Exodus 30
1 Fvrthermore thou shalt make an altar for sweete perfume, of Shittim wood thou shalt make it.
Weiter sollst du einen Altar zum Verbrennen des Räucherwerks anfertigen; aus Akazienholz sollst du ihn anfertigen,
2 The length therof a cubite and the breadth thereof a cubite (it shalbe foure square) and the height thereof two cubites: the hornes thereof shalbe of the same,
eine Elle lang und eine Elle breit; viereckig soll er sein und zwei Ellen hoch. Seine Hörner sollen ein Ganzes mit ihm bilden.
3 And thou shalt ouerlay it with fine golde, both the toppe therof and the sides thereof round about, and his hornes: also thou shalt make vnto it a crowne of gold round about.
Den sollst du mit gediegenem Gold überziehen, seine Platte und seine Wände ringsum, sowie seine Hörner, und sollst einen ringsumlaufenden goldenen Kranz an ihm anbringen.
4 Besides this thou shalt make vnder this crowne two golden rings on either side: euen on euery side shalt thou make them, that they may be as places for the barres to beare it withall.
Unterhalb dieses Kranzes sollst du an seinen beiden Ecken je zwei goldene Ringe anbringen; auf seinen beiden Seiten sollst du sie anbringen, daß sie zur Aufnahme der Stangen dienen, damit man ihn mittels derselben tragen kann.
5 The which barres thou shalt make of Shittim wood, and shalt couer them with golde.
Die Stangen aber sollst du aus Akazienholz fertigen und mit Gold überziehen.
6 After thou shalt set it before the vaile, that is neere the Arke of Testimonie, before the Merciseate that is vpon the Testimonie, where I will appoynt with thee.
Und du sollst ihn vor den Vorhang setzen, der sich vor der Lade mit dem Gesetze befindet - vor der Deckplatte, die sich über dem Gesetze befindet, woselbst ich mich dir offenbaren werde.
7 And Aaron shall burne thereon sweete incense euery morning: when hee dresseth the lampes thereof, shall he burne it.
Und Aaron soll darauf wohlriechendes Räucherwerk verbrennen. Alle Morgen, wenn er die Lampen zurecht macht, soll er es verbrennen;
8 Likewise at eue, when Aaron setteth vp the lampes thereof, he shall burne incense: this perfume shalbe perpetually before ye Lord, throughout your generations.
auch, wenn er gegen Abend die Lampen aufsteckt, soll es Aaron verbrennen, als regelmäßiges Rauchopfer eurerseits vor Jahwe von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.
9 Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor offring, neither powre any drinke offring thereon.
Fremdes Räucherwerk, Brandopfer oder Speisopfer dürft ihr nicht auf ihm darbringen; auch Trankopfer dürft ihr nicht auf ihn ausgießen.
10 And Aaron shall make reconciliation vpon the hornes of it once in a yere with the blood of the sinne offring in the day of reconciliation: once in the yeere shall hee make reconciliation vpon it throughout your generations: this is most holy vnto the Lord.
Und Aaron soll einmal im Jahre an seinen Hörnern die Sühne vollziehen; vermittelst des Blutes des Entsündigungs-Sündopfers soll er einmal im Jahre von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht die Sühne an ihm vollziehen - hochheilig ist er dem Jahwe!
11 Afterward the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
12 When thou takest the summe of the children of Israel after their nomber, then they shall giue euery man a redemption of his life vnto the Lord, when thou tellest them, that there bee no plague among the when thou countest them.
Wenn du die Gesamtzahl der Israeliten, soweit sie gemustert werden, aufnimmst, sollen sie Mann für Mann Jahwe ein Lösegeld zur Deckung ihres Lebens geben, wenn man sie mustert, damit nicht eine Plage über sie komme, wenn man sie mustert.
13 This shall euery man giue, that goeth into the nomber, halfe a shekel, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie: (a shekel is twentie gerahs) the halfe shekel shalbe an offring to the Lord.
Und zwar soll jeder, der der Musterung unterliegt, einen halben Sekel heiliges Gewicht, den Sekel zu zwanzig Gera gerechnet, entrichten, einen halben Sekel als Hebeopfer für Jahwe.
14 All that are nombred from twentie yeere olde and aboue, shall giue an offring to the Lord.
Jeder, der der Musterung unterliegt, von zwanzig Jahren an und darüber, soll das Hebeopfer für Jahwe entrichten.
15 The rich shall not passe, and the poore shall not diminish from halfe a shekel, when ye shall giue an offring vnto the Lord, for the redemption of your liues.
Die Reichen sollen nicht mehr, und die Armen nicht weniger geben, als einen halben Sekel, bei der Entrichtung des Hebeopfers für Jahwe, zur Deckung ihres Lebens.
16 So thou shalt take the money of the redemption of the children of Israel, and shalt put it vnto the vse of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, that it may be a memoriall vnto the children of Israel before the Lord for the redemption of your liues.
Und du sollst das Sühngeld von den Israeliten erheben und auf den Dienst am Offenbarungszelte verwenden, damit es den Israeliten ein gnädiges Gedenken bei Jahwe und Deckung ihres Lebens erwirke.
17 Also the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also: Fertige ein kupfernes Becken mit einem kupfernen Gestell zum Waschen an,
18 Thou shalt also make a lauer of brasse, and his foote of brasse to wash, and shalt put it betweene the Tabernacle of the Congregation and the Altar, and shalt put water therein.
stelle es auf zwischen dem Offenbarungszelt und dem Altar und thue Wasser hinein,
19 For Aaron and his sonnes shall wash their hands and their feete thereat.
damit sich Aaron und seine Söhne ihre Hände und Füße darin waschen.
20 When they go into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, or when they goe vnto the Altar to minister and to make the perfume of ye burnt offring to the Lord, they shall wash themselues with water, lest they die.
Wenn sie hineingehen ins Offenbarungszelt, sollen sie sich abwaschen, damit sie nicht sterben, und ebenso, wenn sie herzutreten zum Altar, um den heiligen Dienst zu verrichten, indem sie Feueropfer für Jahwe in Rauch aufgehen lassen.
21 So they shall wash their handes and their feete that they die not: and this shall be to them an ordinance for euer, both vnto him and to his seede throughout their generations.
Da sollen sie dann ihre Hände und Füße waschen, damit sie nicht sterben, und dies soll ihnen als eine für alle Zeiten geltende Verpflichtung obliegen - für ihn und seine Nachkommen von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht!
22 Also the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Und Jahwe redete mit Mose also:
23 Take thou also vnto thee, principall spices of the most pure myrrhe fiue hundreth shekels, of sweete cinamon halfe so much, that is, two hundreth and fiftie, and of sweete calamus, two hundreth, and fiftie:
Du aber verschaffe dir wohlriechende Stoffe von der besten Sorte, nämlich 500 Sekel vorzüglichsten Balsam, halb so viel wohlriechenden Zimt, also 250 Sekel, ferner 250 Sekel wohlriechenden Kalmus
24 Also of cassia fiue hundreth, after the shekel of the Sanctuarie, and of oyle oliue an Hin.
und 500 Sekel Cassia, nach heiligem Gewicht, dazu ein Hin Olivenöl,
25 So thou shalt make of it the oyle of holie oyntment, euen a most precious oyntment after the arte of the Apothecarie: this shalbe the oyle of holy oyntment.
und stelle daraus ein heiliges Salböl her, eine würzige Salbe, wie sie der Salbenmischer herstellt, - ein heiliges Salböl soll es sein!
26 And thou shalt anoynt the Tabernacle of the Congregation therewith, and the Arke of the Testimonie:
Und du sollst damit salben das Offenbarungszelt und die Lade mit dem Gesetze,
27 Also the Table, and al the instruments thereof, and the Candlesticke, with all the instruments thereof, and the altar of incense:
den Tisch mit allen seinen Geräten, den Leuchter mit seinen Geräten und den Räucheraltar,
28 Also the Altar of burnt offring with al his instruments, and the lauer and his foote.
ferner den Brandopferaltar mit allen seinen Geräten und das Becken samt seinem Gestelle.
29 So thou shalt sanctifie them, and they shalbe most holy: all that shall touch them, shalbe holy.
Und du sollst sie weihen, damit sie hochheilig seien; jeder, der sie berührt, ist dem Heiligtum verfallen.
30 Thou shalt also anoint Aaron and his sonnes, and shalt consecrate them, that they may minister vnto me in the Priests office.
Auch Aaron und seine Söhne sollst du salben und sie so weihen, damit sie mir Priesterdienst thun.
31 Moreouer thou shalt speake vnto the children of Israel, saying, This shalbe an holy oynting oyle vnto me, throughout your generations.
Den Israeliten aber gebiete folgendes: Als ein mir geheiligtes Salböl soll euch dieses gelten von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht.
32 None shall anoynt, mans flesh therewith, neither shall ye make any composition like vnto it: for it is holy, and shalbe holy vnto you.
Auf keines Menschen Leib darf es gegossen werden, noch dürft ihr welches im gleichen Mischungsverhältnis für euch bereiten: heilig ist es, als heilig soll es euch gelten.
33 Whosoeuer shall make the like oyntment, or whosoeuer shall put any of it vpon a stranger, euen he shalbe cut off from his people.
Wenn jemand solches mischt oder etwas davon an einen Fremden bringt, so soll er hinweggetilgt werden aus seinen Volksgenossen.
34 And the Lord sayd vnto Moses, Take vnto thee these spices, pure myrrhe and cleare gumme and galbanum, these odours with pure frankincense, of eche like weight:
Und Jahwe gebot Mose: Verschaffe dir Spezereien: Stakte, Räucherklaue und Galbanum - Spezereien und reinen Weihrauch, alles zu gleichen Teilen,
35 Then thou shalt make of them perfume composed after the arte of the apothecarie, mingled together, pure and holy.
und bereite daraus Räucherwerk, eine würzige Mischung, wie sie der Salbenmischer bereitet, mit etwas Salz versetzt, rein, zu heiligem Gebrauche bestimmt.
36 And thou shalt beate it to pouder, and shalt put of it before the Arke of the Testimonie in the Tabernacle of ye Cogregatio, where I wil make appointmet with thee: it shalbe vnto you most holy.
Und du sollst etwas davon zu feinem Pulver zerreiben und sollst davon in die Nähe des Gesetzes ins Offenbarungszelt bringen, woselbst ich mich dir offenbaren werde; als hochheilig soll es euch gelten.
37 And ye shall not make vnto you any composition like this perfume, which thou shalt make: it shalbe vnto thee holy for the Lord.
Für euch aber dürft ihr kein Räucherwerk bereiten nach dem Mischungsverhältnis, wie es bei dem stattfindet, welches du bereiten sollst; als etwas Jahwe Geheiligtes soll es dir gelten.
38 Whosoeuer shall make like vnto that to smelll thereto, euen he shalbe cut off from his people.
Sollte jemand seinesgleichen bereiten, um sich an seinem Geruche zu ergötzen, so soll er hinweggetilgt werden aus seinen Volksgenossen.
