiters, and made filets about them.
Et avec les mille sept cent soixante-quinze [sicles] il fit les clous des colonnes dont il plaqua les têtes, et fit les tringles.
29 Also the brasse of the offering was seuentie talents, and two thousande, and foure hundreth shekels.
Et l'airain des offrandes fut de soixante-dix talents et deux mille quatre cents sicles.
30 Whereof he made the sockets to the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and the brasen altar, and the brasen grate which was for it, with all the instruments of the Altar,
Il l'employa aux soubassements de la porte de la Tente du Rendez-vous, à l'Autel d'airain, au réseau d'airain qui y était, et à tous les ustensiles de l'Autel,
31 And the sockets of the court round about, and the sockets for the court gate, and al the pins of the Tabernacle, and all the pins of the court round about.
et aux soubassements du Parvis dans son pourtour, et aux soubassements de la porte du Parvis et à tous les piliers de la Résidence et à tous les piliers du Parvis dans son pourtour.
